"Hello?" Raphael said as he wandered in the realm of dreams. He had his regular mask on, revealing his emerald green eyes. "Raph?" echoed a voice. He could recognize her voice. "Sunset!" he called out. They ran to each other. "Glad to see you made it," said Sunset. "Where are the others?" asked Raphael. "They'll be here soon," assured Sunset. And right on cue, Leo, Donnie, Mikey, and Casey appeared before them. "Perfect timing guys," said Raph. "Where's Garrett?" asked Leo. "I'm right here guys," called out Garrett. He trotted to them, and they were surprised to see Garrett in his unicorn form.

 "Garrett, is that you?" asked Casey, as he couldn't recognize the horse. "Yeah, it's me," said Garrett, "I guess I'm so used to being a unicorn." Sunset smiled and patted Raph and her brother. "You two are very handsome," she said. "Alright guys, let's look for April," said Leonardo as they looked around for April and Dark Heart. "I must warn you," warned Garrett, "Dark Heart is unlike any foe you've faced. He's extremely dangerous and will use your worst fears against you. Remember, whatever he throws at you, it isn't real." The Turtles, Casey, and Sunset all nodded. They then looked around, until they saw Dark Heart sitting on a throne. April was tied up above, a pack of hungry wolves jumping up, trying to eat her. 

"Well, well, well," taunted Dark Heart, "if it isn't the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the Shimmer siblings, and their puny human friend with a skull mask." Casey got offended and protested, "It's Casey Jones, jerkwad!" Dark Heart then roared, "SILENCE!!!" Leonardo glared at Dark Heart and said, "This ends now Dark Heart! Let April go!" 

"Indeed, it ends for all of you!" said Dark Heart as he then snapped his fingers, and out came a league of villains. The villains were as followed, Shredder, Mona Lisa, Tiger Claw, a Squirrelanoid, an evil and demonic version of April, the demon that Sunset took form of, The Rat King, and also Skoll Jaeger. They were more monstrous forms. "Behold, your worst fears!" Dark Heart taunted, "see if you can overcome them, or DIE!!!! " And that's when the monstrous fears attacked.
