I raced out of my room and then Slender's door flung open. Blood trailed out of the room until Felix came out. Strutting a sick twisted pose. He clicked his fingers and disappeared. Oh god.
"Slender!" I screamed racing into the room. He lay there in many parts but not together.

I put a sheet over him and closed his door. Everyone looked at me waiting for a surprise face and then me to say
"He's okey!" But it never came.
"Is Daddy okey?" Sally asked and I could feel my eyes watering. She's so young.
"Y-Yes Sally. He's just gone on a little Holliday." I say and most people hung their heads.

"Okey!" Sally says skipping off.

"I can't believe he's gone..." Bo says standing next to her door.

"F-F-FELIX! He's in the house!" I scream.

"How do you know?" Bo asks.

"His power. It allows him to disappear and reappear but he's hiding somewhere in the house and-"

I was cut of by Sally screaming.

"Sally!" We all yelled racing down the stairs.

"Are you coming!?" Bo asks.

"N-No I'm what he's after."

Here I was in lockdown next to Ben. I knew Felix needed some of my hair to work the necklace.

"So Slender really is gone?" Ben asks for the hundredth time. He literally has asked a hundred times.

"Yes."

"And Felix wants your hair?"

"Only a piece of it."

"So is now the right time to tell me about the necklace?" I nodded and took his hands in mine.

"When I was alive I held a gift. This necklace gave me powers, invincibility, flying powers, fighting skills and heaps more. Only I could use the necklace though." I say.
"So what use is it to Felix?"

"Well if he gets hold of a lock of my hair then he can makes a spell which will trick the gem in the necklace to believe it's me using the locket when indeed it's actually Felix." I say.

Hours went by silently. I jumped a few times when Ben moved around in his bed.

"How can we survive without Slender?" I ask.

"Well in case anything happened to him he wrote down who would take his place. It's in the bottom draw of his desk."

"I'll go get it!" I say.

Ben went for my arm to stop me but I creeped into his room. I refused to look at Slender's body or the bloody sheet covering him. I opened the draw and found a little envelope.

I ran back to Ben's room and shut the door facing it.
"Whew that was scary. Now to see-"

"Mmhhhmm!" Ben said through the duck tape. I looked at Felix and held the envelope behind my back.
"What do you want?" I ask.

"Oh nothing my dear. See it's quite obvious who the new head is for this mansion." Felix says coming to me. Ben had ripped off the tape but stayed silent.
"Your hair is...very soft." I threw the envelope without him noticing and Ben began to slowly open it.

"Leave my hair alone!" I snapped.

"Don't talk to me like that. You need to pay me the respect you would have payed Slender."

"Says the one who turned him into sushi." I snap.

"Calm down child."

"DONT YOU EVER CALL ME THAT! NONE OF US WILL EVER RESPECT YOU LIKE THAT!" I scream. I look towards Ben and he holds up the name of the new leader with a straight face.
