There are many terms and descriptions for these but these are the ones that are used in my story!

Mate: It is another term for a soulmate, most wolves have mates. Mates are gifts given by the Moon Goddess, Selene. If you don't want your mate, you can reject him/her, but it is a painful process and mostly frown upon in the werewolf world

Beloved: This is a term used to describe the soulmates or mates of vampires. Rejecting your mate in vampire culture is banned and made a punishable offence.

Alphas: There is either an Alpha Male or Alpha Female in a pack, these wolves are respected by all the pack and the pack will always follow their orders. Alphas may achieve their status by superior and, or through social efforts and building alliances or through a hierarchy.

Luna: She is the mate or wife of the Alpha. Her and the Alpha have equal power in most packs. She is the mediator between the pack and the Alpha, her primary role is to make all pack members feel safe and secure.

Beta: A Beta is like a second-in-command deputy. The Beta gives the orders when the Alphas aren't around, but as soon as the Alphas return, the Beta is not in charge. The Beta is near the top of the wolf pack, but still highly respects the Alphas. They usually do aoffencetraining for the pack and sometimes handle the paperwork if the Alpha is not able to.

Omega: At the bottom of the pack is the Omega. They are usually the normal wolves in the pack, who do all the work or the chores.

Warriors: They are the wolves in the pack who fight and train to fight in case of a war.

Pack: Packs are like different factions or homes for wolves, they are headed by an Alpha and Luna.

Wolfsbane: Its a plant which is harmful to werewolf and can even kill them if its given in a high dosage, it also makes them and their inner wolf weak.

Vervain: This is also a plant which is harmful to vampires!
