A week later, Raphael and Sunset decided to go on their first official date. Sunset was instructed to meet Raphael at the rooftop on Laird Street. Sunset followed said instructions, and went to the rooftop on Laird Street. Before her eyes was a table with a red blanket covered on it. There was a box of Sunset's favorite pizza, and a chocolate cake. Sunset noticed that Raph's red bandana had eye holes this time, and she could see his emerald green eyes. And he made an effort to wear a red tie.

"Hey Big Guy," she said, smiling. "Hey Sunny," replied Raph, "I'm glad you could make it." He smiled contently. "You're looking handsome." Sunset complimented. "And you look beautiful as always," replied Raph. Sunset giggled and said, "Oh, stop! You're making me blush!" They then sat down to eat their pizza. "How was your day?" asked Raph. "It was good," said Sunset, "April and I made an arrangement to try and set Donnie up with a blind date. It seems my friend Fluttershy used to be April's childhood friend before she moved to New York." Raph gave a look of surprise and said, "I didn't know that!" Sunset chuckled and said, "Me neither. I suggested she send a friend request to Fluttershy. I think it might work." 

"What's Fluttershy like?" asked Raph as he bit into his pizza. "She's often a shy girl," described Sunset, "soft-spoken most of the time. But when you get to know her, she's extremely kind. She represents the Element of Kindness. She loves animals. I think she'll like your brother." For many weeks, Sunset had explained to Raph about the Elements of Harmony, and taught him Equestrian History, studies Sunset long forgot. "From the way you described her, Donnie might like your friend Fluttershy too," said Raph. Sunset smiled at him. A few minutes later, they finished their pizza. "So, how does it feel being able to see again?" asked Sunset. "It feels great," said Raph, "it's a gift I'll never take for granted. Though to be fair, when I was blind, it helped me learn things a little better. Like humility and patience. It reminded me of when Dad taught me how to fight blindfolded."

"I sometimes wish I had your willpower," said Sunset, "speaking of will, are you going to miss our psychic connection?" Raphael shrugged and said, "Maybe it's for the better. But I don't need to be a mind reader to know you're the love of my life." Sunset smiled at Raph. Suddenly, from behind, Casey turned on a jukebox, and played the song "Looking Through Your Eyes," sung by Andrea Corr and Bryan White. Raphael cleared his throat, stood from his chair, and asked, "Sunset Shimmer, may I please have this dance with you?" Sunset smiled, stood up and said, "You may." They then held hands, and slow-danced to the song. Sunset held on to her love, feeling overwhelmed with happiness. Raphael looked at her cyan eyes, and Sunset looked at his emerald green eyes. They especially smiled at the lyric, "And love just took me by surprise, looking through your eyes..."

Once the song ended, Raphael said, "I love you, Sunset Shimmer." Sunset smiled and replied back, "I love you too, Raphael Hamato." And the two kissed each other on the lips, happy to know that their love was undying and beautiful. And they both lived happily ever after. Well, except for the villains. After all, when it comes to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the good guys win, and the bad guys lose. Turtle Power.
