Blanket pov

I was going to visit my cousin's, aunt's,  uncle's, grandpa and grandma's cook out. Kelly was excited as I am and when we arrived, she was being shy around some of the family members she never met.

"Kelly, this is our cousin Royal." I introduce her to him as she hid her face in my neck. "Hi." She said in a shy tone.

"Awww. Bigi sure adopted a sweet baby girl." Royal compliment as Kelly giggled.

"Kelly, sweetie? Want to go play with the rest of your cousins around your age?" I asked her as she nodded.

"Yes daddy." I put her down as she ran off to go join the other kids.

Man, she is growing everyday and I'm afraid to lose her. I better enjoy this while it last.

"Bigi!" Paris called me to fix me a plate of food that uncle Jackie made.

I made my plate and I went to go ask Kelly if she was hungry.

"Kelly? Are you hungry?" I asked her and she nodded.

She pointed me which food she want on her plate and the type of drink. We've sat on the porch as I was talking with Omer.

"Hey Kelly." He cooed as he tickled her that she laughed.

"K, eat your food so no flies won't lay they're eggs to make more." I said as she scrunch up her cute face and started to eat.

"Wow Bigi, you got her to eat without arguing." Omer joked.

"I'm not trying to be wasteful for all the hard work uncle Jackie did." I said as he laughed.
