"April!" Donnie said in concern, "Are you okay?" He was the first to run to her. The others followed suit. Raphael heard April's heartbeat. "Something doesn't feel right," he telepathically said to Sunset. "I have to agree..." Sunset telepathically responded back. "No, I'm not okay..." April weakly said, "he tortured me for days... I'm so scared..." Tears came down her eyes. "Dark Heart?" asked Garrett. "Yes," said April, "Donnie, I'm so sorry I didn't reciprocate your feelings..." Suddenly, she gripped her head, crying in pain. She then smiled evilly at the Turtles and the Shimmer siblings. Her blue eyes were now red, and she now had fangs. This caused them all to scream and jump in fright.

"Hello Garrett," said April, her voice sounding possessed. Sunset held on to Raph. "Somebody better call The Exorcist!" Mikey quipped. Garrett recognized that voice. He glared at her and said, "Dark Heart..." The possessed April smirked evilly and said, "Right you are, Shimmer! So good to see you, old foe. How about I change into something you're more familiar with..." Dark Heart then turned April's body into a she-wolf, with dark fur and claws. This made Donnie and Mikey cower and scream in fear. "Why are you doing this Dark Heart?" asked Sunset, "Why are you killing all those people in their sleep? And why are you torturing April?"

 "Since you were so nice to ask, I'll tell you." Dark Heart said in April's body, "I'm killing these puny humans in their dreams so that I can collect their souls. Their souls make me more powerful. Powerful enough to plague this realm. As for your precious April, I'm using her body as my own vessel. Soon, she will be mine when I take my physical form, and remake this world in my own image. Now if you'll excuse me, Miss O'Neil needs her beauty sleep while I take over her... And the world! Enjoy your days on Earth while they last..." April then turned back into her human form, and then fainted. Her body would often twitch, as if she were fighting for control.

"Oh my gosh, what do we do?" Donnie asked, freaking out. "I don't know Donnie..." said a worried Sunset, "I've never dealt with a dark entity possessing a human being before..." 

"Sunny, do you have the journal?" asked Garrett. "Yes, I do," said Sunset as she got out the magical journal, and gave it to her brother. She knew he wanted to inform Twilight of everything. Garrett found he was able to write with his right hand. He wrote...

Dear Princess Twilight Sparkle,

It's me, Garrett. Sunset's letting me write in her journal for this letter. I've got some good news, and I've got some bad news. The good news is, I made it safely to New York, and I'm with Sunny and her love Raphael right now, which you could obviously tell by me writing all this. The bad news is, we've found Dark Heart! He's possessing Sunset and Raphael's mutual friend, April O'Neil! We're all not sure what to do! I have a feeling if we stop Dark Heart, April could die! I need advice. We're all scared. I hope this letter comes to you. We might not have enough time. If I don't make it, I want you to know, I love you. Please write back soon!
