Chapter 7

It's been 2 days and Johnny still hasn't come to me. I'm scared and cold. Did Xander hurt Johnny? He has been sending me threats through link after I ignored his kid pleas. What? I'm not going to Xander he's crazy!! Damien has even linked me in worry. I told him I was going to be alright and that I need a break away from everything until Xander leaves. But, Damien just growled and scolded me.

'Sienna! You must come back to our pack!!' Damien says through mind link in a tired voice.

'Are you okay?' I ask.

'Please come back Xander is wrecking things and his wolf is in control.. I have been holding him back for 2 days now.' Damien begs.

'I don't know where I am.. Johnny brought me here.' I explain.

'He's in the hospital, in critical care.' Damien says.

'What?!' I yell.

'Xander.. He knew Johnny helped you.. And lost it on him.' Damien explains.

'Oh my gosh! Damien.. I don't know where I am.. I have been sitting here for 2 days waiting for Johnny.' I say worriedly.

'Oh god Sienna!' Damien says with a huge sigh.

'Im 2 towns over.. Johnny knew of it from before.. Do you know where he would have gone two towns over?' I ask.

'I don't but let me talk to Sally.' Damien says before telling me to stay put while he investigated.

I wait and wait- I have been doing this a lot lately -for Damien to reply I me. After what seemed like eight hours, Damien finally comes through mind link.

'Sienna. I'm on my way. I will be in the city you in, in 1 hour. I will find your scent and find you once I am close enough.' Damien explains.

'Okay.' I say and curl up on the wall. I wait once again for Damien to come to my rescue.

It must have been 2 hours when Damien found me. All I want to do is get away from Xander. I don't want to face him.

We are halfway to my pack lands and I hold tightly to Damien's fur knowing what's coming. I know Xander is going to be pissed. Why did he leave?

We slow down to a stop and I get off Damien and Xander screams my name.

"WHERE WERE YOU?!" He screams.

I shrink back and hold onto Damien's fur making Xander growl.

"Don't you dare hide from me!! Don't you dare leave me!" Xander growls and yells.

I whimper into Damien's fur causing Damien to step in front of me protectively. Nothing is said but growls. I think they are talking through mind link-

There is a ripping of clothes before a loud bark rumbles the ground and two wolfs begin to battle. I hear the quick whine of one and the loud whip of a paw clashing hard against the jowl of another.

I scream a high pitched scream hoping someone will come. I begin to run away when I trip over something laying on the ground. I cry quietly to myself feeling a strong burning sensation coming from my knee. I weakly bring my hurting knee to my chest and put my hand over the cut wincing in pain.

'Sienna?! Sienna?! Your hurt! Where are you?!' Xander asks through the link.

He can feel my pain? This bond sure is getting strong.

'I'm fine.' I sniffle and slide from the log.

'Stay where you are.. I'm coming.. I can smell you.' He says quickly.

'Damien..' I say linking Damien.

'Your stupid ass mate is running away like a coward.' Damien growls.

For some reason that makes me so angry and I snap, 'Don't you ever call him a stupid ass coward! Or I will have your head hung!'

Holy crap. Where did that come from?!

'I'm sorry Sienna.. I didn't know I thought-'

I cut him off, 'leave him alone!'

'Sorry..' He mumbles.

"I'm here baby." Xander says as I feel the ground dip slightly from his knees. "Let me see your knee."

He gently removes my hand from my knee and he groans. "I'm so sorry."

"Huh?" I ask.

"I'm sorry for everything."

"It's not your fault.. You just scare me." He growls as I say that and I shrink away.

"No please.. I'm sorry I was just- I just- I love you. I don't want you hurt." He says kissing my forehead.

I lean into him and he scoops me into his arms and holds me close.

"You can't see this but every time I see you I always admire the way you look in your plain colored t-shirt and denims." Xander whispers kissing my cheek as I blush.

I feel something wrap my knee and I realize it's a ripped piece of fabric- probably the shirt he ripped going into the fight.

"Okay time to get you to your room.." He says softly and picks me up.

"Okay." I say softly as Xander brings me back to my room.

"Baby.. We are here." He says softly as I am put down onto my soft comforting bed. I hear him shuffle around and a dresser drawer open and close.

"Thanks." I say quietly as he lays beside me putting my small hand into him big one.

"I have to leave." Xander says.

"What?" I ask feeling sadness over take me and tears form in my eyes.

"I hurt a few people here and.. Damien has officially kicked me off his lands. I- you don't have to come with me. I want you to so badly but, if you don't want to I understand and I will wait for you at the boarder of these lands. I won't leave you behind. I love you and I will wait an eternity to have you love me in return. I won't ever stop trying to have you as mine and I won't let you reject me Sienna." Xander says as a few tears fall out if my eyes and onto the bed. "I'm sorry please don't cry."

"Xander.. I want to come with you." I mumble my voice cracking. This is the right decision right? I mean he is my mate.

"Good.. Cause I would of made Damien back down. I mean.. I want to respect you and your pack but I can't allow him to-"

"I know what you mean.. It's okay." I say and I feel him smile against my cheek as he lays a soft kiss on my cheek bone kissing away another fallen tear.

"I don't want to leave my family though."

"It's okay.. I will be there for you. I promise we will come visit a lot and I will have your parents join Damien when he comes to the alpha meetings." Damien says pulling me into his arms. I crawl on top of him and nod smiling.

"Okay, okay. I will come with you." I say drawing on his abs. His hands rest on the back of my bum and he hums in satisfactory and I smile caressing his hair. He growls playfully and I giggle.

"What big bad alpha doesn't like his hair all messed up?" I ask giggling and he growls again playfully.

He rolls over now he is in between my legs and my legs are wrapped around his waist.

"No my little firecracker I want to look my best for you." He says and I can tell he's rethinking what he had said. "I-I-I'm-"

I cut him off giggling, "Don't worry if I could see I would think you were sexy no matter what." I blush realizing I said sexy.

"I wish I could make you see.. I would give my eyes to you." He says his voice cracking.

"It's okay I'm use to it." I say caressing his hair.

"You shouldn't be. This should have happened to you." Xander says and one of his tears fall on my face.

"Don't cry hun." I say pulling his head down to mine and his lips touch mine. I can feel his lips move on mine shakily.

He thinks I'm going to reject his kiss again.. I can't disappoint him.

I move mine following his uncertainly. He smiles and pulls back kissing my nose.

"I love you so much." He whispers.
