The Turtles, Casey, and the Shimmer Siblings made no hesitation to fight these monstrous versions of their worst fears. Leo fought the monstrous version of Shredder. Raph fought the monstrous version of Mona Lisa. Donnie fought the monstrous version of evil April. Mikey fought the monstrous version of the Squirrelanoid. Casey fought the monstrous version of The Rat King. Sunset fought the monstrous version of her demon. And Garrett fought the monstrous version of his parents' murderer. Skoll taunted in Dark Heart's voice, "What's the matter Garrett? Scared? Do you feel like a failure knowing that I killed your parents when you were just a colt, and there was nothing you could do about it? Are you scared I could take away your precious princess? She'll never love someone as pathetic as you! You'd fail her as you failed everyone else!" Skoll then forced Garrett to look at a statue. It was a statue of Twilight. Her look was frozen. It was a look that spoke a thousand words. It's as if she was saying to Garrett, you could've saved me... Why couldn't you save me? Why? "No, not her..." Garrett said tearfully. 

"How do you feel knowing that I killed your father?" taunted Shredder. Leo kicked him back and said, "I feel like you talk too much! Garrett! That isn't real!" The evil April was strangling Donnie as she said, "Do you honestly think you'd have a chance with me? Me love you? An ugly mutant freak-" Suddenly,  a knife popped out of Donnie's staff, and stabbed her in the heart, causing her to fade to dust. "Joke's on you Dark Heart!" said Donnie, "I already forgive April for not reciprocating my feelings! In fact, I'm happy to be her best friend!" Mikey whacked the Squirrelanoid and said, "You tell him Donnie!" 

"Hey Raph, let's switch dancing partners," said Sunset as she gave her demon to Raph, and he gave Mona to her. Raph kicked the demon Sunset and said, "Get away from her, you bitch!" Sunset slugged Mona and said, "He got over you a long time, traitor. And just so you know, I'd never hurt him like you did. Hey Raph, toss me one of your sais!" Raph did that, and she stabbed Mona Lisa in the heart, causing her to disintegrate into dust. Raph also stabbed the demon in the heart, causing her to disintegrate into dust. "No!!!" Garrett yelled at Skoll, "The death of my parents isn't my fault! You're already dead, and you'll never hurt my Twilight!" He then impaled Skoll with his horn, causing him to disintegrate into dust. By now, they all conquered their fears, figuratively and literally. "Impressive," observed Dark Heart, "I clearly underestimated your sister and your new friends, Garrett. Let's see you fight my army of the undead!" And right on cue, an army of skeleton zombies came from the ground. Garrett groaned, "Here we go again..." They then fought the skeleton army. "Sunset! Raph!" Garrett called out, "Twilight and I were able to defeat Dark Heart with our love for each other! You know what to do!" Sunset and Raphael looked at each other. 

"You think we got this?" asked Raphael. "I know we got this," replied Sunset, "together!" They then held hands, and their auras showed, shining through. Sunset's aura was a bright blue, while Raphael's aura was a bright red. They then floated into the air. "What is the meaning of this?" asked Dark Heart as he looked at the couple shining before him. Their auras then mixed to create a giant glowing purple Alicorn. Dark Heart then growled, and blasted a beam at Raph and Sunset. They used their love to charge up their giant Alicorn aura, and the aura blasted at Dark Heart's beam, shielding against him. Dark Heart struggled, but the beam of the aura began to overpower Dark Heart's magic. "No!!! Not again!!!" he cried, "I can't be defeated! I'm Dark Heart!!!! NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!" He was then blasted away, and Raph & Sunset's beam disintegrated Dark Heart, until he was nothing. He was then gone. All the souls of the victims he killed floated out, going into the afterlife. His army, including his hungry wolves then turned to dust. The bonds that tied up April disappeared, and she fell. Luckily, Casey caught her just in time. "We got ya Red," he said, smiling. Sunset and Raphael then landed on the ground, their auras having disappeared. 

"Dude, that was epic!" complimented Mikey. "Dark Heart, is he dead?" asked April. "Yes, he's gone for good, and the souls he tortured are going to a better place," said Sunset. "We did it Sunny!" Raph said excitedly as he then kissed her. She embraced the kiss, hugging him. "Now what do we do?" asked Leo. "I think now's the time for us to get out of the dream realm and wake up," said Garrett. "I'm definitely waking up first," said April as she then disappeared from her dream. "Guess that's my cue also," quipped Casey as he then disappeared. "Cowabunga," said Mikey as he then disappeared. "Mr. Stark, I don't feel so good," joked Donnie as he then winked at them and disappeared. "Time to wake up," said Leo as he then disappeared. "See you two on the other side," said Garrett as he then disappeared from the dream. Raphael smiled and said, "I'll see you when you wake, right?" Sunset smiled and said, "Yeah, you will." And they disappeared from the dream realm.
