Chinese Visitor's Party

O'Shay wanted to go with a Chinese theme that would pay homage to the visitors coming to the palace, so she came up with this:

Venue

She would love to start the event with a nice social tea that way guest could mingle before the meal and other activities begin

After the tea, she would plan for the light luncheon time where royals and Selected would socialize more with each other

After the luncheon, O'Shay would plan for some nice entertainment for her guest, so she would love to have a painting session time where she would show the guests some of her speed painting skills and maybe do some caricatures

Once her presentation is done, she would like to move onto commencing the formal ball. This would be her outfit for the event:

Once everyone's appetites would re-emerge after the dance, she would want to start dinner. She wants to make sure there's enough food for everyone

If it could be possible, O'Shay would love to put on a firework show for their guest since fireworks did originate in China

During the fireworks show, there would be a cherry blossom themed dessert bar for everyone to enjoy (her favorite part of the night)

At the end of the night, O'Shay would love it if the guest would take a party favor bag home to remember the day by
