Tsunade: don't worry I will find eyes for you. It will just have to take quite a while.

Yukihina: I understand. I can't expect a person to die everyday and than give me their eyes.

Tsunade: I... didn't say that. But you get it.

Kakashi pov:

Hina wasn't like that. That hina seemed more like the past hina. Cold and straightforward. She would say anything without caring for awkwardness or much emotions.

Just plainly.... carrying out orders and missions.

If its the warm hina she would be saying 'its ok. I don't need the eyes. Its fine.'

Than I will pat her and tease'no. You have to get it. I don't want to take care of you.'

'Kakashi!!!' She will whine. Than we would all laugh and she would scold us for that.

Hina... without the memory of me... do you have to change that much?

Tsunade: kakashi. Kakashi. Kakashi.

Kakashi: gomen.

It seems hina was already out.

Tsunade: gomen... for what happened.

Shizune: gomen... if only I was more skilled.

Kakashi:no... its not your fault.

Tsunade: I did a thorough check on her body. I even checked if the jutsu is still in her. She seemed fine and the jutsu is gone.

Kakashi: arigato. Than why doesn't she have any memory of me?

Tsunade: her memories are hidden , locked up in her subconscious. You have to somehow unlock it.

unlock....?hanare said that too. But she said it would be difficult.

Kakashi: tsunade-sama I want to quit to being a ninja.

Tsunade: what????!!!!kakashi!!! You know the village needs you.

Kakashi: hina needs me.

Tsunade: I know you are being emotional right now. But you have to think carefully. Cool down. Think.

Kakashi: I am not emotional. Tsunade-sama.

Tsunade: *takes a deep breath* yukihina will be alright. She just needs time.

Kakashi: she does. Time from me. I have given a lot of time to the village tsunade-sama. I've always cared the village more than I have to her.

Tsunade : kakashi.... listen...

Kakashi: *interrupt* she needs me. Hina needs me. Gomene tsunade-sama. There must be someone else you can use. Its time you stopped calling my name.

Tsunade: kakashi...

Shizune: tsunade-sama... kakashi... you really can't change your mind?

Kakashi: *waves* not now. I won't change now.

I opened the door... this familiar smell. Its definitely boiled saury eggplant!! I go to the kitchen and realise its hina who is cooking.

Yukihina: why... can you come in? I remembered I locked the door.

Oh... yea... I forgot... hina doesn't remember about me. That means... she doesn't remember we are married. Or that we live in her house. I feel a little saddened thinking until here.

Kakashi: I have a pair of spare keys. You gave it to me.

Yukihina: must be the 'that' me.

Kakashi: yea... so why cook this?

Yukihina: I don't know. I just felt like it.

Hina use to always cook this for me when I return from my missions. Even though she's not that warm hina, I guess habits don't change. This... makes me happy.

Yukihina: want to join me? I cooked too much. Don't waste food.

The past cold hina don't usually eat with people. I wonder why she invites me.

Kakashi: you sure?

Yukihina: I don't usually eat with people. But for some reason I think its okay to eat with you.

Kakashi: okay than.

I smile happy from the inside. As I thought... some habits don't change.

Yukihina: you are strong right?

Kakashi: I guess.

Yukihina: than it should be fine.

The dinner was very silent. No talk or chats or teasing. Dinner with warm hina was usually quite noisy because I would always tease her.

Dinner was over and I washed the plates and pots. It was a promise I made to hina. I would wash whenever she cooks and she would wash if I cooked. I never broke my promise to her but of course.... its lazy hina. Sometimes its still me washing after I cooked.

This promise still stays even if she's not warm hina.

Yukihina: thanks.

Kakashi: its nothing. I promised to wash your dishes for you.

Yukihina: you did? When?

Kakashi;  you won't remember.

Yukihina: oh... gomen.

I decided to take one last look around the house before I left. After all... I won't be around here for quite a long time...

Yukihina: oyasumi. (Good night)

I want to kiss her forehead like I do every night when I'm with her. But... I can't.

Kakashi:oyasumi.

I walked down the stairs and I looked to the apartment 'sweet dreams whether warm or cold hina '

And here I am at gai's house... why in the world did that happen?
