Kakashi pov:

So we set out to get the scroll.  We were out of the gates and quite a distance from konoha village.

Suddenly she held onto my shoulder and jumped up using her legs to grab onto my waist 'hehe. Piggy back.'

I held onto her legs 'hai hai.'

Yukihina: kakashi... can I request something selfish?

Kakashi:hai.

Yukihina: I haven't even said.

I put her down and cup a side of her cheek 'hina... remember you said that you just wanted to protect me?'

She touched my that hand softly and lean against it 'uh huh...'

Kakashi: you have no idea how much you have done... that the things I do... can never compare to it.

I kissed her forehead and our forehead touches to each other 'any selfish request is nothing. '

Yukihina pov:

'Kakashi....'

I couldn't see... his forehead touched to mine... this closeness... it felt so near me... yet it was as if I left him for a very long time and so miss his touching to me.

He piggy backed me again on his back.

Yukihina: kakashi? I can walk.

Kakashi: just like the old times.

I giggled at that. Like the old times... where he carried me on his back.  His warm back... I used to remember. Its still warm.

I lean against this sturdy reliable back. The man who never left me even I did for a while.I thought I would have lost him. Gone. Gone to another girl. But no, he still waited for me.

Arigato... kakashi.

I start to fall sleepy... let me sleep awhile on your warm nice back...

Kakashi pov:

Kakashi: hina... hina...

Looks like she fell asleep.

How long was it since the last time I carried her like that? After she got her eyes... I don't even remember the last time.

Never mind that you're blind. You have me. I will take care of you.

Those days... how nostalgic. Reminds me of the time she barged in my shower by accident. *giggles*
