You had walked onto stage with a smile of course. As Emma rose her head from her phone, she looked over and saw your ex with some new girl.

"Shit." Emma mumbled. She knew how bad it ended between you and the guy. Once she turned to look at you, you were frozen.

You couldn't believe he was there... with her. You lost your train of thought and confidence of being on stage. Once you realized everyone's eyes were on you and you hadn't start talking yet, that's when you ran backstage. Of course Emma saw you leave, so she got up and went to go find you, while slapping the guy on her way out of course.
