Sai-Rin sat at the bar, her tail swaying back and forth as she and Husk casually chatted about whatever came to mind. "A little slow tonight, isn't it?" Sai-Rin mumbled, leaning her cheek against her hand and looking around at the empty lobby. "Quite so, Pumpkin." Husk replied, cleaning off a glass and setting it on a shelf. "Quite so, indeed." Husk glanced at the clock and saw that it was a quarter past nine. "C'mon, Sai-Rin. Time to get some shut eye." he said, walking out from behind the bar and picking up Sai-Rin bridal style.

Sai-Rin yawned, resting her head against Husk's shoulder. "Ok....G'night, Husky." she whispered, closing her eyes and dozing off. Husk smiled, purring as he walked up the stairs to Alastor's room. He flicked an ear in confusion as he found the door open a bit. Not wanting to wake up Sai-Rin, Husk nudged the door open. His eyes widened in complete shock and disbelief.

"A-Al....What....What the Hell...?!" Alastor's head whipped around, a look of surprise on his face....and on the face of the flapper girl that had him against the wall. There was no mistaking the ruby red blush dusting Alastor's cheeks and the helpless look in his eyes before they met the eyes of his friend. "H-Husker, I c-can explain." Alastor stammered, his back still pressed to the wall. Husk shook his head. "No need to. Mimzy, you need to go now..."

The flapper girl nodded her head, her platinum blonde bobbed locks swaying. "Ok, I'll take my leave now." As she left the room, Mimzy fluttered her eyelashes and gave Alastor a flirty gaze. "Until next time, Sugah~" And with that, Mimzy left the room and walked out of the hotel. Alastor couldn't think of a thing to say.

Husk let out a low growl and turned on his heel toward his room. No way was he going to let his dearest friend sleep in the same room as the man who she had yet to learn had broken her heart. Kicking open his door, Husk gently laid Sai-Rin down in bed and tucked her in, opting to sleep on the floor with nothing but a pillow and blanket. Sleep didn't come easy to Husk that night. But then again, it never had. How was he going to tell her?
