Mae is a closeted lesbian. She always wanted to tell you, but she didn't know how you would react-so she kept it to herself. That was until she abruptly, rushed to the bathroom upset.

She locked the bathroom door behind and went to sit in the stall. She couldn't take it anymore. Though she was scared of anyone knowing, she still wanted someone to know and that was you. You were the closest thing Mae had to family, besides her parents of course.

You approached the bathroom door. As you twisted the knob, you realized it was locked so you started to knock.

"Mae, open up please. What's wrong?" You ask as you tried to open the door but it was no use. After a few minutes, you heard the door unlock, so you immediately stood up.

You slowly opened it, hearing the creaking. You walked in and locked the bathroom door behind you. Usually when you two are about to talk about something serious, you always lock the door for no interruptions. You walked into the stall that was next to Mae's. You sighed as you sat down.

"I'm a lesbian." She blurt out and you immediately look in her direction. Yeah, it was just a wall, but you could still feel her without seeing her.

"Yeah, so?" You said.

"What do you mean 'so'?" She ask.

"I kinda already knew. Come on, Mae. You don't look at those guys, the way you look at the girls." You elaborated.

"You sounded like you didn't care." She replied.

"I don't. Listen Mae, I don't care if you like girls, boys or both. I don't care of how you dress. As long as you're you, that's all that matters. I just want you to be yourself...be who you are, y'know?" You lastly said.

"So you're not mad?" She ask just to clarify.

"No." You chuckled, "Now get your ass over here and give me a hug." You got up off the closed toilet to hug your friend.
