In this chapter you will see two sets of rules; the rules of the roleplay, and the rules of the selection itself. The first must be followed; the latter are for drama purposes only. Feel free to break them, but just know that there may be consequences for your selected. I mean, not to encourage anything (lmao), but things like falling in love with the princesses (if your bi obviously)/ foreign royals/ servants/ guards, getting into fights with fellow selected/ guards, leaving the castle grounds, etc. - it all creates good drama, lol.

ROLEPLAY RULES

• First rule is pretty simple: read and follow the rules. They're there for a reason, and they're not too hard to abide by.

• Replies must be at least two or more sentences long, or over thirty words (and remember to roleplay in chains). You must write in the third person, and past tense. Sorry if I sound very demanding (oops lol) but I don't want this roleplay to flop lmao. Example; she looked at him and smiled nervously.

• No Mary-Sues or Gary-Sues, no godmodding, and stick to the characteristics in the dynasty that you choose for you OC (if you are a selected).

• Swearing is okay, just don't overly do it. And no smut pleeeeeeease. I mean, kissing is okay but anything more can be continued elsewhere.

• If you are sent home/ eliminated by the prince for whatever reason, do not get angry. This is only a roleplay. I may do something where I take back all eliminated selected near the end of the roleplay for an event or something, so make sure to keep this book in your library to be notified on updates.

• Be active. Add this book to your library so you will be notified on any updates, and reply as quick as possible. Password is to tag three people. If you are not active for more than five days at a time with no explanation/ heads up, you will be eliminated.

• Most of the chapters will have an explanations paragraph before them, like the one in this one, so please read them, as they include some key information.

SELECTION RULES

• No Selected is allowed to leave the palace walls without permission from a member of the royal family, and if you are to leave the grounds, a minimum of one guard must accompany you.

• Physical fighting/ verbal abuse is not permitted within the premises.

• If a member of the royal family, or any member of high staff (guard, board member, etc.) gives you a direct order, you must abide by that order, no questions asked.

• Do not steal anything that is not yours. Thieving from the palace is like thieving from the Queen herself.

• The Prince is allowed to dismiss you at any time he wants, but you have also been given the option to leave the competition if you wish. No one shall be kept here against their own will.

• No romantic/ sexual relationships with anyone other than the Prince whilst you are a contender in this competition. This is considered high treason.

• If you are caught breaking one or more of these rules, you will face the consequences, the severity depending on which rule(s) you have broken.
