Finally Home Again

Third POV.

Sheriff Jody Mills paced back and forth as she waited for the phone to finally pick up. She kept glancing at the holding cell to her left. She rolled her eyes in annoyance at the kid she had picked up. He was trespassing on private property, and Jody happened to be patrolling the area and caught him and a girl. It was Bobby Singers old property, some hooligans and thugs have been doing illegal drug sales there so more cops patrolled that area on their rounds. She happened to caught them there. When she asked them what they were doing, the boy said he was looking for the guy that lived there. Jody arrested them and now she had the boy in one holding cell, and the girl in the interrogation room.

Something wasn't right about these two though, Jody had a feeling they were monsters or worse demons or angels. When she did the test on them nothing happened, but still there was something off. Not as in drugs off, more as in supernaturally off. Jody had gotten pretty good at telling when something was amiss with a person. And her gut was telling her that there was, is something off with these two. So, now she is calling the only two people she knew who could help.

"Hey Jody, what's up." They had finally answered the phone. She sighed in relief, as she stepped out of ear shot of the two teens.

"Hey Sam, I have two teens up here and something is off about them. I found them on Bobby's property, and they said they were looking for him. I gave them the standard test for anything we know about and nothings worked. Still, I know something is off." Jody spoke quietly into the phone, not wanting unwanted ears listening in.

"Uh. That's strange, me and Dean are only about four hours away. We can stop by if you want?" Sam said nonchalantly.

"Yes, that would be great. " She smiled softly.

"Alright, We'll be there in about three hours." It was Deans gruff voice talking this time. After that the Winchester brothers hung up, and now Jody just had to wait for them to get here and figure out what the hell she managed to find.

Percy's pov.

I never imagined I would end up in prison like this. It was odd to say the least. Me and Annabeth went to Bobby's house, because I figured if anyone would know where Sam and Dean are it would be Bobby. The Sheriff said that the 'resident' was no longer living there, and had passed away. I wasn't sold on the idea. If anyone would fake their death it would probably be Bobby. For what reason that would be I don't know.

I sat in the holding cell for three and a half hours. Before there was a low rumble outside, I ignored it. I flopped backwards onto the hard prison bed, throwing my arm over my eyes. I had no intention of talking to who ever the sheriff called. I was more interested in if Annabeth could pick the lock faster than the sheriff finding out.  As I sat there listening I heard the sound of the door cracking open, I didn't bother even opening my eyes. I heard two guys start talking to Sheriff Mills.

"Thank you boys so much for coming in such short notice. I'm not really sure what to do here." A sheriff not sure how to handle two teens trespassing? That's a bit odd. Still I didn't move, I just kept listening to the conversation.

"Its no problem Jody, you know we are more than happy to help." A slightly familiar voice said. It was deep and gruff, it reminded me of my brother, Dean. Yet this voice was deeper. I rolled my eyes, and turned away from the voices. I shouldn't be here, I need to be out looking for Sam and Dean. I've spent six years away from them, I need to get home. I heard the door open to the holding cell, I didn't bother turning over to look at who opened it.

"Hey kid, so you got caught on private property. Wanna tell us what you were doing there?" A softer voice than before spoke, I still didn't move an inch. I just laid there and stared at the cement blocks in the wall.

"Was it a drug drop off? A meet up with your dealer or were you waiting on some innocent to walk in?" This was the deeper gruffer voice I had heard earlier. I scowled, these sound like hunter questions. I smiled, so Mills knew Annabeth and I were not completely human. I smiled a bit wider knowing these guys didn't know I had hunting background.

"Um, kid, we are just trying to help. If you just tell us what happened we can help you get out of here." The softer voice spoke again. I smirked as I finally decided to speak up.

"So, you guys are hunters. Should have known, your boots sounded way to heavy to be anything else." I smirked as I could practically hear the guys surprise.

"Alright kid, what are you? Don't make us do something we might regret." The deep voice spoke. I laughed out loud and rolled over. I looked up at the two men with a smile before it dropped when I saw their faces. I gasped. Two confused faces stared back at me, they couldn't see my face very well seeing as my hair was hanging in my eyes.

"Holy Hades...there is no way." I gapped, the two shared a look.

"Um do we know you?" I pushed my hair out of my eyes and stood up. Now it was their turn to gasp. We all stared at each other in shock. Dean was the first to move.

"My god its been to long, we thought you were dead." Dean grabbed my arm and yanked me forward. We were hugging, I held him just as tight. When we let up just a bit, Sam grabbed me and pulled me into a hug. I held him tightly too.

"Where the hell have you been? What happened? Look at you, your so tall!" Dean hit me in the shoulder lightly. I smiled.

"Summer camp, a lot happened, and apparently not tall enough to beat you two giants." I laughed.

"God is it good to see you again, we've missed you," Sam this time pulled me into another hug.

"Summer Camp? What does that mean?" Dean asked, I smiled.

"I lived at a camp, they took me in, taught me everything I needed to know."  I said vaguely, and smiled. They scowled in thought, and when they were going to open their mouths Sheriff Mills walked up.

"What's going on here? "

"Jody, this is our younger brother, Percy." I smiled at the sheriff and gave a small wave. She stared at them in confusion, before a small smile grew on her face.

"This is-? Oh, I'm so sorry, its nice to meet you finally." Jody rushed through the door and hugged me, I oofed with the sudden pressure that hit me straight in the chest.

"Jody, were gonna head out, hope you don't mind if we steal him?" Dean gestured to me, sheriff shook her head.

"Come on Percy, we should go, you have some explaining to do." I sighed, I've been trying to come up with a good way to tell them that I'm not fully human. That I'm not like them, but I cant. The words are just so scrambled and slurred together that I can't keep them straight in my head.

"Wait, Sheriff Mills, um can you release Annabeth? " I asked the sheriff as my brother began to pull me away. They froze, and watched Jody. She smile and nodded and lead us to an interrogation room where she unlocked the door. The door opened to see Annabeth quickly leaning away from the door, and I caught Annabeth slip something into the waist band of her jeans. I caught a glimpse of it before she pulled her shirt over it nonchalantly. It was a bobby pin. She was trying to pick the lock, I smiled.  I know my girlfriend all to well. She gave me a knowing look, telling me to be quiet while also asking me what was going on.

"Wise girl, these are my brothers, Sam and Dean." I pointed at each of them as I said their names, Annabeth's grey eyes traveled from me to them. She stared at them for a second before she flashed a glance my direction. She started to go for a hug, before she casually slipped it into her hands sliding in her pockets.

"Its nice to meet you both, Percy has told me so much about you."

"All good things I hope." Dean joked making us smile, then I turned to them.

"Guys this is my girlfriend, Annabeth." I smiled as she looked up at them and gave an award winning smile. They both frowned.

"Girlfriend? How did you get a girlfriend?"

"HEY! just because you two losers are too chicken to get a girlfriend doesn't mean I am." I sassed while crossing my arms over my chest. Annabeth laughed and wrapped her arms around me and kissed my cheek. I untangled my arms before wrapping one around her, making her lean into my side.

"You do realize anyone we get close to end up hurt or dead, right?" Dean asked sarcastically, I rolled my eyes.

"Yes, Mom. I wouldn't be alive without Annabeth, she has saved my butt more times than I can count." I felt Annabeth drop her head on my shoulder, I looked over and noticed Sheriff Mills had disappeared.

"Well, I guess I should thank you for saving my brother pathetic behind." Dean once again joked, I punched his arm, hard. "OW! Damn, you've gotten stronger. " Dean held the spot where I hit. Sam now rolled his eyes.

"Can we just go home now? I'm tired, and Percy has some explaining to do." I flinched, visibly, thankfully they didn't notice, but Annabeth did. She frowned and I barely shook my head telling her to leave it alone. She did, for now.

"Yes, lets tell Jody bye then we will head out." Dean answered as he turned and we all followed suit. We began walking towards the door.

"So where are you guys staying? Another crappy motel? Or did you finally step up to slightly less crappy hotels?" I asked genuinely curious.

"Even better little brother, we have a home now. In Kansas, that's where we are going. That was where me and Sammy were headed before Jody called." Dean glanced back, he obviously saw my very confused face.

"A home? You two don't strike me as the picket fence type of people? Or even home bodies?" I looked between them in solid confusion and shock. I never expected Sam and Dean to actually find a place to live and stay there. It was strange, but nevertheless I was excited. If they had a place it was probably a hunters paradise.

"We aren't. This place we found, well actually...we kind of inherited it from our Grandfather, Henry. Dad's dad," Sam explained, which didn't help my confusion.

"He was a decently cool guy, gave his life for us," Dean said with an air of respect.

"Wait you met him? Wasn't he like ancient?" I asked horrified, Annabeth hit my shoulder I winced and said 'ow'.

"No, he came from 1950 something, he was from the past and time jumped to the future." Sam said it so casually it made my head spin, It looked like I wasn't the only one who has some explaining to do.
