New Life

Everything was hazy, Encre didn't know what was going on. All he felt was the wing moving past his skull. The sound of wings flapping was all he could hear, and the occasional animal calls.

It felt like hours before the cold wind stopped, only to feel his whole body jolt to a stop. The sound of soil crunching under someone's boots filled the air, and the sound of an old rusted door opening.

"Welcome home Master." A younger voice called out, nodding their head down. They had short brown hair, and their eyes didn't seem to be open.

"Thank you Fibi. I'm hoping the castle is still in one piece." The deep voice stranger spoke back, a small grin growing over his cheeks.

A faint laugh was heard from the small child, "Yes Sir. Everything is how it was left." Fibi looked at Encre who was being carried brutal style by the vampire stranger. "Who is this Sir?"

The stranger looked down at Encre's sleeping form, ink black tear stains soaked into his skull. "Our new friend. Could you please get the queen's sweat ready."

"Yes Sir. Right away Sir." Fibi acknowledged, quickly walking away and up a large flight of stairs.

The vampire stranger started walking that way as well, folding in his wings under his cape, the tips of them dragging against the marble floor. His boots echo in the castle as he walks through the halls, passing multiple rooms and vintage artifacts and paintings. A couple of servants poke their heads out of the rooms to see Encre asleep in the vampire's arms.

After about five minutes the vampire came up to a door that is a jar. With a light bump the door swung open; revealing a decently large office with a large desk in the center. The side walls are covered in large bookcases that go all the way up to the roof. The back of the wall had tall windows with blackout curtains covering them. In the center of the room there were two leather couches, clearly worn out from monsters sitting on them. A black wooden coffee table in the between them with a couple of glass cups and a bottle of wine in the center.

The vampire walks over to one of the couches, gently setting Encre down. The stranger kneels down next to him, gently moving Encre's neck cloth out of the way, seeing the bite marks left from just a bit ago. "Now monsters will know who you belong too."

"Sir. The room is now ready." A taller skeleton stood by the door. He was very well dressed, his pink glasses tapes to his eyes, acting like it's on his nose.

"Thank you Suave." The vampire answers, getting up from beside Encre. "Let me see it."

Suave nods and moves out of the way for his master to walk through, leaving Encre in the office. "You sure this is a good idea Sir? Bringing an outsider here." Suave asks, walking with vampire towards the sweet.

"It's not like he knows where he is. He wouldn't know where to go." Suave looks at him for a moment, than continues to look straight.

After a moment they were in front of the sweat. On the left of the room was a king size bed, the sheets perfectly folded on top of it. There was a small couch at the foot of the bed, with a wardrobe across from it. Tall windows were on the back wall, blacked out curtains covering them. Outside of the center window is a balcony that looks out the forest, the kingdom poking out past the trees in the distance.

"Good work Suave. All that's left is to add a couple of canvas and paints for him to waist time." The vampire said, looking at his servant.

"Yes sir." Suave nodded, looking into the room seeing where he could place the items.

"I should get back to him. Make sure he didn't jump through the window." The vampire said, turning around and walking back towards his office.

Suave watches as his master leaves, having a bad feeling about Encre and what he could bring.

As the vampire walks back towards the office, he could hear another pair of footsteps. They were faint, but frantic. "He must be awake." He starts to walk faster, hearing glass shatter in the distance.

He turns the corner into his office, seeing the glasses on the coffee table shattered on the ground, and Encre not on the couch. He franticly looks around, looking for the painter.

Past the desk the pale skeleton stood, gripping onto the curtains. Encre pants heavy, his arms and legs shaking as he tries to hold himself up. "D-Don't you dare move. Or I will pull these down."

The vampire stands back up straight, holding up his hands. "Calm down my little Star Fire. We don't need to go that far."

A faint rainbow blush came across Encre's cheeks. "Where am I? Who are you? Why did you take me away from my home?" Encre yelled, pulling onto the curtains with each question.

The vampire slowly starts to walk towards the desk, still having his hands up. "I'm Fallacy. You are in my castle. And I thought you looked miserable in that stingy goat's castle. And your cuteness was another factor."

Black ink tears started streaming down Encre's face. "That was my home! I had a life there; and you took that away from me." His whole body starts to shake, collapsing onto the ground.Fallacy runs over to his side, not fully sure how to handle the situation.

After a couple second, Encre froze, feeling one of Fallacy's large wings wrap around him, pulling him into the vampire's chest. Tears still rolling down his cheeks, staining into his clothes.

Silence filled the room, with an occasional sniffle. "Asgore is going to kill you."
