Byakuya's p.o.v.
When I woke up, I was in Squad Four barracks. I rubbed my eyes as I sat up. I looked around. My eyes stopped when I saw Hana on a chair next to me. Her head was on the bed near my feet. She had the seaweed ambassador in her arms. She was breathing softly. She must've fell asleep. The door opened and Captain Yamamoto walked in." Ah, good." He said, closing the door behind him." You're awake." He said." How long was I out?" I asked." Only two days." I looked down at Hana." She was worried you know." I looked up at him." She carried around the plushie with her. She also did your paperwork while you were out." I was surprised." She even blamed herself for your injuries. She thought she weighed everyone down." I looked at her. Her light almost pale blonde hair was down and a strand fell in her face. Her pale pink lips parted slightly as she slept peacefully." Why would she think that?" I asked." Well, she thought she weighed everyone down because she would get into trouble. You should've seen her in the rain. She rambled on about when she got kidnapped and injured. She said she wasn't worthy to serve under you." He said. I hummed." I'll leave you two now." He says before walking out. I looked at Hana. She really thought all of that? The door opened and Renji walked in with Rangiku." Captain! You're awake." Renji said, rushing to my side. Rangiku went to wake Hana. I stopped her." Leave her. She needs it." I said. She nods." Captain, we were so worried!" Renji yelled. Rangiku shushed him, pointing to Hana. He gulped." Uh, Sorry." He said. Hana groaned. She lifted her head and rubbed her eyes. She opened one eye." Hey Renji..." She said, hugging the plushie to her. She looked over to me. Rangiku elbowed Renji in the side." Nice job idiot." She said. Hana smiled." Captain, you're awake!" She said. I nodded." I'm glad." She said. Rangiku pulled Hana in a hug and cried on her shoulder. Hana jumped at the sudden action." IM SO SORRY HANA! IF IT WASN'T FOR ME, THIS WOULDN'T HAVE HAPPENED!" Rangiku cried, yelling in Hana's ear." R-Rangiku It's Fine. Really." Hana said." I know what you did were good intentions." She said. Rangiku sniffs." How can I make it up to you?" She asked. Hana blushed." Well..." She looked at me. She gave me a closed eye smile." You still owe me a date." I opened my mouth slightly in surprise. I hummed." So be it." I said. Rangiku smiled." Alright! Renji, come help me set everything up!" She said, dragging Renji out." Huh? W-Wait!" He said as he was dragged out the room. Hana chuckled." That'll keep her busy." She said." Hana." She hummed." Have you been here for the last two days?" She blushed and smiled." Well, y-yeah. I care for you Captain." She said. The words Tsukishima said were floating around in my head."She said she has some strong feelings for you. Of course I thought it was pathetic." Could it be true? I want to ask her but I don't know how she'll react. I'll ask her later on our "date"." Hana." She hummed." You might want to get ready. Since we do have a date." She blushed and smiled." Of course Captain!" She said before flash stepping away. Now I must get ready.

Hana's p.o.v.
I leaned against my door with a huge a blush on face. I can't believe that I'm going on a date with my Captain! I couldn't believe it. I blushed more just thinking about it." Hana! You need to get ready." Edgar said. I smiled." Thanks Edgar." I began to look around for something to wear or use. I found an old black dress but with the help Nemu it'll look brand new. I quickly made my way toward her squad." Ah!" I yelled as Captain Kurotsuchi suddenly appeared in front of me." Ah! Lieutenant Yamamoto! What a pleasant surprise!" He said." I-I cake t-to s-see Nemu." I said, shivering as he stared at me. This man always made me feel creeped out." Of course! I'll go get her." He said suddenly disappearing. Nemu suddenly appeared." Hi Hana." She said. I smiled." Nemu do you think you can add cherry blossoms to this dress?" I asked holding it up. She examined." Of course. I'll be right back." She said, disappearing. What's with everyone disappearing on me? Can't they use their legs? I thought as I waited for Nemu to return. And she did. She handed me the dress. I blinked." Whoa! That was fast!" I looked beside me and smiled as I saw Edgar floating above my shoulder." Yeah you're right. That was pretty fast Nemu." She nodded." I like sewing. Come see me if you have anything else that's needs to be sewn." She said. I nodded before quickly making my way toward my room. I sighed to get my nerves away. I began to get ready.

I looked at the clock. My dress was on and my hair was in the bun Rangiku did before we went to the World of the Living." Hana." I turned around and saw Rukia with a smile standing in the doorway with Momo and Nanao." MY LITTLE GIRL IS GROWING UP!" Rangiku said, hugging me in her breasts. I tried to push her off cause I couldn't breathe (-_-'). The girls had to pull Rangiku off me." Thanks Guys." I said after catching my breath." You look beautiful Hana!" Momo said." I agree." Nanao said." Nii-San will love it!" Rukia said. I smiled." Thanks Guys. Hopefully nothing ruins it." I said. For once, please God, don't ruin it.

I blinked as I looked around the halls. Ruki took me to the manor where her and Captain Kuchiki live. The maid smiled at me and told me to follow her. So that's what I was doing at the time. She was leading me to God knows where. She suddenly stopped and turned to me." It's just pass these doors." She said. I smiled and bowed." Thank you." I said before going out the doors. I closed the doors and looked around. Eh? I swear dropped. SHE TOOK ME ALMOST AROUND THE ENTIRE MANOR WHEN REALLY IM SUPPOSE TO BE IN RHE BACKYARD?! I blinked as something landed on my face. A cherry blossom. I sneezed. The breeze picked up and the cherry blossoms began to blow away. I smiled." So pretty...." I muttered." It is." I turned around and saw Captain Kuchiki behind me." Captain." I said. He walked to where I was and held out his arm. I blinked before blushing lightly, connecting my arm with his. We walked toward the tree where a little blanket was under it. I smiled and sat down. He sat down next to me." This is....Wow." I was lost for words. I didn't know how to explain it." Speechless?" I nodded with a grin as I stared up at the starry night." Hana." I hummed and looked at my Captain." Your grandfather and a couple of others told me some things...you did my paperwork while I was recovering...you barely sleep at night...you paced around the room, waiting for me to wake up." I felt my heart beat increase. It's true. When he was recovering, I did he's paperwork. I couldn't sleep cause I was scared I would wake up and he would be gone and I would blame myself for it. And I paced cause I was worried one day, someone from Squad Four would tell me he didn't make it." Why is that?" He asked. I blushed red and turned my head away from him. NO WAY am I going to confess! That's like suicide!" I-well....It's hard to explain it." I stuttered. He hummed." Tsukishima also said something." I gulped." Of course I wouldn't believe him unless you confirmed it." I let out a shaky breath." What did he say?" I asked." He said you had strong feelings for me." My heart froze before racing really fast. What should I do? I don't know what I'm going to say! What should I say!? Suddenly, I jumped when I heard an explosion. I look up in the sky. Fireworks. Rukia told me about them! They're so pretty. I was too busy focusing on the pretty pattern lights in the sky." Hana." I turned toward the Captain. He leaned in and closed the gap between us. And suddenly, I felt fireworks in my heart.
