Lightningstar had the votes, it was a tie.

I loved Snowypaw as if she were my own kit! What makes you think I wouldve done this?

Peachear's rang through his head. The older Tom had always put time into telling the apprentices storys. Why would he kill them?

"We have come to a tie." Lightningstar announced, "I will take the last vote upon myself." He sighed and thought on it a little more.

"Peachear will stay in the clan."

Turtlepool and Blacktail growled quietly while Softpaw and Foxpad sighed with relif.

"Let us all rest and have another vote in the morning" Lightningstar sighed and jumped down from highrock and padded into his den. Soon the camp was quiet, filled with sleeping cats.

"Oh Blacktail~" A sinister voice called from inside the warriors den. Blacktail awoke and looked around, "W-who's there?" He called quietly. "Who am I?~" Th silloutet of a cat appeared.  "I... am your demise!" The cat pounced into him and clawed his eye, digging the claws into his back. "Stay back feind!" A voice called and the attacker looked back, quickly bounding out of the warriors den and into the forest. "Blacktail?" The voice called and came closer. Blacktail sniffed the air but all he could smell was herbs and his own blood. "Don't worry.." The voice sound worried, "I'll save you." Soon darkness surrounded him.

"Blacktial?!" Turtlepool squeked as she saw that the Tom was unmoving exept for the rise and fall of his chest. She then realized the wounds that had been covered by cobwebs. "Blacktail has been attacked!" The she yelled as she bounded into the clearing. Peachear quickly padded into the den, seeing the ingured ,but still alive, Tom. He grabbed the tom's scruff and dragged him out of the den and into the med cat den.

Lightningstar stood on highrock and looked down at his clan. Turtlepool was with Blacktail in the Medicine cat den. "We need to make a new accusation, who will it be?"
