Gemini sent Fourth to bring a previously ordered cake from their favorite bakery, and with the help of Pond and Joong, he started decorating his own room.  Phuwin was tasked with taking care of Dunk and eventually bringing him back to his destination.  Gem called First, whose phone number he got when P'First was helping them get information on Heart and LiMing.

“Hello P'First”. He greeted him.

“Hello nong Gemini!”

“Everything's almost ready.  Phuwin will bring Dunk in a moment.  I want our surprise to be a success”.

“It will definitely work.  Send me an emoji on IG as soon as Dunk arrives, I'll be waiting”.

Gemini smiled.  His plan was good, even perfect.  In the middle of his room he placed a large TV screen, which he bought almost exclusively for this occasion (Fourth complained a bit that it was a waste of money, but Gem didn't intend to give up on his idea, and he also thought that it would be nice to watch Formula 1 races on such a large screen). They hung colorful light chains on the furniture, mainly red and blue.  Gem connected the TV to the Internet to receive a video call from First, located almost on the other side of the world, at the right moment.

First had already left for the next Formula 1 races, which meant he couldn't personally participate in Dunk's birthday celebrations, but he intended to wish him his best wishes anyway.  He had already sent the gift by post to Fourth's new address, and Fourth had delivered a large cardboard box tightly wrapped in decorative silver paper with red hearts an hour earlier.

“Are you sure we haven't forgotten anything?” Pond said excitedly, looking around.

The gifts were placed in a small pile on the dresser, snacks and drinks, including alcoholic ones, were placed on the table and on the desk.  It was already dark, and Joong, for better effect, closed the long gray curtains from the ceiling to the floor, which emphasized the mystery of the event.

Fourth entered the room, placed the cake on the table and added his gift to the others.

There was a knock on the door: two rapid series of three knocks, a sign, the signal he and Phuwin had agreed on.  Gemini signaled everyone to take cover.  Joong and Pond ran together to the bathroom, Fourth crouched behind the couch and Prim hid behind the table covered with food.  Gem made sure no one was in sight, sent an emoji to First, turned on the colored lights, and then opened the door for his brothers.  To his surprise, they were accompanied by someone else, someone he never expected to see again.  Someone who hadn't spoken to them in weeks.

Dr. Khaotung looked really good in a slightly oversized, lilac, shaggy sweater and light jeans.  Gemini only now noticed that he had a pierced ear and a silver earring with the image of a snake in it.  His hair was perfectly styled and his face was lightly made up.  He didn't look at all like the old doctor Gemini had met in the hospital.  This Khaotung looked braver, more confident and feisty.  He was smiling, but there was a shadow in his smile that young Tangsakyuen didn't like.  Despite his bad feelings about the doctor's visit, Gemini put on the mask of a happy and satisfied party organizer and greeted them, leading them inside.

“Hello, doctor.  Nice to see you again.  We haven't talked for a long time”.

“Hello nong Gemini.  I'm glad to see you too.  I've had a lot of work lately.  You know how it is in hospitals.  In addition, I took over as a replacement for a friend who had to go somewhere urgently.  Sorry.  But you didn't call me either.”

“I didn't want to impose.  Besides, we also worked on our first joint series with Fourth and... Well, it didn't work out that way”.

“I see”.

Dr. Khaotung didn't look worried.  Gemini led them inside, leading the way.  Behind him, on the TV screen, First turned visibly pale.  He also didn't believe he would ever see Dr. Khaotung again.  Unaware of anything, the remaining guests jumped out cheerfully from their hiding places, singing loudly "Happy Birthday!"

Dunk looked at everyone with emotion in his eyes.

“Is this for me?  Really for me?”

“Yes, little big brother, this is for you.  Let me be big brother for today. Surprise? ” Gemini screamed loudly and showered his brother with confetti.  Phuwin took the cake Fourth had brought from the table, and Pond lit all the candles.

“Happy birthday, brother!  Know that you are the best big brother ever,” Gemini hugged Dunk, almost knocking him onto the table behind them.

“Thank you, phi Gemini.  I can't believe I lived to hear such words come from your lips”.

“Well, you see, I can surprise you with something else.  Give me a chance and I will surely surprise you more than once”.

“I don't doubt that,” Dunk laughed.

“Make a wish and blow out the candles”. Phuwin reminded his brother of the most important point of this event.  Dunk stared at the small candle flames quivering slightly, closed his eyes and thought for a moment, then opened his eyes and blew out all the candles.  There was loud applause.  Everyone hugged Dunk in turn, and only at the end it was time for First to wish him well.

“Dear friend,” First began his speech in a very solemn tone.  He was also dressed elegantly, even though he did not accompany them in person.  Gemini knew that First would have to leave his hotel suite in half an hour to do some interviews and take part in the recording of Grill the Grid.  That's why he wanted First to talk to Dunk first.

“Friend?!”  Doctor Khaotung and Gemini exchanged surprised glances, shouting the word at the same time.  The same shock appeared on both of their faces.

“Yes, Dunk is my friend from the time when I started my career in motorsport.  He was my only supporter back then, the only person who believed in me”, First explained calmly, enjoying the look of confusion and loss on the faces of almost all the guests.

“Is Dunk really your friend?” Khaotung had a hard time understanding why he felt a little relieved when he heard that.

“Yes, we are friends.  We thought you knew!”   Dunk was equally surprised by their surprise.  It looked rather comical.  Fourth chuckled quietly to himself.

“What about your photos on the Internet?!”  Gemini really wanted to know.  He glanced at Fourth briefly and realized that he had unwittingly become part of a plot that Fourth certainly knew about.  Fourth spread his hands helplessly, pretending he didn't know anything, but his smile gave him away.

“We'll talk about it later,” Gemini whispered directly into his ear, and after a while he wagged his finger.  “You almost made me have a heart attack!”

“Why?” First asked curiously.

“Because we wanted to match the doctor with Dunk!  We thought you ruined our entire elaborate plan! And I've been working on this plan for so long!” Gemini said a little too quickly and too loudly.

“What did you want to do?!”  Khaotung and First shouted it almost simultaneously.  Gemini felt like sinking into the ground in shame.  What has he done?  Why did he say that?  To change the subject, he took the gift he had prepared for Dunk from the dresser and was about to give it to him when Phuwin grabbed his arm and stopped him.

„Wait, why are you in such a hurry, little brother?  P'First still hasn't wished Dunk well.”

“What?  Oooo... Oh!  Yes.  Sorry, I forgot.”

“You'll forget your head one day,” Phuwin shook his head.  “There will be time for gifts in a moment.  P'First, are you ready?”

“Yes, nong Phuwin.  Where did I end up?  Oh, I know now.  Dunk, my dear, wonderful, lovely friend, on your birthday I wish you to finally find someone for yourself, someone who will be your personal source of energy.  You were always there for me when I needed you, so I wish there were plenty of people around you who would be there for you.  I also hope that your brothers don't get on your nerves too often and that we can finally learn the details of your project.  Oh, and finally, I wish you to come to the next race with your other half”.

Dunk felt the urge to kick First's ass and pretended to kick the TV.  Gem, slightly afraid that Dunk might actually destroy the device, grabbed him by the arms and held him down.

“Just don't be aggressive, P'Dunk, otherwise you'll have to pay me back everything you destroyed and I won't care that it's your birthday”.

Pond recorded everything on his phone so they would have a souvenir later.  Everyone in turn wished Dunk, and then it was finally time to make toasts and the party began in earnest.  Prim started the music and Joong asked Dunk to dance.

“Dance with me, Mr. Birthday Boy”  Joong stretched his hand out towards the Dunk standing in front of him and bowed in a truly royal style.  Amused, Dunk picked up his game.

“With a pleasure, Mr. Archen”.

“I feel a strange vibration between them”.  Heart's ghost couldn't have picked a better time to appear, but no one except Fourth and Gemini paid him any attention.  Gem suspected that only the two of them could see him.

“Heart!  What are you talking about?”

“About your brother and that handsome guy who dances with him.  They are a couple?”

“No.  Dunk has no one, as far as I know”.  Gemini, although he pretended not to, loved gossip and always wanted to know everything.  He sometimes behaved like a typical neighborhood monitor, observing especially closely people close to him.  – But if they ever become a couple, I will sing the song you chose during university classes wearing a pink wig and hot yellow shorts.

“Okay, agreed!  I'm telling you that they are or will soon be a couple. Wanna bet?”.

“No chance, so... Deal!” Gemini wanted to shake Heart's hand, and only when he tried to do so and his own hand hit the void, he remembered that Heart did not have a body like an ordinary person.  “Uh, I'm sorry.  I forgot”.

“Since you're in love, you start to forget everything. That's okay.  In fact, it's actually nice when someone treats me as if I'm still alive.  It's really nice.  So thank you”.

Gemini nodded.  Fourth didn't speak at all, more interested in his drink.  When Heart and Gem's conversation stopped, he nudged Gemini in the side and asked:

“When will we tell them about us?  Don't you think this is a good time?”

“About us?”

“Yes, about us.  About us being together”.

“I'll wait until they start asking questions themselves.  I'm not going to hide anything from them, but I think it'll be more fun if we tease them a little. I can tell you, they will come and ask, they LOVE to gossip and to know things. Come on, let's dance, it won't take them long”.

Gem had Fourth dancing as soon as the next song started.

Phuwin didn't want to pry, but Prim showed great interest in what was going on between Gem and his work partner.  She forced Phuwin to approach his brother and start questioning him.  Gemini was over the moon.  He loved being the center of attention, he loved when people talked about him with admiration, and now that was the case.  He proudly intertwined the fingers of his hand with Fourth's and raised it up.

“Do you want to know what's going on between us?”

He looked around at the faces of his gathered brothers and friends.  Prim folded her hands as if in prayer and waited impatiently to hear what her friend would say.

“We are a couple”.

“You're not just an imaginary couple anymore?” Joong wanted to make sure.  A plan was already forming in his head to win the heart of the oldest of the Tangsakyuen brothers, Dunk, and even now he was afraid that Gem might thwart it.  Now, however, if Gem had a boyfriend himself, Chen's chances of success increased.

“No.  We are a completely real couple”.  Gemini smiled.   “Oh, you don't believe me, do you?  Okay, I'll prove it to you”.

And Gem leaned towards Fourth to kiss him on the cheek.  Fourth slapped him on the shoulder flirtatiously, indicating that he liked what his boyfriend had done, but at the same time he felt a little embarrassed.  Gem was braver, had more experience and self-confidence.  Fourth, although confident in his feelings and that he wanted to be with Gem, was a little afraid of how little he knew about relationships and love.  And Gem seemed to read his mind, because he moved very close and whispered, tickling his skin with his breath:

“Don't worry, darling, I don't have much experience either.  Isn't it wonderful that we will be able to tear everything together?”

Fourth knew exactly what Gem meant, he imagined what this whole "discovery" thing would involve and he blushed.

“Ai Gem!”

Ai Gem was delighted with what he had achieved.  He watched with obvious satisfaction as a blushing Fourth fled to the bathroom.

“Charming, he's really charming.  What kind of mafioso is he?  An ordinary teenager, that's what!  And that's why I love him.  He's just himself”, he said, not realizing he was saying the words out loud.  Suddenly someone put a hand on his shoulder.  He turned around abruptly and bumped his chin against the forehead of Dr. Khaotung, who was slightly shorter than him, and had chosen that moment to talk to him.

“Oh, doctor, be careful!  I didn't know you were standing here!”

“It's okay, it's nothing.  Actually, I wanted to apologize to you.”

“Apologize?  Me?  What for?”

“For being mean to you.  Will you let me be honest?”

“Of course, please tell me what's on the doctor's mind, maybe I can help.  When it comes to other people's matters of the heart, I'm apparently quite good at it.  I once matched my friend with my cousin”.

“Oh, that's where the idea of matching me with Dunk came from!”

“Whoops!”

“I'm not angry.  Your brother is really nice, I'm not surprised you want him to be with someone valuable, but I'm afraid you can't force the feelings you should feel on someone”.

“Yes, doctor, you're right.  It was stupid.  I should have asked you about it first.  I just saw you two at the hospital that day and you seemed to be getting along so well, so I came up with an idea...”

“You came up with the idea of setting me up with Dunk.  I'm surprised by your ingenuity, but that's exactly why I came to you”.

“Huh?”

“Remember when you sent the four of us together to the F1 race in Singapore?”

Gemini nodded, listening carefully.  What was the handsome doctor getting at?

“Exactly then.  Fourth is First's brother, right?”

“Correct.  There are three of them, P'First is the oldest, and then there are twin brothers, Gun and Fourth”.

“Watch out for Fourth.  He's a dangerous boy.  I was worried about you, so I checked him out in our hospital database.  He had been coming to us since he was seven years old: burns, self-inflicted injuries, dislocations.  Once he even came to us in a state of severe hypothermia.  In Thailand, hypothermic, you know?  I don't know what his fathers forced him to do, but if the rumors are true, the boy could endanger your entire family.  Better stay away from him”.

“Why are you telling me this?” Gemini became suspicious.

“Because I'm sure it was his twin brother, Gun, who murdered the third twin, LiMing”.

“Third twin?  What are you talking about, doctor?”

“There were three of them, not two.  Are you not surprised that the oldest brother is First, or first in English, and the youngest is Fourth?  Shouldn't it logically be called Third?”

Khaotung was about to tell Gemini everything he had learned, but at that moment they were interrupted by the appearance of an unaware Fourth.  Fourth didn't feel anything, he smiled at the doctor while holding Gem possessively around the waist, as if to emphasize that Gem was his.  Gem didn't want to believe the doctor.  He snuggled trustingly into his boyfriend.

“Do as you please, just so you don't find out later that I didn't warn you”. Doctor Khaotung said and left to talk to Dunk for a while.  Gem wondered if the doctor had already informed his brothers of the same.

Things were getting complicated, but he felt good where he was, in Fourth's warm and tight embrace.
