Gar yanked open the coffin and gently pulled Blaze out. He kneeled on the ground, holding her face.

"Blaze wake up! I don't know how much time I have before you dissapear." Gar said, shaking her.

Blaze opened her eyes, staring up at him in confusion. When their eyes met, Gar fell silent.

"Gar? Did it work?" Blaze asked, looking around. He grabbed her hand and made her look at him.

"I've missed you Blaze. I kept my promise, I freed you. I have set up everything so that you can find me." Gar said. Blaze blinked at him, her eyes wide. Gar leaned down and pressed his lips against hers one last time. Blaze blinked, but slowly wrapped her arms around him.

Blaze smiled as she started to fade away, out of Gar's arms. He watched her leave sadly, feeling his memories of her drift slowly away, glad that atleast that was the last thing he would know of her, even if he wouldn't remember later.
