A few days after the New Evolution made their threat known by brawling with the Pinnacle which resulted in Alex slamming MJF through the glass door of the refrigerator, the group suffered a setback thanks to that hellacious brawl.

Tonight's SmackDown featured the in-ring debut of the Reaper Scott Wilson, as he goes one on one against the Pinnacle's Cash Wheeler.

In the locker room, Alex has introduced Scott and Vade to the rest of Bliss Kingdom.

Alexa: so you two know Alex for a long time

Scott: that's right

Vade nodded silently in agreement.

Josh: you two really helped him out there

Scott: of course, Alex, Vade and I are like brothers; the three of us have this brotherhood when we wrestled together

Alex: you can say, we formed our own wrestling fraternity

Everyone was listening to some stories from Scott and Vade; however, two people kept on blushing non-stop, and those two were former Brotherhood turned Bliss Kingdom members, Io Shirai and Tegan Nox.

Io felt something when she saw Scott for the first time; the same thing also went for Tegan, as her eyes saw Vade.

Io: Tegan-san, are you feeling the same thing?

Tegan: yeah, Vade looks like a charming guy

Io: hai, even Scott-kun

The Genius of the Sky blushed lightly.

Tegan: are you developing a crush on Scott?

Io teased and fired back with a question.

Io: hmm... maybe, but do you have a liking to Vade?

Tegan and Io smiled and giggled while they blushed heavily as they nodded at each other, telling that they do have a liking to the New Evolution members.

Io: well, we must get to know them first

Tegan: yeah, and let's not scare them away

Io: hai

Tegan: and you have the chance to see what Scott is made of in his in-ring debut match

Io blushed; then the two joined the other members for story time.

(A few minutes later)

The show has already started, and the opening match to start was Scott's in-ring debut.

The New Evolution decided to be in the Reaper's corner in case the Pinnacle decides to interfere.

Alex: ready Scotty?

Scott: damn right I am

Chase: we got your back, man

Scott nodded, and as the New Evolution were about to leave, Io came running after them.

Io: Scott-kun!

The New Evolution turned around to see the Genius of the Sky running towards their direction. As Io ran, she tripped, but the Reaper swooped in caught her.

Scott: you okay?

Io looked into his eyes and was entranced.

Io: hai...

Io instantly regained her senses as she stood back up. 

Io: I mean, yes I'm okay

Scott: you're Io right? Io Shirai?

Io: hai

Scott: is there anything you need?

Io: I... no, just to wish you good luck for your debut

Scott nodded and grinned.

Scott: thank you

The Reaper winked at the Genius of the Sky as the New Evolution's theme played.

Scott: we got to go. Nice meeting you, Io

Io: hai, nice meeting you too

The New Evolution went through the curtain while Io went back to the locker room with a big cute and blushing smile on her face. As she went in, Io was immediately met by a teasing grin from Tegan.

Tegan: wished your boyfriend good luck?

Io: Tegan-san...

She blushed as she hid her face in Kairi's shoulder.

Kairi: aww, kawaii Io-chan

The girls giggled as they turned their attention to the screen.

The New Evolution's theme played and the five men came out to a loud ovation from the WWE Universe. Alex, Chase, Travis and Vade made room for the man competing, Scott.

The five men walked down the ramp with the other four wearing suits, an homage to the original Evolution led by Triple H, since he, Flair, Orton and Batista always wore suits with sunglasses.

Scott got in the ring and posed for the crowd while his friends cheered and clapped from ringside.

Then the Pinnacle's theme played.

All six members of the Four Horseman like group came out with Cash Wheeler front and center, all ready to go while he wears the old classic NWA Tag Team title around his waist, a gift given to him and Dax Harwood by Tully Blanchard.

The TNT Champion and Dynamite Diamond ring holder MJF leads the group down the ramp with Wardlow and Shawn Spears flanking him while Cash got in the ring and stared down at the Reaper.

The New Evolution and the Pinnacle stood on the opposite sides of the ring as the bell rings.

The two men locked up with test of strength. The Reaper showed off his skills by landing rapid right punches, forcing Wheeler to roll out and regroup with Tully and Dax.

Cash slowly went to the ring apron, and as Scott launched, Wheeler immediately backed up. The Reaper went after him, but he was met by all of the Pinnacle. However, right behind Scott was the New Evolution ready for a fight. The scene looked like two 1920s gangster groups facing off in a shootdown due to the other members wearing suits and ties.

Scott connected with a knee to Cash's gut and threw him back in the ring.

(Fast forward)

While Cash was on his knees, Scott was measuring for some offense, only to be distracted by Tully pulling on his foot, giving Cash the narrow opportunity to ambush the Reaper from behind. Blanchard backed up to the barricade, but unknowingly standing behind him was the Viper and Legend Killer Randy Orton with his evil and sadistic smirk on his face.

Tully's smile slowly faded as he felt the venomous presence of the Viper, and the Orton locked his head around his arms and then connected with a punch. The Viper jumped the barricade and fought with Blanchard.

The Pinnacle saw this and launched an attack on the Viper, but the New Evolution thwarted the attack and another brawl between the two groups erupted at ringside.

While the brawl was ongoing, back in the ring Cash looks to finish off Scott with a brainbuster, but the Reaper got out of it and hits an HBK style superkick, and then locks in the crossface in the middle of the ring. With no where to run and no help for Cash, the FTR member immediately tapped out.

Cash rolled out of the ring as Scott stood up and raised his arms for his successful in-ring debut, along with a big warning shot from the New Evolution to the Pinnacle. The Bliss Kingdom sub-group got in the ring and joined in for the Reaper's celebration.

The New Evolution taunted the Pinnacle while MJF and his group retreated at ringside. The Salt of the Earth grabbed a mic.

MJF: you may have won that round tonight Reaper, but the battle has just begun! You see I talked to someone earlier tonight, and SHE agreed to be the new member of the Pinnacle, and Alex you already know her in fact. MJF smirked with arrogance as he pointed to the stage and an all too familiar theme played.

The Pinnacle's newest member was Tay Conti, the woman whose sole mission is to drive a wedge in between Alex and Alexa. The Brazilian martial artists came out and shook hands with MJF and Wardlow before turning her attention to the New Evolution, with her eyes set on its leader, the Pharaoh.

Tay waved flirtatiously at Alex and blew a kiss at him. Alex and the New Evolution stared down at the group; then coming in from behind to stand beside her true love was the Goddess herself, Alexa Bliss.

Alex was surprised and confused to see his wife, but everything came clear as the Goddess and the Viper fist bumped, signifying her as the New Evolution's newest member.

Now with both fields even, the New Evolution has fired the first shot thanks to Scott's victory over Cash Wheeler. With Raw in a few days, the Bliss Kingdom sub-group looks to continue its momentum as Vade Drifter goes one on one against Wardlow.
