Chapter Seventeen
"Well there's no way a senior could have been a virgin in this day and age, right? Well... actually I take that back. My dad was a virgin when he joined the military— met my mom when he came home— and yeah. Here I am." I ranted, scratching the back of my neck as Scott and Stiles gave me an odd look.
"What? I talk when I'm nervous." I explained as Scott shook his head. "Plus, every virgin that has been killed was young. Or close to having sex. And the problem with that is that Stiles and I have— well. We've Uh—"
I trailed off as Scott raised a brow before scoffing. "Wait. You guys haven't actually done it?"
Stiles and I glanced at one another before nodding our heads and shrugged. It was partially true. Stiles and I haven't actually gotten to the point of sex. Maybe a blow ion or something close to it, but no. He was a virgin. And I could tell Scott wanted to let out a laugh, but with the fact his thought his closest friends were virgins was... not a laughing matter at the moment.
"Anyways. Why are you even talking like he's already dead? He's just missing." Scott slipped his shirt off as he opened his gym locker, grabbing his PE shirt.
"Missing and presumed dead because he's a virgin, alright Scott? And you know who else are virgins? Me and Dean! We are virgins. That means that our somewhat lack of sexual experience are now literally threats to our lives!" Stiles spun around to face me.
"We should have sex." He stated bluntly and my eyes widened, waving my hands around awkwardly.
"You mean like— like now? As in right now? Because I still have—"
"After school, Dean! I am not dying a virgin." He frowned as I laughed.
"Not that I blame you or anything, but I had sex when I was like.. 15." Scott and Stiles' eyes widened.
"Wait. What?" Scott asked and I nodded.
"Yeah. Her name was Macy. We dated for like... uh.. 2 months? I don't even remember. Was not the best and I like to just..." I waved my hands away from my body. "Ignore that part of my life."
"Okay. So... I'm the only virgin. Great." Stiles whined, wiping a hand over his face. "I'm going to die."
"No, you aren't Stiles. Remember, it's a rule of 3. Three virgins have already died. Now it's into the next." Stiles frowned, which clearly showed that it did not help him feel any better. I pressed my lips together, and nodded. "Well. I'm gonna go. Coach said if I'm not one of the first on the field today then I'm gonna be a bench warmer. And I don't like benches."

"Pace yourselves, let's move!" Coach Finstock yelled as I huffed in exhaustion, pausing to see Stiles laying on the ground. I walked over to him, staring down.
"You dead, or dying?" I asked as he gasped for air.
"Both." He reached his arm out and I yanked him up, taking in a deep breath and turned my head to see two boys, who looked completely identical, walk onto the field.
Isaac walked over to us, eyes staring daggers into them. "That's them." He growled lowly, eyes glowing as I widened my eyes.
"Wait... those are the alphas that can form into a larger one?" I looked at Isaac, who nodded. I turned back to the twins. "Holy shit. Must be some twin link thing..." I laughed at the joke before watching them walk up to us.
"You must be Dean. We were sent here to get you." One of the twins said as I slowly pushed Stiles behind me.
"Sorry but, I didn't order an Uber." I glanced between the two twins, who glared in disapproval.
"It's not a request. It's an order." The other twin snarled as I hummed, nodding.
"Well, hopefully the Uber comes with animal control." The twin that has snarled went to lunge, his brother grabbing him and yanking him back.
"Dean, let's go." Stiles demanded as I huffed, Isaac following after the two of us. I froze in my spot song with many others as a piercing scream erupted from the forest, everyone now booking it to see what had happened.
I slid to a halt as I managed to get there before most of the others, my eyes wide as I grabbed the girl that had found the boys body, shielding her from the mangled mess he was.
"Holy... shit."

"He had the same injuries as the others." I pointed out as Isaac shook his head, me, him, Scott and Stiles walking down the hallway.
"That's him, isn't it? The guy Scott said left his dog." Isaac asked as Stiles nodded. Isaac turned his head, looking at the twins, who were standing by their lockers. "Did you see the way the twins looked at him?"
"Like they had no idea what was going on?" Stiles asked, and Isaac shook his head again.
"No, no, they know." Isaac stated, looking over at me as if I had all of the answers. I crossed my arms and frowned, tilting my head.
"Look. Just because they are after me doesn't necessarily mean I know what's going on. Besides, the injuries of each victim aren't from werewolves. Boyd and Eri—" I cut myself off as I realized the mistake I had made, clearing my throat. "Cora... aren't the ones doing these killings. And neither are the Alphas."
"So you think it's a coincidence they show up and people start dying?" Isaac frowned as I scoffed.
"I don't necessarily care who is killing who at this point. As long as we stop whoever is doing these human sacrifices, then who cares?" I asked, turning to Scott, who had been eerily silent the entire time. "Scott?"
The boy hummed, turning to the three of us. "How 'bout you?" Isaac asked, crossing his arms.
"I... don't know yet."
"You don't know yet?" Stiles repeated, his friend nodding.
"Well Isaac has a point." The blonde gave the two of us a 'I told you so' look, and I scoffed in disapproval. "Seriously, come on guys, human sacrifices?"
"Scott. Your eyes turn into yellow glow sticks, okay? Hair literally grows from your cheeks and then will immediately disappear. And if I were to stab you right now, it would magically heal itself. And you're telling me you are having trouble grasping human sacrifices?" Stiles frowned as I shrugged.
"Now Stiles has a point." I spoke up, the three looking at me. "I mean, three out of the four of us are literally walking myths. Human sacrifices have been a thing since the Dawn of time, there are factual records of them."
Isaac waved his hands up, shaking his head. "Look. I don't care. They killed that kid, they killed the girl that saved me. I'm going to kill them, too." Isaac walked off, the three of us watching him round the corner.

"Isaac, let us figure everything out before you do something stupid, okay?" Scott whispered as the three of us sat in chemistry, Mr. Harris asking students a bunch of random questions about inertia and matter.
"Bill Nye the science guy... Bill Bill Bill Bill Bill Bill Bill—" I whispered, trailing off as I turned to see Isaac and Scott giving me odd looks. "What? You got a problem with Bill Nye?"
"Nope. No problem here." Isaac pressed his lips together in a fine line before raising his hand. "Mr. Harris, can I use the bathroom?"
Mr Harris waved him off and Isaac ran out, Scott raising his hand quickly after. "Me too. I need to use the bathroom."
"One at a time, McCall."
"But I really have to go. Like, medical emergency have to go." Scott smiled awkwardly as Mr. Harris slapped his pencil down, looking up at him.
"Mr. McCall, if your bladder suddenly exploded and urine began to pour from every orifice, I would still respond, "one at a time."" I frowned at our teacher, raising a finger up slightly.
"I'm pretty sure you can't not allow someone to use the bathroom if that happens. And... not trying to be a smart-ass or anything, but it would be pretty irresponsible for you as a teacher to let one of your students be seriously injured and end up in the hospital. Pretty sure you could get sued." I smiled as Mr Harris snapped his pencil, glaring at me.
"One. At. A. Time." Mr. Harris growled and I frowned in disappointment, leaning over to Scott.
"You should call animal control." I whispered as Scott snorted, covering his mouth.
