(Virgil POV)
(Modern day)

A few minutes after remy said he needed to speak privately with remus and janus i notice remus’s presence getting closer fast, oh good i change my position to a more comfortable one as remus bursts through my door,

“Virgil are you really virgil black crown prince of the vampires?” I get up and cup his extremely handsome face, so he has to look me in my eyes

“yes, I am” he blushes

“you know that the history books say some stuff about you?” I raise an eyebrow,

“like what?” I ask teasingly he gets redder

“like that you’re an alpha, that you were mean especially towards lower class vampires, dampheires, and most often humans” I sigh

“those are all lies, first i'm an omega, second do I seem mean to you?” I release his face and he shakes his head no.

“those must have been written by the person that sealed me away” remus nods i smile softly

“shall we go speak with remy?” he nods again and we go down to the living room where remy is sitting
shocked and janus is smirking remus turns to janus

“what did you do?” janus looks at us

“i told him that we finished his task.” I shake my head and try to get Remy's attention. I sigh then look at Remus and Janus

“I’m going to try one more thing but remember that once this is said you will have to not tell anyone else about it.” Remus nods but Janus asks

“What are you going to try?” I sigh

“I'm going to say his full legal name” Remus tilts his head

“why can’t we tell anyone else?” I look at him

“knowing a vampire’s full legal name means that you have power over them, i may also say my full legal name so be prepared.” janus looks at me

“why would knowing your legal name be something that we have to be prepared for?” I took an unneeded breath.

“Knowing a vampire’s full legal name means that you have power over them that gets worse when it’s a royal vampire.” they finally nod i sigh

“I Virgil Draven Black invoke my title of crown prince to get Remington Nathaniel Black out of his shocked state.” as soon as i finished my sentence the purple string that connects us that only remy and i can see sends a wave of electricity and remy snapped out of his shock he looks at me

“I'm going to have to tell the counsel” I  shrugged

“figured that rem, sorry about that, it was the only way to get you to snap out of it” he looked around then sighed

“The counsel aren’t expecting a report until next week so we have a bit to discuss about the choices you want to make.” I look at him and nod but Remus pipes up

“what choices?” Remy and I look at him

“like my castle, but most importantly my brood” Janus smiles and then Remus tilts his head cutely

“What is a brood?” I smile softly

“it's like my lovers and food source in one” I blush slightly after explaining, janus looks at me knowingly. I look at Remy

“I know where I want my castle, and we don't have to build it, but I would like a moment” Remy nods then looks at Janus

“my usual room?” Janus nods and Remy excuses himself. I turn to Remus and Janus,

“would you mind if this house were to be my castle?” remus kinda smiles softly and janus smirks,

“I believe that I would like to know the benefits of that before I make my stance known” i breathe a sigh

“well it would be my main territory and be extremely protected from all vampire clans except who you deem worthy of coming in, it's a ritual so there is a time limit on it, the other thing is I was going to ask, I don't need an answer right away but would you guys like to be my brood?” janus looks thoughtful for a moment then remus squishes my face and says,

“I would love to be a part of your brood” janus nods in agreement.

(Remy POV)
(Modern day)

Today is the day i present my first report to the vampiric council virge and i decided to say he’s been found but not to disclose where he is,  he wants to cast the rituals necessary to stake his claim of his brood and castle, i’m drinking another blood mixed ice coffee but i’m more nervous than at the first meeting, then the grandmaster clears their throat

“Remington black what is your report?” I nod and stand trying to look casual,

“Virgil Black has been found but I don't know a location as of yet.” The council members nod and dismiss me. I walk out to where logan and roman are, roman walks back into the room that I just came out of,

“Logan, do you know what that's about?” Logan looks at me

“yes roman is asking for time off so he patton and I can visit remus and janus” I nod to him and text remus and janus a heads up.
