America's POV

The Three Corners went to our second period, gym. As we make our way over, I felt someone familiar shove past me. China, I'm guessing. I pay no attention to it and keep making my way to the locker room with Russ. Soon, we're out onto the gym and waiting for Japan, Mal, Phil, and Indo.

I'm glad I made three more friends, I can tell Russ and Japan are proud that I did. They don't say so, but I can feel the energy around them get lighter when I call the Rice Gang my friends. I am kinda worried about what China might do, though. I don't like the way she stomped away and the way she shoved me on my way to the gym. Well, maybe I won't die. At least, not on Russ, Japan, Indo, and Phil's watch. Y'know, I am just realizing I'm calling Russia 'Russ'. Meh, tamato, tomato.

I hear four speedy footsteps head towards me and Russ, it must be the girls. Japan hugs me and squeals about something she found exciting. Something about a phone case..? I smile and greet them, "Hey, girls! How areth thou queens?" Phil giggled, "Wherefore does thee ask?" I stand still trying to figure out what she means by 'wherefore'. "Thee is not answering thou question." I laugh nervously and bow dramatically, "Apologies, Queen Philippines! Thou was thinking of an answer for thy queen." I felt Russ tap my shoulder and I turned in his direction. "What are you two doing?"

I shrug, "I was speaking fancy, but turns out Queen Phil is EXTRA fancy." Phil giggled. Russ huffed softly, "Yes, Phil is very fancy." I chuckle, "Are you fancy, Russ?" He stays quiet for a bit, "What did you call me..?" I grin, "Russ. Why?" "No reason." I hum, "Uh-huh?" The girls giggle and Japan shook my shoulders slightly, "Oh my word, Ame!! He's blushing!! Here, look, you can tell!!" She grabs my hands and I feel them land on Russ's face. "Russ, you're super warm!" I felt him grow warmer, "T-Thanks, Ame..." Japan lets go of my hands as the P.E. teacher blew her whistle. "Listen up, today you're playing basketball! So go grab a ball!" Nothing could possibly ruin this moment.
