Matthew Bryce (aka The Epic Scout) used to be a regular BLU Scout, part of a BLU Team whose Members were complete idiots (minus him). One day on Watchtower, his Team was killed (because of their own stupidity) by The Ultimate Villainous Alliance/The U.V.A. (since this takes place during that Prequel Story I've mentioned earlier), and he was thrown from a window, shot in the right leg by a Decepticon Sniper, and shot in the abdomen by Agent 35 (A RED Spy that joined The U.V.A.), who previously tricked him by disguising as the BLU Medic.

While he was starting to die on the ground, 2 JCJenson Soldiers (who are a part of a Group that General Nathaniel Fordham (My OC) brought with him) broke both a Rum Bottle and a Bonk! Can on him before leaving. Once Matthew Bryce lost consciousness, the Rum and the Bonk! collided and combined, healing him completely and gave him his Powers & Abilities. When he opened his eyes, he directly proceeded to kill each and every U.V.A Troops effortlessly (although Agent 35 had escaped from him, he'll later on be killed during the "Final Battle" Chapters).

*(Behavior & Personality):

After getting his Powers, Matthew Bryce (aka The Epic Scout) became completely fearless. He isn't afraid to fight strong or many opponents at the same time, even alone, and seems to sometimes take care on everything on his own.

He also seems to have become some rather cold, even toward his own Teammates (although not all of the time) and even completely ignored a thumbs up from the BLU Sawmil Spy who was just being nice to him. That didn't stopped Matthew Bryce/The Epic Scout from saving him from Another Faiz, who was about to finish the BLU Sawmill Spy off. He is also shown respecting the BLU Sawmill Spy who later on saved him, IG-88, IG-82, and Sora when they regain consciousness.

*(Powers & Abilities):

Matthew Bryce/Epic Scout is known for his incredible agility allowing him to perform great dodges and jumps.

He also have incredible reflexes. For example, he has dodged minigun fire, sentry gun fire, and shots from multiple U.V.A. Troops simultaneously.

He's also known to incredible speed, with him moving faster than the eye can track (kinda like Sonic the Hedgehog). He also uses his speed to disarm his opponents or to take them by surprise.

Matthew Bryce/Epic Scout possesses great strength in both of his legs. For example, he completely stopped a charging Foot Clan Ninja's attack and sent him flying into a different direction with a single kick, kicked a Knife so hard it decapitated a Vehicon, deflected a rocket from a Robot Soldier just by kicking it, and also managed to kick a broken Razorback hard enough to jam a Robot Heavy's Minigun on top of a cliff.

He prefers to use 2 Handguns for fights, but he is capable of using whatever Weapons he finds on a battlefield, with surprising skill and finesse.

*(Faults & Weaknesses):

Despite his great abilities, he still has the same durability as a regular Scout. Thus, he may be easily injured by anyone.

The more hurt he is, the more he'll slow down, thus making him an easy target.

He's not used to fighting hand-to-hand, so it means that skilled brawlers can overpower him.

If his legs were to be broken, it would make him completely unable to fight.

Matthew Bryce/Epic Scout's tendency to constantly keep himself airborne often leads to him being predictable in his movements. Both Another Faiz and Another Build took advantage to this during their fight against the Others with him (the "Helluva Boss" Characters, The 88 Squad, and IG-82's Squad).
