"Y-yeah. I'm fine. Let's go home and eat the ice cream." I said smiling faintly. She smiled back and gave me an ice cream.

While we were walking and eating ice cream we cross paths we didn't expect we will see. It was Jungshim and that Knife guy.

My eyes widened and my body becomes tensed. I stopped walling making Areum stop too. I broke into cold sweat and Areum stood infront of me. She was saying something but I couldn't hear any of it. As if I was deaf.

Before she could look at what my eyes were staring at, I quickly grabbed her shoulders and forced her to face me.

She looked at me with worry before she could ask me I cutted her off. "Wanna go to the park?" I ask her faintly smiling.

She slowly nodded her head. "But are you sure you're okay?" She asked me again. "Yeah, I'm perfectly fine." I said smiling wide.

I pulled her with me towards the opposite direction leading us to a park. The wind suddenly blew creating a cold wind. I saw Areum shivering from the sudden cold.

I took off my hoodie and placed it on Areums body. "Yaaah! You'll get cold." She said while I was busy zipping the hoodie up. I smiled at her cute reaction and just pinched her cheek. "Why so cute?" She pouted and crossed her arms. "I am not cute, Jeon Jungkook." She said sternly. "Yes you are." I counter. Before she could say anything else I pecked her lips instantly shutting her up. "You're cute. End of story." I said and pulled her to the swing.

We sat on the swing while eating our ice creams. "So what do you want to tell me?" I suddenly stopped moving. "I told you, I'll tell you when we get home." I said nervousness painted in my tone.

"Okay then. Finish up your ice cream so that we can go home." She said throwing her now empty cup of ice cream. I slowed my pace to finish the ice cream. While eating I was thinking of how should I tell her. "Hurry up, it's so cold you might get sick." She said pulling me up. I threw my garbage at the trash and we started walking home.

"So mind telling me a hint on what you're gonna tell me." She said. I just chuckled bitterly. "Nope, you gotta wait. Besides, I think you're not gonna like it." I said, my smile slowly falling. Her smile started to become a frown. 

"I'll just tell you. Don't worry, it's up to you what you wanna do right after I tell you." I said holding her waist firmly. I kissed her head thinking it will be the last I will be able to hold her like this. "Jungkook, you're making me scared." She said chuckling lightly. "Don't be scared, in fact I'm the one who's scared to tell you." I said intertwining our fingers together. (GOSSH I'M LISTENING TO ONLY THEN BY JUNGKOOK WHILE WRITING THIS. IT'S MAKING ME CRI!)

=Time Skip=

We arrived in front of my house. I opened the door and immediately, Areum plops down to the couch. "So tell me now," She said. Her hands in top of her hands. I gulped nervously, I started to speak but no words were coming out. "Spill the beans Jeon Jungkook." She said while grinning wide showing her pearly whites.  

I gulped nervously before starting. "First off, I want to sincerely apologize. Really I do. Second, if I tell you this please just blame me." I started off. She didn't talk yet so I continued. "It's your choice if you want to hate me or not. But I lied. Sorry, Areum I lied about everything. I lied about having amnesia. I lied about not remembering you. I know you were being hurt because of me. Because of my stupidity and for lying about such a thing." My voice broke out. At this point, I saw Areum expressionless. I was afraid at what might happen.

"Please say something, anything. Curse at me, say something hateful, say something, anything." I said tears making its way out of my eyes. "Why'd you do it?" she asked looking at the ground anger almost evident in her tone. She looked up, her face clearly sad and angry.

"I don't know why I did it. I just want to start anew with you." I answered honestly. "And you didn't even think of what we will feel. What I might feel." Her voice becoming loud every word. "I was selfish, I know that. I just thought about being with you again without anything to be worried about." I whispered getting close to breaking down.

(Putting Only Then on loop so that I can feel the sad vibes hehehe.)

"I was so happy when you came back, but then Taehyung said you have amnesia then my world started to crash down on me." By this time I already hear quiet sobs coming from her. She suddenly stands up and grabs her bag from the table. 

"Where are you going?" I asked her. "Anywhere but here." She said. "It's already nighttime, it would be too dangerous. And I can't lose you again, not this time." My voice slowly breaking out. I walk over to her my height towering her. "Please don't leave." I said quiely not sure if she heard me or not. She walked passed me but suddenly stops her back facing me.

"Bye, Jungkook."

Sorry if this update took me long. Hehe School just started and it made my schedule more hectic. But I hope you like this chapter though.
