Ulquiorra X Hurt Reader X Szayzel
Being the third Espada had its uses, one being that you got to go on lots of missions, and eating as much food as you wanted. Problem, Ulquiorra would always go on missions with you and ruin them half the time by reminding you about the mission.
On another note, Szayzel would be joining the mission since it was going to be a long and tough one for sure. The emptiness of the desert was already boring you to death as you yawned and looked up at the moon.
"It sure is bright at this time of... night."
"It's day." Szayzel pointed out. "If it was night then it wouldn't be so bright."
You rolled your eyes and continued onward to the location of the mission. Ulquiorra was quiet half of the way as he had his eye closed while walking. How he walks like that will forever be a mystery to you.
The sand shifted under your feet as you jumped out of the way, along with the guys, as it was a snake like hollow. It hiss more than roared as it strikes towards you, its poison flying everywhere. Ulquiorra was just about to reveal his zanpakuto, when you already sliced the hollow in half.
The boy's eyes widen in shock at how fast you took it down, maybe that's why they called you 'Quickfeet'. Unfortunately, you didn't see that the hollows poison absorbed into your skin.
"Alright," You pulled your sword from the hollow's head, where it lied dead. "That's one, we got two more too go."
"Hmmm... hopefully it won't take long." Szayzel mumbled under his breath.
Ulquiorra started at your back while walking the whole way to the area. He was wondering what happened to the poison that the hollow released... but his thoughts were soon cut short as the two retaining snake hollow came out.
"Let's kill them-" You began to shout, but a wave of dizziness crashed onto you.
The snake hollow dived down and sunk it's teeth into your leg, making you wail in pain and try to raise your sword, but your arms felt like dead lead. Before Ulquiorra could cut the snake's neck another one dived down and bit into your other leg, two poison ejecting into you at once.
Ulquiorra narrowed his eyes as he cut both the snake's neck, but its scales hardened in time as the blade only cut half way through. You felt to the ground with a sickening thud. Szayel cursed and looked through his pack to find an antidote.
Ulquiorra used a cero on them as they disintegrated into pieces. The world turned black just when Szayel put the antidote inside...
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"How long until she'll heal?"
"If I'm correct then she'll only need the treatment for two days, if her body is agreeing to the treatment like it should, so then we'll have nothing to worry about."
It took your mind to recognize that the voices were coming outside your bedroom door, the only source of light was the moons and it wasn't as bright, which meant it was nighttime. So... it took you all morning to night until you woke up from the poison.
"Can I see her?" Ulquiorra's mumbled voice asked.
"Hmp, only if it's something important. It's not like I not know about your little crush on dear (y/n), you, a lifeless hollow has a crush on is so hard to believe."
"You're a scientist who kills their test subjects and use their body for experiments is hard to believe as well, Szayel."
Your heart beat with shock. Those two liked you?! How could you not see it? Well, with Ulquiorra it was understandable, but with Szayel it would have been reasonable to see it... right through him since he expressed more emotion that Ulquiorra.
The door opened up as you quickly shut your eye, making your breathing steady like a sleeping person would do. Footsteps came closer as you tried to ignore your racing heartbeat. What were they doing?
"She's still sleeping?" Ulquiorra grumbled. "I thought you said she should be awake at this time."
"Well, people are different with poison, it might be I was wrong this time."
A hand caressed your cheek as you noticed it was Ulquiorra, due to it being so cold. "She's so warm... I wonder what she's dreaming about."
"Probably dreaming about me." Szayel said, a hint of smirking inside his voice. He rested his own hand on your other cheek as you shivered a little, getting him to notice, but strangely didn't say anything. "Let's leave. These two days will be Hell with all the dizziness and soreness she'll experience."
They both left and closed the door as you forced yourself to look up at the door, smiling at it with a tender smile. "Maybe being near those two won't be bad after all..."
