"Sooooo, whose gonna be on bride's side and whose gonna be on groom's side??" Krystal's mother asked.

Everybody is settled in living room discussing basic arrangements for marriage, before guests head to their respective homes.

"We have no choice, we have to be on jin hyung side" Jungkook said, plucking out petals of a flower from a vase and then throwing the petals on ground with a realllly sad face, "I wanted to be on noona's side"

Although he was joking but his joke was not liked by jin at all. He got flying newspaper on head. "I'll lock you in a room on that day then" Jin said with an angry face. "Dont come into the wedding"

"HYUUUUNG, I was just joking. Chill" jungkook laughed with others, creating a good atmosphere in the heavy tensed aura of marriage.

Marriage is not a simple thing to do, it's not as easy to go at nearby shop and buy quick snacks, hell even that's not easy in today's time if a person is like me. Super lazy. Yup. That's the problem.

Marriage event requires a lot of preparations and planning, on top of it when groom's and bride's overly-enthusiastic mothers announce that it will held on this weakend, builds up more pressure on males to buck up their seats and arrange this event perfectly in short period of time. 5 days from today, the day which is almost finished. Yup. That's the problem.

"My family will be on krystal noona's side" hoseok smiled

"Hoseok you are betraying me?" Jin made a face as if he was- ofcourse- betrayed.

"Sorry Mr. Kim. But the hosoek here-" krystal started "-is your friend second but my cousin first" krystal announce enthusiasticly. "You cannot miss the detail of our surname being same. Krystal jung. Jung hosoek." krystal teased jin.

"But hoseok you never said!" Jin asked

"Sorry hyung, how would i have told you when we ourself met after so many year. Business took our most of time that we didn't get time to contact each other." Hoseok explained apologetically.

"So that means you--"

"He will be with me, also meera and jia" krystal cut off jin and showed him her tongue, showing that she is already winning.

But someone was not happy.

WHAT? MEERA TOO?? I thought i would be able to spend time with her but guess god doesn't want me happy *sheds coconut tears*

In starting i tried to keep her away from my family. But it seems like god has other plans. Her ties are getting more stronger with my life. Should i be sad or happy. *confused in GUCCI*

"Okay, so the wedding is gonna be simple." Yoongi's father said.

"We will do it in church. Namjoon make sure we get timings for that. You will take care of this" Namjoon nodded.

"Only family members and important guests will be invited. Everybody submit list of their important friends and colleagues and employees. Okay?" Everybody nodded.

"Minji will come right?" Jimin asked with hopeful eyes. He was missing her presence.

"What kind of stupid question is that hyung." Jungkook scoffed "even if that girl will deny, i will drag her in marriage. She is my friend, obviously she will be there"

"That's relief" jimin said under his breath nobody heard him.

"You will be with me" namjoon whispered to minyoung.

"What if i say no" minyoung played hard-to-get.

Namjoon smirked. "Your salary will be cut then"

"Hey that's cheating"

"Everything is fair in love, war and game. And this is blind love"

"What about an after party?" Taehyung asked.

"Why do you care about after party-" jimin whispered "-think about our bachelor's party."

"But jungkook will not be in this. He is still a baby." Jin said

"Drink and girls. It will be lit dude" Namjoon joined.

Jungkook joined too with a smirk "ya'll don't realise i am sitting right here?"

"Gotta tell this to mothers. Guess who is gonna get grounded" jungkook laughed evily.

When hyungs realised that the evasdropper of house has caught them their face turned pale. "Jungkookieeeeee...you are the first one to enter in party" jin said with gritted teeth.

"It's your first bachelor's party we will make it special. Isn't it guys?" Hoseok asked

"Ohh. No thanks hyung. But i am not interested in your drinks and girls. Sorry but i am already committed" jungkook said with a poker face.

"WITH WHOM?" Hyungs shouted gaining everybody's attention. "Sorry sorry please continue" apology delievered.

Jungkook glanced at meera thinking about the one to whom he want to get committed to, only if she accepted it. "With my painting colours" jungkook showed his tongue to hyungs.

"You!!"

"Mummy i am going to my room. Bye everyone" before his hyungs could catch him he ran away.

Jungkook in his room was lying on his bed, smiling like a crazy while thinking about what happened today.

"It felt so nice to hug her like that. I wish i could do it again"

Jungkook threw his phone in annoyance. "Why does he care so much? That bastard never speaks something good from his mouth. And what is he doing in america? Is that why he is not coming to university from last two months? Plus cherry is there too? Anyways who care about them"

Like everyone is connected to one another, jihoon is negatively connected to our main protagonist too. Remember jimin once mentioned jihoon studies in same university as them? It so happens that jungkook, minji and jihoon shares the same classes.

In classes the scene is quite typical you see, jihoon is always behind minji to gain her attention, while minji avoids him by sticking around jungkook. Jungkook knows too, how he bothers minji therefore jungkook is always there to protect her. Although there are no romantic feelings between jungkook and minji, a pure relation of friendship floats, but jihoon can't help and feel jealous of jungkook.

More he sees minji with jungkook, more his blood boils. That's the reason, jungkook and jihoon's rivalry is talk of the class. Jungkook being an all-rounder, always defeated jihoon in sports and academics both, plus also getting company of minji adds fuel to fire.

No matter what, jihoon is never gonna leave his chance to fight with jungkook. In short, they are never in good terms. Jungkook never told these things to his hyungs, they already have so many problems why increase more, also he feels he is grown up enough to handle everything alone, so he does. Gracefully. And jihoon doesn't like that. Yup. That's the problem.

Sighing jungkook lays on his bed pondering over jihoon's message.

Than make her.

A voice suddenly popped up from his right shoulder. His eyes widened to see a mini jungkook in red attire smirking-ly sitting there.

No, you can't do that.

This time from his left. He snapped his head to left still laying down, a mini jungkook in white attire smiling peacefully sitting there.

"Who are you both?"

I am angel kook. Said the left one.

I am devil kook. Said the right one.

Jungkook head was spinning. "What the hell is this? Is this my life or Tom&Jerry? I am not freaking Tom who has a devil and angel side, who will debate whether to kill Jerry or not. Just go away. There is no jerry here"

Devil kook: "But meera is. And you need to make her yours today. Otherwise that jihoon will tease you forever."

Jungkook: "i think you are right."

Angel kook: "no no child you cant. Remember your resolution? First make her realise importance of #lovemyself then proceed towards your own story."

Jungkook: "you are also right."

Devil kook: "but how much time will it take? One day? Two day? Three day? A month? An year? Or whole life? Or maybe never! Who knows. Jungkook you can't wait for that."

Angel kook: "Obviously you can wait. I know you will try hard."

Devil kook: "just imagine jungkook. Wrinkles on your handsome face, your bunny teeths gone, silky black hair white, supporting yourself with help of a stick and voice barely audible, still waiting for her. Can you imagine that."

Angel kook: "WHAT KIND OF STUPID IMAGINATION IS THAT?"

Devil kook: "That's the truth. If he still hold on to that #LoveMyself. Jungkook you are handsome and charistimatic. Lot of girls are head over heels for you than why not meera?"

Angel kook: "He is manipulating  you jungkook dont here t-- ahhhhhhh...."

Too late, jungkook already threw angel kook to the corner of his mind, like one throws away carrom striker perfectly  on the surface of board. Poor angel kook. Jungkook so gonna regret it later on, he doesn't even know that. Yup. That's the problem.

But what can jungkook even do, the fantasy devil kook showed him of being practically a 70 year old man still waiting for his love, was a living nightmare for our jungkook.

"My room is free. You can go there meera, you can use my washroom." jisoo's voice echoed in hallway.

Devil kook: "god is on your side too jungkook. Meera is gonna be alone for some while i guess. This is your chance buddy."

Jungkook sighed. "A try won't hurt right? Maybe it would be worth it. Come on jungkook"

Devil kook: GO GO JUNGKOOKIE.

Jungkook came out of his room. In hallway he saw jisoo waiting outside her room. Jungkook cleared his throat.

"Noona? What are you doing here?"

"Umm...meera is inside. I'm waiting for her"

"Ohh. You can go. Ill bring her" jungkook tried to hide his nervous.

"Ohh really? Jungkook thanks. I wanted to be part of discussion. Bring her back safely. Okay?" She beamed

Jungkook nodded and saw jisoo left.

~5 minutes later~

Meera came out. "Unnie?"

"Noona has gone due to work. Ill take you down" jungkook hesitantly spoke. Meera waa now familiar to everyone's voice. She instantly recognised him.

"Okay. Lets go" she started to move but he stopped her.

"But lets talk about something. Its important" he said making his voice serious so that she can sense it.

"Hmm. Tell"

With a deep breath jungkook started "meera...from the day i saw you...and to the date of today...there has not been a single day when i didn't thought about you"

Meera's heart melt. A new sensation flowing in her. This sounds like that cheesy romantic novel i read last week.

"Meera...the day we first met...it was not a good meeting but i cannot deny the fact that, when i first saw you i was speechless. Your natural beauty and your simplicity and your melodious voice attracted me towards you since first day"

Meera was bit red.

Jungkook gulped and continued.

"As the days passed by, the guilt i was carrying inside me only made me long for you hard. It made my feelings more strong for you"

"And...i...i...just want to say that...i have fallen deeply in love with you. More you are being oblivious to my feelings, more my heart is yearning for you."

Jungkook eyes watered and few tears rolled down just thinking about her rejection.

"You know the girls in my kindergarten and school used to tail behind me. and university girls, they are dying for my single attention but i don't give it to them, i give it to you because i love you"

Jungkook wiped his tears and sniffled. He was getting out of control. His emotions were taking over him. He didn't knew what he was blurting, or what he was going to blurt now, which will only cause him pain.

"Girls out there drool over my charms. They give example of my handsomeness. They worship my aesthatic features like god. One snap of fingers and any girl will be in my arms then why dont you?"

Jungkook pleaded. His voice clearly showed her that he was crying and somewhere inside it broke her. His confession made her heart race but she was not falling for him, specially after what he said in last. She always saw him as a good friend and a role model as a painter.

"You just said it jungkook" she ignored her racing heart and spoke "Girls fall over your charms, handsomeness and aesthatic features....do you think i can see them?"

Really hit him hard. He froze, no words coming out his mouth. How much more dumb can he be?

"Also, lets not become awkward with each other? I will forget everything just happened and you too. Lets behave like we always do with each other" giving him  wide smile--as if nothing happened--meera carefully walked away, not bothering to wait for him.

Jungkook stood there regretting everything just happened.

Few taps on his left shoulder and a figure passed by him, commenting cool-y..."you cannot impress her with your looks" it was jin.

Another taps on right shoulder and a figure passed by him "You messed up again" it was jimin.

A hand on right shoulder and taehyung's teasing face popped up who mimicked jungkook "one snap of fingers and blah blah blah" taehyung laughed "what a dialogue jungkookie" tapping his shoulders he too left.

Namjoon's assuring arms surrounded him. He gave him an understanding smile "not your face but show her your heart. I know you can do it. Okay?" Namjoon went and joined the other boys who were standing in front of him with a supportive smile.

Before he could say anything else to them hoseok walked and stood in front of him, making him tense. He just confessed to his sister.

But hosoek hugged him and smiled "if it was some other boy, i would have straightly punched him"

Jungkook gulped.

Hoseok withdrew from hug. "But not you jungkook. I trust you. Since you came in her life, she has become a slight lively. I always closed her from world because i was protective but...i can trust you. I hope you will never break my trust?"

Jungkook nodded "i will never hyung. Thanks for believing in me"

And then it was hugging time where all boys hugged each other.

Someone is missing right?

Ohh yes. Yoongi.

In the hospital~~

"Are you feeling alright?" Yoongi asked with concern.

Shinhye didn't respond. She turned her face to other side.

"Ohh stop with your attitude. Tell me whats wrong with you. Why sudden attack?" Yoongi was angry at her for not speaking but then she spoke.

"Work overload. Thats it" she spoke in low voice but enough for him to hear. "Please dont worry about me" she gave him cold look.

Thats it. Thats the problem. He was unable to read her eyes. They were cold and they were lying but he was frustated because he cant find truth behind them. "You are my employee and my employees are my family. I care for all of them and same goes for you. Stay hear only and doctors will conduct the tests on you"

Her head snapped towards him with wide eyes. "No. I need no test. Just a break from work and ill be fine" she hurriedly walked out of the bed and towards the door.

Yoongi tried to stop her but she was not weak. She successfully convinced him that she was stubborn and she will not listen to him even if she was a mere employee.

"You cant go"

"I will"

"You are not healthy shinhye"

"I am perfectly alright you dont need to worry."

"But--"

"JUST FIRE ME ALREADY. LEAVE ME ALONE. YOU ARE MY BIGGEST ENEMY." Shinhye angrily walked out not giving a damn to nurses and doctors. Yoongi didn't stop though, he followed her.

While walking out of the hospital and entering an alley, she hurriedly took out that one thing she was craving for most, one thing that led her to hospital bed but still she wanted it. Cigarette.

It was such a bad idea to stop smoking. I can never leave it. She thought while inhaling the cancer.

Apparently workload was a lie, the reason for her black out was that she tried to keep her distance away from smoking but she couldn't. For once she tried to acknowledge yoongi's word and decided to leave it but she failed.

"So this is the reason? God!! stop smoking. It will kill you" he almost shouted which startled her, she didn't realise he was following her.

"I can't. Its my strength." She said with a poker face and continued smoking right on his face.

I showed jungkook's this photo to my mom and she said "yeah its almost same"

I took my chance and said "Chora handsome hai na? (boy is handsome right?)"

And showed her more kookies pics. Then taehyung's pic and keep in saying  "handsome" and she kept on nodding. I was so happy that she approved of them being handsome but something was wrong.

And then i noticed.

While i was busy showing her pics of bts.

SHE WAS EATING MY SNACKS!!!!!!
