Cory's P.O.V
As we walked through the woods back into town, Frisk kept mumbling to herself. Everytime I asked her about it, she'd answer with, "Just talking to myself." Yet she would never say what she was talking about. We wandered back into town and immediately got swarmed. Okay maybe not swarmed, but our friends immediately came over. "Oh, my children, we were so worried! Where have you been?" Toriel asked as she hugged us.
"Cory decided to go on a little adventure," Frisk replied.
"Where did you go?" Undyne asked.
"We don't really know. It was like this little village with woods and scary things and stuff." Frisk shuddered. We all stood together silently, and then got a bit creeped out when Frisk started licking her lips with an unsettling smile. "What are you doing?" I asked.
Frisk's eyes widened and she stopped what she was doing. "Ur... I don't know? Just thinking about that great spaghetti Papyrus makes!" she replied with a more friendly smile.
"Ah yes, the Great Papyrus does make excellent spaghetti!" Papyrus chirped. "In fact, we shall go have some now!"
It was a fairly normal day after that, until around dinner time, wher Frisk stared at her food, not taking a single bite, and going incredibly pale. "My child, whatever is the matter?" Toriel asked. Frisk didn't answer. Her golden eyes didn't shift from the burger on her plate. "Frisk, what's wrong?" I tried. Her gaze lifted and she looked at me, and I could've sworn her eyes flashed red. I had to make sure I wasn't going all scared and pacifist, because that happened once, Frisk got all mean and I got all nice. I even had a dream where we went through the Underground again and she killed all the monsters. But no, I felt normal. "Can't... eat..." Frisk muttered. She looked weak. "Why can't you eat?" I asked.
"Must... have..." She ended the sentence so quietly I couldn't hear it.
"What?"
"Need... to leave..."
Frisk stood from the table and ran to our bedroom.
