Sorry it's been a while but I'm really good at procrastinating and was anxious about having to change my schedule but I did it soooo it's done yaaaayyy.

Virgil's POV
As I was walking up the stairs i ran into the Stephen, the guard that took Roman to the attic. I stopped him to inform him of Remus' friends and if Janus comes by go put him down with Remus.

I did this cuz I realized that Remus would probably call Jan and tell him to come here. Stephen nodded and continued his trek back to the front gates as I continued mine up the stairs.

I got to the door and walked in to see Roman at the table in the corner. I close the door and walk to sit in the chair across from him.

"Hey, So what's your deal, why are you really here?" I asked. He looked at me and sighed.

"The real reason I'm here is..." he started.

Janus's POV

I walked into the door and my parents weren't home. I went to my room and threw my book bag in the corner and flopped onto my bed. I let my mind wander and unsurprisingly it wandered to Remus.

I've liked him since I met him. He is a rich kid tho and I'm just a poor asshole. I don't think I'd ever be able to tell him how I feel. Why would he like me like that anyway.

I was pulled out of my thoughts by my phone ringing. I looked at the caller ID and it was Remus. I immediately answered.

"Hey, Re." I said, "you called?"

"Hey Jan, I... um need you to come to my next door neighbors house and fast I'll explain more when you get here. Hurry!" He said then before I could say anything else he hung up.

Welp I guess I'm going to his neighbors house. I thought as I got up and grabbed my book bag (it has things I don't want my parents to find on it) and left the house.

I arrived at the gates and two guards were standing there. Guards really who is his damn neighbor? I thought as one of the guards spoke.

"Are you Janus Snakers?"

"Uh... yeah but... how did you know that?"

"Follow me, please." He said, ignoring my question. He led me towards the house and, to my surprise around the back. He led me down a set of stairs and stopped at a door.

He unlocked the door and escorted me in. But once I was in he closed the door and relocked it. I looked and noticed that I was locked in. I was about to start knocking on the door when someone stopped me.

"Don't bother he won't let us out till Virgil says he can." The person said. It was Remus.

"What do you mean? Why would Virgil have to give him permission?" I asked him.

"You don't know?"

"What do you mean"

"This is Virgils house. He lives by himself and I don't sense us being let out anytime soon, but I've been exploring the space I can access and we have the supplies to live here for months. There's food, hygiene products, and pretty much everything needed to survive. There is only one bedroom with a queen bed in it. I hope that's okay. If not one of us could bunk on the couch." He explained.

"Uh, okay um, we can share the bed that's fine with me."  I can feel the heat I'm my face rise. Lucky he just looks at the time and yawned.

"Well it's late we should go to bed I'm tired"

"Okay"

We walked into the bedroom and laid on the bed. I one again let my thoughts wander and they drifted to Remus.

I was one again pulled out of my thoughts however at Remus' voice.

"Goodnight 'Nus."

"Goodnight 'Mus."

I slowly let sleep take over and I drifted off.
