School starts next week for me and I'm not ready to go back exactly after last year I gotten so paranoid and scared after the lockdown so whenever I'm in class and I hear the intercoms come on I get scared thinking their gonna call lock down if I think the fire alarm is gonna go off causing everyone to run and as that happens the person starts to shoot so ya I've gone paranoid please help!
