JTK Fan Gone Too Far

Dear Reader,

Let me tell you all an incident that happened to my family and I two months prior. In this story I'm going to tell you in this letter, you will know me as "Sophia". My family will only be named Mother, Father, and Little Sister. So, please read carefully because I don't want you to end up like me a once normal girl. . .

Two months prior:

It was very late at night or maybe you'd like to see it as early in the morning. Either way it was about 3 AM on a Sunday. I had just finished watching anime for the night and gone to bed. Of course, I didn't go to sleep right away, no, I spent my time on my cellphone for awhile until I finally started getting sleepy. So I had put my phone on silent and tried to get comfortable in my twin sized bed.

It didn't feel long at all when I closed my eyes, but I had heard the sound of the back door in the kitchen being forced open. I sat up, thinking it was just a dream. The sound kept happening so I had quickly gotten out of bed, and rushed out of my room and into my little sisters room that was connected to mine. I shook her awake roughly and she simply groaned until I had smacked her.

"Wake up! Go to my room and call the police! I think someone's breaking in. I have to go warn our parents!" I had told her hysterically. She had quickly shot up on her bed and grabbed her phone, doing what I had said. I followed her to grab my purse and pull out the mace my father had bought for when I had to walk out late at night when in college.

I also grabbed a pair of scissors that I kept in that same purse (I have serious trust issues, so to me. . .everyone is bad and out to hurt me). I tiptoed to the door leading out to the hallway and slightly opened the door. I saw a figure of a man with shoulder length black hair, wearing black dress pants and a white sweater. I instantly thought it was Jeff The Killer, especially when I saw the butcher knife as he crept towards my parents room.

I slowly crept behind him and once he started opening my parents door I kicked the back of his knee making him scream and making him startle my parents awake. I quickly climbed on the man's back and had sat full force on it, knocking the wind out of him. Quickly, I stabbed his hand with the knife with my scissors and then had put the mace to his face and sprayed him. I had caught a bit of it, but stayed strong as he continued to scream in pain.

My father quickly had gotten out of bed to help me pin down the guy who may I add was larger than me, so he probably would have knocked me over if my father wasn't there. My mother had screamed and didn't know what to do.

"I had my sister call the police! They should be on their way! We just have to keep this guy pinned down in the mean time! Move that knife!" I yelled at my mother who quickly complied. We were all shaken up, but when we heard the sirens of the police we were relieved. They didn't waste any time to break the door down. I called out to them, telling them that my father and I had the guy pinned down. The police rushed in and saw us and quickly took control and handcuffed the man who was still in pain.

"What happened?" An officer had come up to us to question us. Since I was the only one who was a bit more levelheaded, I told them what had happened.

"Well, we were all sleeping and I woke up when I heard the sounds of the back door being broken open. I heard it since my room's wall is thin and it's connected to the kitchen, so I was the first to react. I had my little sister call the police and I went into my purse to pull out my emergency mace and scissors and followed the guy who was going into my parents room. I kicked him in the back of the knee and made him fall before I made my move and got him in the position he was in now." I had explained to the officer as he listened intently.

"Tell me, officer. . .that man is dressed as Jeff The Killer. Is it really him or a fan that's taken things too far." I had questioned and the officer had looked at me like I had grown a second head. I simply sighed and explained who Jeff The Killer was as well as Creepypastas. I suppose something like what you are reading right now, although you can't be sure if it is a fictional story I am telling you right now.

Anyway, once that had been cleared up the police had told me that his face was painted once they cleaned up his eyes with water. So that's when I instantly knew that this was a man who took the Creepypasta fandom far too seriously. It had pissed me off but I tried to keep calm.

Of course things hadn't gone well, as all stories do. Eventually the guy was let out since nobody in my family got hurt, so my family and I were endangered.

Since, I don't want to bore people with a super long story I'll skip straight to the moment where I was out in broad daylight to buy some groceries and the missing bastard showed up to kidnap me right when I had reached my car. He'd held a knife and forced me to drive to the park all the way across town.

I forgot to mention he was dressed as Jeff The Killer again, talk about pathetic.

So, once we reached the park he had lead me onto the bike path and down towards the river behind some trees. He had tied me up against a tree, and went on a psychotic rant as most killers do. Of course just because I sound calm in this letter, doesn't mean I was calm as I was being held captive. No, I was definitely piss my pants scared. I really didn't want to die a horrible death like I'm sure most "normal" human being do.

I didn't speak much other than to plead for my life, but of course he wasn't showing any pity. So, I guess he had that part of being a killer down. He was playing the part well, eventually he had pulled out a butcher knife from the pocket of his white sweatshirt and put it near my face.

"Time to go to sleep, but first lets make you pretty." He had whispered very near my face, his rancid breath nearly made me puke. He gripped my chin tightly and then held the knife to the right side of my lip. The only thing I did was breathe heavily and try to sound out my words, begging him to stop. He didn't listen of course and carved a long smile from the side of my lip nearly up to my ear.

I had let out an ear splitting scream and reflexively kicked him away. The adrenaline in my body gave me almost superhuman strength and I broke out of the poorly tied bindings on me. I ran as fast as I could, screaming the whole way, never daring to look back. I eventually made it to the actual park and covered my disfigured side as I rushed to a family.

"Please! Oh God, please help me! There's a killer after me! Call the cops!" I had told them frantically. They were also freaking out as they saw the blood bath on my clothes. They had quickly done so and after that, the rest was a blur.

Once I had regained my bearings I was lying in a hospital bed with my family around me. I watched them all speak at the same time, but I couldn't. All I had felt was an immense pain on the right side of my face. I sat up abruptly and pulled off the IV on my hand. the doctors or nurses had put on me and rushed to the bathroom.

"Sophia! Sophia open the door!" I had locked the bathroom door and looked into a mirror. My heart was pounding in my chest as I looked at the gauze on my face. My hands were trembling horribly as I reached for it and pulled it off. All I did was scream at the sight of my stitched up face. Eventually nurses opened the bathroom door and injected me with tranquilizers. It took a bit to kick in, but I eventually fell asleep again.

The last time I regained consciousness was a few days later, so by then I assumed the stitches had been removed. Nobody was in the room and it was late, so I made my way to the bathroom as I once more took off the things they had put on me. There was no gauze on my face as I turned on the light and saw my horribly scarred cheek. A half smile forever on my cheek. I simply grabbed my bang on the left side of my face and moved it all to the right to hide the ugliness. I never realized how pretty I had been until I saw my new face.

All I could think of at that time was revenge. I had left the hospital disguised as a nurse. So, I kept in hiding as I stole material to change my identity. I had bought a red wig and stole clothes that were way out of my normal attire. I was dressed as a businesswoman. I was lucky it was cold, so I had en excuse to wear a scarf.

Eventually, I had learned that the Jeff The Killer wannabe had been captured and taken to a mental institution for the criminally insane. Of course I took the trip there and after much hard work managed to sneak in. I found the man with a bit of difficulty since I didn't recognize him without the face paint. I did recognize the scar on his hand my scissors had left when I stabbed his hand.

The only thing I did was smile and walked slowly to the man sitting in a corner. Inside of my coat pocket I grabbed a needle I had filled with arsenic. The man eventually looked at me and I let my hair move away and show my disfigured face. His blue eyes had widened in horror and I crouched down in front of him.

"No, you wannabe, it's you who's going to sleep. I don't need to steal someone's identity. I'm Sophia. Take that to your grave." I had whispered to him before injecting his thigh. I had covered his mouth with my gloved hand as he tried to scream. I looked around to make sure nobody saw him thrashing around as the arsenic took effect. I watched him die before making my grand escape.

Since then I had to live in hiding, living a life I did not like. My family, I haven't seen in awhile. Nor do I want to. . .I don't want to curse them with having a hideous daughter. Everyday I had to keep on the run and hide in secluded places. I was almost caught a couple times, but managed to get out of it.

During my spare time I hunted for other wannabes who thought they could pull it off. I wanted to save other "normal" people from suffering a cruel fate like mine. Either way I look at it, I believe I have lost my mind and I can no longer go back. A part of me wants to turn myself in for what I have done, but another doesn't want to stop. No. . .I can't stop. I have to save you before those crazies come after you.

~Sincerely, your hero Sophia
