It was Friday and Aadhvik was tensed about his match. It was his golden opportunity get the attention of national team selectors. It was a piece of cake for his brother to get him selected in the team... but he wanted to make it on his own....he knew he has his brother all the way long to back him up.....but he wanted to make his brother proud by his performance. But he was tensed and he was making it known by the others....

Abhi: ohh God Addu....for godsake stop....this is not the first time u are playing....

Aadhvik: haa yaar....but i am tensed because there will be national selectors....what if i don't play well infront of them....

Abhi: u know what...u better stay home and sleep...u don't have to play today....he said climbing down the stairs followed by Aadhvik.

Anirudh: Abhi...what happened....why are u pissed in the morning itself...

Abhi: ask ur baby brother bhaiyu....and please let me out of this...

Avinash came into the dining hall fully ready for the day. He saw the younger twins quarreling and with the reaction of Abhishek he knew what was going on. Aadhvik was an wonderfull football player but he will always bug like this before his matches. One thing he never changed from his childhood.

Avinash: Abhi...relax baccha....Addu...u very well know u will do the best...and we all know that just calm down and eat the breakfast....

Aadhvik was about to tell something when Sid entered the dining hall with Shankar. They all saw him helping shankar to get the food items to the table. As it was the match day the items were full of Aadhvik's favorites and also healthy ones...they all stopped talking seeing him. Sid felt uncomfortable under their gazes but sat silently on his chair.

Everyone started eating and Aadhvik was the one to finish first. His mobile ringed with his coach's name...

Aadvik: ok i am done...coach is calling bhaiya...i will meet u in the college... he said hugging Avinash and Anirudh.

Abhi: hey what about me...

Aadhvik: i am getting late Abhi...u can get ur ride with bhaiyu....

Anirudh: i will drop u baccha...u go Addu...he said and Aadhvik left from there not even giving a glance to sid.

Soon the other brothers were also finished. Abhi was making faces looking at the pomegranate juice which was placed in front of him by Anirudh.

Anirudh: dont show that face to me Abhi...last time I checked ur reports ur haemoglobin level was around 11 only...for an adult male it should be atleast 13....now drink...

Hearing this Sid looked at his brother. His eyes filled up immediately. It was indeed true that a adult male's haemoglobin level should be atleast 13...here his bhaiyu was forcing his Dada to drink the juice when his own HB level was below 7 and they didn't even know about it...

why they will know..they don't care about u....

A voice echoed inside his head and he silently stood up from the table. Avinash and Anirudh has left already. Abhishek saw him getting up with half filled plate.

Abhi: where are u going....he asked both lovingly and at the same time with a cold tone.

Sid: i..i am done...

Abhi: but ur plate is still half finished...eat it..sit down...

Sid: no...i am full...

Abhi: i said sit and eat siddharth...don't make me repeat myself...he said getting up.

Sid flinched on the raised tone and sat down again. His head was bowed down all the time. All of his brothers knowingly or unknowingly doing the same thing that was scaring him with loud shouts. Why can't they speak calmly with him like they talk to eachother... he thought...but he composed himself with a thought that he is not worth of that and only yellings and loud shouts are only meant for him...

Sid sat back and took another bite. He was full already. He was not used to eat these items. Back then it was very rare for him to get a full meal at a time. He was used to be starved many times. And his health condition automatically didn't let him eat more than few bites.

Abhi was looking at him keenly. Sid was struggling to gulp down the food. Abhi was about to leave when Sid stood up and ran to the kitchen. Abhi frowned and went behind him. There he was shocked to see Sid throwing up everything he ate few minutes ago. Shankar was rubbing his back. Abhi really wanted to go and take the place of Shankar. It was his place to be...his brothers place to be...but something was stopping all of them.

Sid stopped after emptying stomach. His face was so pale and he was sweating profusely. And also his breathing was so heavy. Shankar made him sit on the nearby chair and rubbed his chest. Shankar saw Abhi standing there but not approaching his younger brother even in this state. Does this young one deserve it. He shook his head and comforted sid and gave him some water to drink.

Sid was looking so tired and weak. But he has to go to the work as he have to buy medicines and if he attends the job today only he can have the enough money for his medicines.

Abhi after making himself to beleive that sid is ok left to college when Anirudh called him. He didn't shared anything to Anirudh or Avinash. Anirudh dropped him at the college and left to the hospital.

Here sid also left after lots of failed attempts of Shankar of convincing him to stay home. But sid left for the job as it's the important thing now. But what he didn't bothered was his deteriorating health.

At the University....

The match was going on a full swing. It was a match between two universities...and the other team also had many talented players. They were giving a big tough to Aadhvik's team. Being the captain of the team Aadhvik was hooked up...now he was not playing for himself he was playing for the team...whether if he gets noticed by the National selectors or not he will not let his team lose...his performance can wait and it was matter of reputation of their University and the team.

Abhishek was cheering for his twin along with Nisha and vaishu. The whole stadium was hooting for their team and especially Aadhvik.. The opposite team was getting distracted with the amount of cheering coming from the crowd for one guy....Aadhvik. Abhishek was so proud of his twin that he was showing his captainship quality and was not playing selfishly for him. He was hooting and enjoying.

Gerald was also sitting among the crowd fuming in anger. He wanted Aadhvik to be ruled out of the team or atleast for this match so he can't perform before national selectors. Because win or loss the selectors will only observe who gave their 100 percent game....so only he tried to rile him up and started a fight so he will be suspended and can't play the match. But for his misfortune some of the junior students came to his aid and said Aadhvik was saving them from the bullies who is Gerald and his friends...so Aadhvik was left with a warning.

Avinash was sitting in the VIP lounge along with the other trustees and also the national selectors. He was so proud of his brother as the selectors were observing Aadhvik from so long and he was hearing good things. He watched the match with a proud smile.

Soon the match ended with Aadhvik's team winning with 4 goals ahead and 3 of them were by Aadhvik. He was given the best player of the match and he was so much delighted when he received the award from his most favourite football player who was one of the selectors.

After some time Aadhvik joined Abhishek and the girls who were on cloud nine celebrating their teams win. Abhishek and Aadhvik moved to the VIP lounge where Avinash was.

Aadhvik threw himself into Avinash arms and he also hugged him back with a huge proud smile...

Addu: we won bhaiya...we won...

Avi: yeah...i am so proud of u Addu...and i am hearing all good from the selectors side about u....

Addu: did u...are they really talking about me...

Avi: haa...why not...they will never miss a player who plays so damn well and also with awesome captainship qualities....

Abhi: haa bhaiya u are right....

Addu: ok ok where is bhaiyu and Ana di...they didn't came...

Avi: I sent Ana on a important meeting and Ani got up with a emergency surgery Addu...u know na...his profession...

Addu: yeah yeah...he said rolling his eyes...

Avi: don't worry...he will make it up for u...now here...u have ur friends....go celebrate with them...we will celebrate together tonight....ok...

Addu: that's sounds good though....he said and the next second all four of them where out of sight...

Avi: they will never change....he said to himself and left to the meeting he has with the selectors...

Aadhvik was on cloud nine and was jumping up and down. Abhi was trying to control him but no today he was in so much happiness that he was not ready to stop.

Nisha: addu...stop yaar....are u going to jump like this for rest of the day....come on let's goo....

Vaishu: haa yaar...i am so hungry...

Addu: ok then let's go to my fav place ...it's been so long we went there....

Abhi: ok baba...let's go...restaurent will not come here....

Aadhvik made a pout when others laughed out. Soon they reached Aadhvik's favourite restaurent. It was his most favourite as they used to come here even before Shwetha's demise. So this place was so close to his heart. He will make sure they will go to the place atleast once in two weeks...but as they all were so busy and some chaos it's been some time they came there....

Four of them settled in their usual place. The security guards waited outside.

Vaishu: it's been so long we came here right...

Abhi: yeah yeah...i think it's been 2 and a half weeks...

Aadhvik: haa yaar i missed the chocolate milkshake so much...

Abhi: aww...baby boo missing his milky shaky...don't worry i will get u one extra today....

Aadhvik: i am not a baby....

Nisha/Abhinavi: yes u are....they said and started to laugh.

They were enjoying themselves when a voice interrupted them and made them to get shocked.

Sid: can i have ur order sir....he asked looking down at the notepad he was having.

Abhishek and Aadhvik was shocked to see him there and looked at eachother. What the hell was he doing here...how did his brother let him to do job...it was not like they care...but deep down both know they care for him.

Abhi: what are u doing here siddharth....he asked in a cold tone and that's when Sid realised the customers sitting in front of him was none other than his brothers.

He looked at them and found them staring at him. The girls were so surprised and confused. They haven't had any talk with him till now as Aadhvik made it known he is not liking it. But deep down he itself don't know he is longing for his younger brother. The hate was suppressing the love he had for him...

Sid stood silently not knowing what to answer.

Abhi: i asked u something Siddharth...what are u doing here...

Sid: j..job...

Abhi was about to say something but Aadhvik stopped him not wanting to create a scene there...then he gave the order and sid ran from there.

Abhi: why did u stopped me addu...how can he work here...what about bhaiya's reputation....and above all what about his security...

Addu: u think bhaiya and bhaiyu is not aware of this Abhi...and about his security see there... Thomas is here for him...he said gesturing him to turn. Abhi turned saw Thomas one of their security team was there sitting silently observing sid all the time. When he saw the twins he acknowledged them with a small nod. Abhi was relieved that atleast sid was protected.

Sid came back with their order and served them. He was still looking so pale and weak. As he puked all the food he had for his breakfast didn't helped him. Abhi saw him getting dizzy slightly.

Abhi: why did u came for the work today...u were sick right...he asked and Sid looked at him like a toddler.

Aadhvik was little tensed hearing about the sickness...

Addu: sick...

Abhi: yeah he vomited the whole food he had for breakfast...i thought he will be resting but he is here...

Sid turned to go from there. He just wanted to get away from his brothers...their strong gazes were making him feel uncomfortable.. but he felt dizzy again. The manager of the cafe called for him. He composed himself and walked away from his brothers who were calling from behind. He just wanted to go out of their sight before something happens but.....
