"Sapphire" Enma Diamond spoke, his voice strong and demanding

"Yes my diamond?" Frostina asked, keeping her manners in check

Enma Diamond was the highest rank of all to gems,even higher than Zanzel Diamond and Mystica Diamond combine. His gem was located in his forehead, the glimmering red jewel. His skin a ruby red tone, his robes a scarlet red with golden edges. His eyes a full golden color that held a fierce stare.

At the moment,two rebels threaten to overthrow the yo gem authority,the diamonds held. To prevent it,Enma Diamond called his sapphire to foretell the rebel plans,so they could be stopped once and for all.

"Tell me of those traitors plans" he ordered,slowly losing his calm attitude

"The rebels shall attack exactly 10 minutes from now,they will defeat three gems including !yself. Then once all the commotion is all clear,the rebels will be captured" she told her diamond,noticing his mood changing

"Exactly,what I wanted to hear" he grinned. "Now leave,I have two rebels to catch"

'Yes,my diamond. I look forward to seeing you when I reform back on homeworld" she bowed before leaving his presence

Outside her ruby guard was waiting for her,eager to see her again

"How was the hearing?" He asked, not wasting a second to speak with her

" It went well. Today the rebels will be captured and we will leave this planet" she couldn't tell him,that in mere minutes,she would be reduce to gem form

"That's great!" He smiled, oh how she would miss that beautiful smile of his

"Ruby,I-" A loud crash interrupted her speech

"Enma Diamond!! You're rain on this planet ends now! For we are the Blossoming Yo gems!" The traitor Camellia Quartz and her Pearlnyan appeared before the court of Enma Diamond

" It's the rebels! Attack them in the name of the honorable Enma Diamond! " The subjects of their diamond charged at Camellia Quartz and Pearlnyan

Pearlnyan immediately took out one of Emma's trusted Lapis Mermother,then bubbled the gem to keep it from reforming. Camellia mere gaze poofed Cinnbar Chimera as he tried to shatter her.

Blazion tried to fend off Pearlnyan, his fists clashed with her spear,but she has the upper hand in combat and he was thrown aside. Frostina was all that stood in the way now,and she couldn't fight a pearl of that caliber. Blazing watched,his legs weakened from Pearnyan spear strikes,but he had to protect his sapphire. Pearlman was only a paw away from the killer blow to her gem.

"You did your best,Blazion. I'm glad that I met you but gate has spoken" Frostina was already to accept her demise

Frostina may be able to accept fate,but Blazion, Blazion could not!

"Noooo!!" He yelled, pushing Frostina out of the blade path of his delicate snow princess

I'm that moment,Blazion and Frostina bodies flowed and merged,the garnet eyes lion was born that moment. Though it was not a perfect fusion,it saves both from death.

All the gems in the court were shocked,throughout history there has never been a ruby and sapphire fusion. Pearlnyan was about to strike the fusion when Camellia stopped her.

"No this is" she couldn't finish for the gems began to surround them.

The rebels were forced to flee the scene,leaving the fusion to be left alone with the court of judgemental gems. The shock was enough to a separate the ruby and sapphire,both fearful of their diamond reaction.

"Frostina,why has your vision not foretold this outcome?" Enma voice boomed, anger in his eyes, those eyes locked into Frostina

" This was not in my vision,I'm so sorry my diamond" Frostina was still confused on how Blazion could do easily change fate,and now she was a defect upon her diamond eyes.

"Wait! My diamond,I failed by fusing with this sapphire. I am the one who deserves the blame" Blazion immediately jumped on front of his sapphire,willing to take any punishment if it meant no harm came upon her fragile body.

"Yes,for fusing with a rare aristocratic gem, you will be shattered!" Emma declare, sending his guards to retrieved and shatter the incompetent ruby before him

Frostina gasped,the ruby who was so close to her was about to be shattered. She knew he was terrified of being shatter,but was willing to sacrifice himself for her sake. Why? Why would he take her punishment,his gem would be reduced to tiny shards like a glass share splitting into thousands of pieces. And no matter how hard you try,they can not ever be out back together. She could not let this happen,she was not going to lose him!

"Come on!" She grabbed Blazion's hand, then ran at lightning speed to the edge of the court,the floated down to earth.

"Wait no!" Blazion protested, but do nothing till they reach the planet below,Earth

As they descended,the sky grew darker,thunder roared,the wind blew furiously as if it was telling at the trees. The two gems soon landed on the ground,Frostina placed Blazion down gently before her own legs landed on the ground.

"Are you ok?!" she asked,reaching out to him

"Why did you do that?!" He panicked, pacing to himself,his eyes were crazed with terror for what homeworld would do to them

"They were going to shatter you" she tried to call herself,knowing stress would only add to her worried

"There's a million of me!" Blazion yelled back, panic rushing through his being.

"But you're the only ruby I love!" She yelled back, freezing herself in the process

Rain soon fell at their outbursts towards each other. Blazion quickly freed Frostina from her ice,then carried her bridal style to shelter from the weather. He soon found a cave,then carefully place his sapphire down.

"Thank you" Frostina moved her hair her face revealing her dark eyes that glitter like the stars in the night sky

Blazion blushed into her eyes,his body heating up at the mere beauty of them. His body was so hot that he created a small fire under his feet.

Frostina sat close to the fire,holding her hands up to the warm them. Her gem revealed in her right palm. She smiled near the warmth of Blazion's fire.

Blazion gazed at her,then his eyes upon his out gem in his right palm. What was going to happening to them? If they went back,Enma would surely shatter them,so they had no choice but to stay on earth. To remain hidden,but he would be do anything to keep her safe.

"I seen to gems fuse before but never....I never knew you disappear like that" Frostina looked down

"It's never like that! Whenever I fuse,it's just been me. I..I never felt cold before" he looked down,sighing

"I never felt warm before,it was nice" she smiled,blushed slightly

"Yeah"Blazion chuckled,blushing to himself

The two spent the next day exploring the earth,they were simply amazed by what the planet had to offer. The tiny winged creatures,the delicate,sweet aromatic plants,and the large star in the sky that beamed down upon their gems. Blazion was glad his lovely sapphire was already enjoying life on the planet though if not for him,she would not have become a traitor.

" Frostina,I'm so sorry" he spoke unable to look her in her adorable eyes

"No,no don't be" Frostina smiled,not a trace of sadness or anger on her face or eyes

"But now you'll never be able to re turn to homeworld ! You're a rare aristocratic gem and you gave it all up! You have it all up,just to be with a ruby. A useless ruby who couldn't save you" he scream,frustrated with himself

"Oh Blazion,.... I was saved by you, Pearlnyan wouls have shattered me if it hadn't been for you. Another thing, you are anything but useless,you are a brave hearted knight that can truly understand a gem like me. Ruby,I rather be shattered,if I were to be parted from you and the person we made together" she hugged him,embracing him with all her affection.

Blazion tried tears of joy as he return the hug,his gem glew. Frostina 's glew in response,then their bodies merged once again

The garnet eyed lion yo gem was back. They were someone and they didn't know who. Bit by bit,they were getting the hang of their form,until they fell.

The fusion growled in frustration,holding their head in pain. Then a spear was put towards mere inches from her chest. It was the very same Pearlnyan, the one who served under Camellia Quartz.

"It's you" she spoke,recognizing the fusion immediately

"Don't hurt her! Don't hurt me?" The Blazion part of the fusion spoke, still overprotective of Frostina,but Frostina and him were now the same person,so how should he protect her?

"We didn't mean to fuse. Ok, we did this time,bit.. We'll un fuse, we'll... " Frostina spoke unable to see a future that would help be more convincing to this pearl

"No please,I like you to stay" Camellia Quartz stepped out of the shadows,happy to meet the fusion again

"I don't upset you?" The fusion asked

" Who cares what I think" she giggled then spoke again. "All that matters is what you feel"

What did the fusion fee about themselves?

"I feel confused and scared. How was Blazion able to change fate? Why was Frostina willing to accept her new life on earth so quickly?" The fusion asked their questions

" Stop. Don't ever question this,you are the answer" Camellia helped the fusion up and have them a welcoming smile.

The answer was love. The emibodment of both Frostina 's and Blazion's love . The fusion called Flame Froze, the had met eyes lion
