Description:

"This grumpy tiger is Sultan. He takes things so seriously but he is a great chi master and an awesome sword fighter. He's also my uncle!"

Sultan is Kuneychi's uncle and the younger brother of Lâohǔ. One of the orginal team members and second in command, Sultan is skilled and is determine to find all the pieces of the Amulet and keep an eye on Kuneychi.

Backstory:

Sultan Yínshēn and his older brother Lâohǔ were orphaned cubs from Shanghua. They broke in a house that they thought had information on the Amulet of Magic. An item that the two were looking for. Both were caught and tooked in by Professor Pájaro, a reasearcher. From the very beginning, the two brothers set out to find the legendary Amulet of Magic. Along the way, they made new friends who joined their team as well as becoming part of their family.

When they found it, and were about to discover its powers, one of their own, Hops, betrayed the team to take it for himself and in the process was shattered in pieces, scattering around Magicae. At some point, Sultan's brother started a family with one of their friends, Yín hú, and had a daughter name Kuneychi, making Sultan her uncle.

Currently, Sultan starts a new mission to find the missing pieces. This time with his rambunctious niece as he helps her in her training as junior leader.

Appearance:

Sultan is a bengal tiger with golden yellow eyes. He has a marking on his forehead that is shaped like a fireball

He wears a black pirate hat, a white long sleeve shirt with a red qipao vest that has golden stripes on it. There is a black sash with a yellow string around with blue beads and a quartz lotus shape gem on the front. Sultan wears brown pants with, dark brown boots some gray and yellow stripes, and a black pirate hat with a blue fabric around it.

Personality:

Sultan is serious and calm but he is also kind and caring, especially with his family. He doesn't take too well with anyone fooling around or goofing off. Being second in command, he leads the team with no nonsense and is direct.

He gets angry, and easily annoyed when someone does something behind his back or makes fun of him, making him easily short tempered and fustrated. Sultan can actually be gentle and caring. He also has a sense of humor.

As a cub and teen, Sultan use to have been more reckless, stubborn, much more short tempered and hot headed. His previous behavior mirrors Kuneychi's, something which concerns him. At times, Sultan is ashamed of his younger self and sees a bit of himself in his niece which he tries to prevent to assure she avoids the same mistakes and regrets that he had.

Swordfighting: Sultan is a very skilled swordfighter

Martial arts: he skilled in martial arts as well as close combat

Chi energy - like his brother, sister in law and niece, he can summon his chi energy and use it to aid him when needed

Feline senses and agility: like any other cat, Sultan has senses of a tiger and greater agility and flexibility

Trivia:

-Sultan was one of the original team members and he and Lâohǔ were the ones who started the adventure. Actually, they were both the founders of the team

- Tigers symbolizes willpower, courage, and personal strength

- Sultan is the second tiger shown in the series the others including Kuneychi (half tiger), Lâohǔ and Taika

- Apparently, there's a little interesting story about how Sultan got his pirate hat which he collected as a cub

- his chi energy is orange and resembles fire

- despite Kuneychi being the next team leader, she isn't the official leader and can't make any official decisions without her uncle's or dad's approval. He's responsible for her
