Squad eleven had some room to fit in newcomers and that's what you did, join squad eleven... even though you didn't know anything about the squad, only they were a wild group and didn't like people who didn't kido.

Today was your first day here and the office was deadly quiet, and empty too put it. You looked around, sweat dropped, and looked to see the number again. "This is squad eleven... maybe everyone died without me looking...?"

After a while looking around the office you were about to give up until a looming shadow came over you. It stood at a giant's height and that's what you felt like when you turned around. The man stood tall, even almost taller that the ceiling itself. The nasty look on his face while looking down on you was something you would never forget seeing in your whole life.

"Who the hell are you? What kind of wimp comes walking into my office?"

"U-Ummm... are you the captain?"

"Yes I am, thriving for blood every day."

This man was crazy, but you didn't need to say it out loud to prove your point. "I'm your new four seat... (y/n) (y/l)...."

He scoffed and turned around. "Get lost. I don't need weak people like you in my squad."

"W-Wait sir!" You rushed after him, "I was put into this squad because the others wouldn't take me! You didn't seem to have anything wrong with me so I figure there was a reason..."

"It's because I'm too damn lazy too fill out paperwork. Now that I've seen you this is your last day here, so kiss its ass goodbye."

Angry boiled inside you as you poked at the giant's chest, seeming to get his attention. "Look here, sir. I maybe small, but I am tough on the inside than I look on the outside, so you be quiet and accept me into your squad!"

He narrowed his eyes, baring down into your soul. "Is that so? What makes you think you can prove it?"

A smirk came over your face. "I just stopped you with my finger didn't I? Not very many people can get your attention like that and yet I did, so it makes you wonder how I really did it, well it's because I'm a strong willed person and-"

"And one that talks too much. You're not strong enough to fight... but you sure do like to talk. If I let you stay here will you shut the hell up?"

Your eyes shinned as you smiled and grabbed onto his captain's coat, something no one should do but you could care less. "Really?! You mean I got the job?! What an honor!"

"You're first job is too finish all the paperwork I have. It's in the desk in the drawer that has a lot of dust coming out of it."

"Yes sir!" You rushed into the office and opened up the file, as a lot dust did come out of it. You coughed and waved the dust out of your lungs and looked down. There was a lot of paperwork too be done... but nothing was going to get in your way!

By the time Kenpachi was finished with his mission for the day he came back to the office and was taken by shock. All the paperwork never did the past few years were done... and only in six hours...? Well that's what he thought was the time you did all that. You were passed out on his desk, snoring loudly away.

He chuckled to himself and looked over the paperwork. "Maybe this girl isn't so bad. Not much strength sure, but one hell of a strong willpower."

"YAY!" Yachiru yelled and go off Kenpachi's shoulder. "Finally! One girl in this squad! You have no idea how long I've been waiting for this, Kenny!"

He smiled and shrugged off his captain's coat and draped it over you, shutting off the light to let you sleep. "So have I. Tomorrow morning I'm going to teach her how to battle right."

Yachiru smiled at your sleeping body before hopping onto Kenny's back, knowing she was going to make a new friend soon and was sure joyful of that, along with Kenny as he finally had a girl sparring partner.
