12 years have passed since the day I unlocked my Sacred Gear "The Flames of Malicus", funny thing apparently my gear has no set balance breaker for each wielder it is different and mine is 'very' different but I'll talk about it another time.

Ever since I turned 18 I have graduated from what was basically exorcist school, for the past four years I have been hunting, exorcising and killing every stray devil, vampires and many more mythical creatures. I have gained a title from the supernatural world being renowned as one the only humans to be wary of due to my feats of killing supernatural criminal ranking near ultimate class, though that can be thanks to the holy flames of Malicus healing me of all injuries I would sustain while burning my enemies to ashes. A feature that my sacred gear had is that I could create any type of fire I wanted was long as I had the mana and stamina for it, I only learned of this after one year of taking assignments during a mission. To say the least I have quite the collection of flames.

Now back to the title I've earned to say the least it some me up quite a lot, I was known by the supernatural as "The Lord of Fire..."

I sad to say that during my time here in the church I did nothing to help Asia when she was exiled for healing the younger brother of Ajuka Beelzebub, but I did do a list for every nun that was exiled that is now in his peerage for the event that would be happening soon.

My sister Xenovia has evolved from the cute baby sister to the stoic little sister, oh how it hurts my soul to see my cute imouto has turned into a brute thinking big swords are more powerful than normal swords. I mean just why...?(T-T) I've been helping her training to stop that kind've mind set. Hell even mom did and she still continued with the stoic attitude, oh yeah I noticed when I was 15 that mom had more holy energy being emitted by her meaning she was turned into an angel. So to show that I was ignorant to her being an angel now I kept telling mom for that entire year that she felt like an angel and oh all the weird explanation she gave me to throw me off the scent was hilarious. 

I think she did it to avoid me bragging to other kids that my mom was an angel and have a higher social status but I remember to not be cocky

Another thing I learned in these past few years is that my name is the same name for the angel of water so member of the church find it funny that my sacred gear deals with fire.

So currently I am at the orphanage near the church playing with the orphans and giving them my old toys, another thing I do for them is that I pretend to be Saint Nicholas during December bring them food and gifts to make their life better.

Suddenly I heard rapid footsteps causing me to put down the child down as I looked to the gate of the orphanage, what greeted me was a low ranking exorcist who was panting before he caught his breath and talked .

"S-s-s-s-sir! You've been summoned by Micheal" said the exorcist leaving out the angel part to prevent the knowledge of angels existing from humanity. My eyes widened as I was never summoned by an angel especially one of the seraphs.

"Sorry kids but I gotta go, work is calling me." I said as I stood up from the ground getting "aw" from the kids as I proceeded to walk away at a brisk pace to the Vatican church.

I arrived within 10 minutes before heading to the alter where the angels of heaven usually contact the higher members of the church if a new mission or assignments were needed to be given. 

My footsteps echoed across the hallway as church members, exorcist and exorcists in training got out of my way as I stormed pass them with a serious look on my face. I continued walking till two guards by the door of the chamber spotted me walking towards them. They immediately with worried faces opened the door to the alter, the moment I entered the alter the doors were closed with a heavy thud.

The first thing I saw in the alter was three people Micheal who I recognised by the manga, my mother Griselda Quartra and...

*bump-bump*

A woman with golden blond hair and golden eyes, she stood what seem to be an inch taller than me(5'7 is my height). She had the perfect womanly hourglass figure, she what could be described as a goddess.

After a second I got my bearings again and referred to what could be the problem at hand...

My mother embarrassing me.

"Sachiel come give your mother a hug." she said as she walked to me with her arms wide open. Despite all these years she has not shown an inch of personality that she was renowned for in the original canon and it creeps me out sometimes.

"Mother please be professional were in front of two seraphs." I said to her losing the serious look on my face. Gesturing to the 2 seraphs patiently waiting for us, though they do seem to be amused at us since I was lightly blushing on my cheeks as I was trying to avoid being embarrassed by my mother.

Suddenly arms wrapped around me and squeezed... hard.

"I am your mother young man don't deny your mother love." Said Griselda as she was squeezing the life out of me.

"Please....Mother- ack I need to breeeaath!" I said as I struggling to get out of her grasp.

'Why does she have the strength of a gorilla?' was the only thought going through my head until we heard laughing and giggling from the two seraphs.

"Its nice to see a reunion between mother and son but we have more important manners to speak of." said Micheal in an apologetic tone. At this we let go of each other before my mother went to stand next Gabriel.

"To begin with Irina Shidou and Xenovia Quartra were successful in retrieving the missing excalibur pieces from the hands of Kokabiel in Kuoh, Japan. The unfortunate thing that I have to tell you Sachiel is that your sister Xenovia has been excommunicated from the church." When he said that I had to show I had no pre knowledge of this and thus put my hand on my face and let out a sigh.

"What did she do?" I questioned Michael. When I asked that everyone was quite shocked I wasn't showing more emotion. After a minute Michael gave me answer.

"She was exposed to the truth about God's death by Kokabiel and went on to question the church council." answered Michael it was a hidden fact that if you climbed up the ranks of the church you would be told about God's death.

"Sigh... Why my stupid idiotic sister would you do that?" I questioned the actions of my sister in a tired tone.

The seraphs and my mother gave me a minute to control my emotions before Michael continued talking.

"What I am about to talk about now is your assignment Sachiel." said Michael to clarify with me, I nodded to him to continue.

"Within a weeks time there will be meeting between the leaders of the devils, angels and fallen angels to talk about the event that had occurred in Kuoh and possible to finally have peace between the three factions. I want you Sachiel to accompany me there for the meeting to act as my bodyguard." He explained to me, I was shocked to be honest I didn't think that seraph the angel currently ruling in gods place wanted me to be his bodyguard.

"I accept this assignment." I answered the awaiting Seraph.

"Good you have a flight this evening to Japan you have a week to get familiar with the land of Kuoh." he said to me before slightly bowing and vanished in a flash of light.

I was about to leave before my mother coughed gaining my attention to be directed to her and Gabriel.

"Is there something you need?" I asked in a polite tone to the beautiful seraph and my mother.

"Yes I do, for the past 12 years angels have been researching for a way to replicate the devils peerage system and we have manage to form a system but it only works for seraph class angels your mother was one of the first to be revived as angle." she explained while my mother showed me her 5 pairs of wings. They awaited for my shocked expression that my mother was an angel but what they got instead was...

"I KNEW IT!!" I shouted out loud surprising them both

"What do you mean son?" my Griselda questioned me.

"The sudden increase in holy aura I sense when I was 15! And all those times when you were hesitant to answer and gave me a reason such as make up!" I shouted as I pointed at her with wide eyes and a wide smile.

"Well yes that the reason." said Gabriel trying not to giggle at my mom and I.

"But I the reason I'm telling you this is because I want to revive you into my deck." explained Gabriel. This caused me to be shocked as she asked me to be part of her group.

"So will you join me...?" She asked me with a smile.
