Manvi turned to him, he got up and then pulled her. He dropped down on floor and she was on top of him. She looked into his eyes, she was lost.

He said "abhi tum apna haath tawe pe rakhne wali thi haath jal jaata tumhara"

It seemed she was not paying attention to his scolding, she was just lost in his eyes. She smiled, he felt pain in his leg "Aah.." Manvi came out her trance. She stood up and said "sorry professor"

She turned off the stove. He tired to get up but failed, Manvi said "haath dijiye apna"

He held her hand and gets up, she made him sit on the chair. "I am sorry professor meri wajah se aapke pair pe zor pada" she said in concern.

"No it is fine! Tum rehendo yeh main kar lunga" he said.

Manvi eyed him in anger and said "aap kya kah rahe ho? Thik se khade toh ho nhi sakte ho aap aur yeh roti bana lenge"

He smiled lightly, she asked "aise kyun muskura rahe hai aap"

"Professor main hun lekin meri student mujhe hi daant laga rahi hai" he said.

Manvi looks down and said "sorry main toh.. Bas"

He sighed and said "acha laga mujhe warna toh koi hai nhi itne pyar se daant lagane wala"

Manvi looks up at him and smiled, she asked "matlab main aapko daant laga sakti hun?"

Aarav glanced at her and said "nahi"

She smiled and said "Acha toh aap mujhe batayie ye roti kaise karna hai?"

He guided her, she tried but failed. She said in irritated "yeh toh japan ka naksha hai.."

He smiled and said "lao ye mujhe do main belta hun tum sekho"

She nodded and passed him the things. He did and she was shocked "haww yeh toh meri mumma se bhi zyada gol hai aapko itni achi cooking kaise aati hai?" she asked.

"Kyuki main professor se pehle chef tha" he said.

Manvi smiled "waah! Aap toh kitne multi talented hai professor" he passed her the chapati and she puts it in frying pan.

She then shouted getting panic "professor yeh toh gubare jaise fhul rahi hai"

He laughed at her words and said "tabhi toh soft and achi banti hai"

"Ye burn ho rahi hai.." she said.

"Toh usko utharo burner pe se" he said.

She holds it in her hand puts it in plate. Her hand burned "Aah.."

He looked at her and scolds her "maine kaha tha na chimte se utharna.."

"Sorry bhool gayi" she said making face.

Finally the food making session was done, he said "manvi saamne upar shelf mein tube hai leke aao"

She did so and gave him, he held her right hand and then applied ointment on it "issey nishan nhi hoga"

She smiled "Thank you"

"Waise aap batayie toh kaisa bana hai?" she asked. She took some in the bowl and gave to him.

He tasted and smiled "not bad! Bas thoda namak zyada kar diya hai tumne"

"Oops! Sorry next time dhyan rakhungi" she said.

"Thank you ab tumhe ghar jaana chahiye kafi waqt ho gaya hai" he said.

Manvi nodded in yes, she looked at the time it showed 5pm "professor thodi der mein jaati hun na abhi time hai please" she requested.

"Okay toh tab tak hum biology ka next topic revise kar lete hai" he said winking at her.

Manvi made face but agreed "thik hai" she looked at the kitchen "i am sorry kitni gandi kardi maine aapki kitchen"

Aarav replied "koi baat nahi hai subah ko maid aayegi saaf safai kar degi"

Manvi nodded, they moved to the hall and Aarav starts teaching her again. He looked at her and she was not using her left hand. He asked "tum apna dusra haath kyun nhi use kar rahi ho?"

"Nahi bas aise hi aapne ointment lagaya tha na" she said but the actual reason was he held her hand.

Aarav was satisfied with her answer "Acha okay! Dekho 6 bajh gaye hai ab tumhe jaana chahiye mumma papa pareshan ho jayenge nahi toh tumhare main cab book kar deta hun"

Manvi nodded, he booked the cab and it arrived in 10 minutes. He said "Aa gayi hai jao neeche"

She picked up her things and was putting them in bag with one hand. He sighed, he helped her out. Manvi waved bye to him and left.

Aarav smiled and shook his head "paagal hai ek dum"

Manvi was in cab and thought "oh God! Mannu tu kar kya rahi hai! Professor ko daant laga di tune upar se aise behave kar rahi hai.. Kya sochenge wo"

The cab stopped, she looked and asked "kitna hua?"

"Paid already thankyou" the driver replied.

Manvi nodded and got out of the cab, she entered into the house. She kept her bag inside her room and then came out.

Vineet asked "itni der kaise ho gayi Manvi?"

Manvi looked at him and said "haan wo professor ne aaj bahut lamba topic samjhaya toh isliye late ho gayi"

Ruhana came and hands her the glass of milk, she held with her left hand and starts to drink.

Ruhana asked her "haath pe kya hua?"

Manvi nodded "kuch nhi mumma"

"Toh uss haath se kyun nhi glass pakda? Tum toh right hand hi use karti ho na?" Ruhana asked in doubt.

"Bas aise hi mumma aaj bahut likh liya hai isse toh pain ho raha hai" she said.

"Acha lao main massage kar deta hun" Vineet said while holding her hand.

Manvi denies and moved away her hand "nahi papa thik ho jayega aap rehendo"

Ruhana took out her sports clothes from bag, she saw them all neat and clean.

"mannu aaj tum baskeball pratice pe nahi gayi thi?" Ruhana asked her.

Manvi looked at her and said "gayi thi na.."

"Acha? Toh tumhare kapde itne saaf suthre kaise hai? Ruhana asked in confusion as usually when she comes back playing basketball clothes are really dirty.

Manvi gulped down her throat and then said "haan wo kya hai na aaj main zyada nahi kheli warna baad mein biology ke liye energy nahi bachti after all biology is more important"

Vineet and Ruhana looked at her in shock. Vineet said "Ruhana tumne meri beti ko bigad diya hai"

Ruhana looked at him and asked "maine kya bigada?"

"haan tumne kiya usko sports se hatake biology mein fasa diya" he said.

"acha hai na sudhar rahi hai warna saalo se bigadke rakha tha tumne" she said with a smile on her face.

Manvi smiled and thought "sorry mumma papa mujhe toh professor mein zyada interest hai basketball aur biology se"

she sighed "kya soche jaa rahi hai tu Manvi paagal ho gayi hai kya lagta to aise hi hai"

Ruhana said "Acha ab khana khalo chalo main lagati hun"

Manvi and Vineet nodded and sat on the dining table. Vineet asked "mannu sach mein aaj basketball practice mein gayi thi?"

Manvi looked at him and does not know what to say. Vineet smiled and asked "batado warna tumhari mumma.."

She said "nahi gayi papa sorry wo professor ke ghar mujhe usne padhna tha toh skip kiya basketball pratice sorry"

Vineet smiled and said "koi baat nahi.. kuch aur bhi sikha waha?"

"nahi toh" she said.

"acha? Toh ye daag kaisa hai?" he asked while pointing at her dress.

"kya papa khana khaya tha toh lag gaya daag aap bhi na" she said with a smile.

He seemed to be satisfied with her answer, she had a sigh of relief.

Ruhana came out and kept the food, she asked "kya baatein kar rahe they mere piche?"

"yahi puch raha tha kya sikhaya professor ne aaj?" he said while looking at Manvi.

Manvi smiled and said "ecosystem.."

Ruhana asked "itne ghanto mein bas yahi sikhaya?"

"nahi mumma aur bhi bataya.. kha.." she paused.

"aur kya bataya beta?" Ruhana asked her.

"mumma abhi toh padhke aayi hun abhi puchke na mood mat off karo please" she said.

"Acha thik hai.. khana khake rest karo" Vineet said while eating.

Manvi smiled and asked "papa aaj kaunsi movie dekhni hai?"

Ruhana said immediately "koi movie nahi dekhni hai chup chap khana khake room mein sone jaana hai samjhe dono baap beti"

Manvi and Vineet looked at each other and then at Ruhana, said together "nahi.."

Ruhana sighed "hadh hai kabhi sunni nahi hai meri Vineet wo nahi toh tum toh sunlo meri" she complained.

"Roo, tumhe sona hai soh jao mujhe neend nhi aa rahi hai" he said while stretching his arms. He got up and moved to the couch.

Manvi smiled and said "mujhe bhi nahi mumma" she also moved.

She sat beside Vineet and wrapped her arms around him keeping her head on her shoulder. He secured her by keeping his hand on her shoulder. Ruhana smiled seeing this. They were watching the movie, Ruhana finished her work and came both of them had fallen asleep.

She sighed and said "kaha tha ki soh jao.. thake hua hai dono ke dono lekin nhi fir bhi movie dekhni hai" she turned off the television.

She looked at them both were sleeping cozily, she did not wanted them to disturb. She moved to the room and brought the blanket. She covered them with it and herself settled beside Vineet keeping her head on his other shoulder with a smile on her face. She closed her eyes and slept along with them.
