(no ones POV)

The fight between monsters continues near the docks of Vale, both you and Adam attacked each other with thirst for blood.

*SLASH*  

Adam tried to cut you with his sword, but the dark dust that was now in your skin proved to be more resistant than he expected since you were able to block his katana with two of your four arms. You tried to attack Adam with your claws but he jumped back, evading the attack. Taking advantage of the distance Adam began to shoot you with his pistol, but the bullets of his weapon bounced against your skin.

Adam(mind): How hard is his skin?!

You stabbed your four arms on the ground and it suddenly started to shake. Then, spikes began to come out on the ground very close to Adam. The leader of the white fang dodged the spikes that came out from ground, until they began to close his escape routes, forming a dome around him. Some slashes appeared on the walls of the dome and after a few seconds it collapsed. Adam came out of the rubble of the dome with few scratches on him.

Adam(mind): Even in that form he can use his semblance?! What the hell is he? Not only his skin is even harder now, but his wounds and stamina have also recovered. I hate to admit it, but Overhaul became something too dangerous for me to be able to deal with him alone.

You removed your hands from the ground, breaking a part of it. You looked at Adam with a sadistic look while making a gesture with your finger for him to get closer.

(y/n): Come on Adam, don't be shy. I just want to see your blood and tear out your organs one by one!

Meanwhile, Blake and the others watched in horror the change you suffered. Your friends wanted to help you, but they were unsure of how to do it. 

Blake: We must help (y/n)!

Blake was about to run and help you deal with Adam, but a big hand held her shoulder and prevented her from moving forward. Blake turned to see Rappa stopping her.

Blake: What are you doing?! (y/n) needs us! 

Rappa: Blake, it's too dangerous!

Hari: As long as (y/n) stays in that form he is a danger to everyone who is close to him. In that form (y/n) doesn't distinguish friend or enemy, only attacks everything that is close to him! And for once I'm thankful that we are not the ones who are close to him.

Blake: So this happened before? Then tell me how can we stop him.

Hari: We wait.

Blake: What?! 

Hari: The last time, (y/n) was able to recover his sanity because he ran out of energy. 

Blake: And how long does it take for (y/n) to run out of energy?

Rappa: It depends.

Blake: In what?

Hari: The last time, it took him three days to return to normality due to the continuous use of his semblance. Every time (y/n) uses his semblance on him, he is able to recover his lost energy and heal his wounds. You know what that means, right?

Blake: Oh no...

Back with you, the fight between Adam and you continued. Adam was constantly going backwards as he blocked the attacks of your claws with his sword. Adam tried to counterattack with a slash at your face, but you caught his sword with two of your hands. Then, you held Adam's neck in an iron grip with your other two arms and started to strangle him. Adam tried to break free from your grip by kicking you multiple times, but his escape attempts proved to be futile. You applied more strength to your grip around Adam's neck and you enjoyed the sound of oxygen coming out of his lungs. Just before you could apply more force and break Adam's neck, a flare hit your face and pushed you against some containers. Roman was running in the distance while escaping from Penny, Sun and Ruby. Roman helped Adam to get up while he shot the hunters in training with his cane to keep them at bay.

Roman: We have to get the fuck out of here! 

Adam: Let's go to my bullhead, now!

Roman and Adam were running to Adam's elite bullhead as they blocked and dodged the shots of the hunters in training and Hari. Once inside, Adam told the pilot to take off immediately and to forget those who had been left behind if he wanted to get out of there alive. The bullhead began to take off and fly away from the ground.

Rappa: They are escaping!

Hari: We have bigger problems here!

Suddenly, you came out of the rubble of the containers creating a block of giant stone underneath you, which lifted you above the ground. Once high enough, you jumped with incredible strength towards Adam's bullhead. Your jump was so strong that it broke part of the mountain top that you had created with your semblance.

Blake: What is he doing?

(y/n): There is no escape from me!

The speed of your jump was enough to get to the back of Adam's bullhead and stab your claws against the backgate. You applied strength to your grip and started to make a hole in the bullhead to enter. When you opened a hole in the backgate, you saw four people inside the ship. One of them was Adam and you wanted more than anything to put your hands on him and kill him. The other was Roman, who was scared to see that he had not yet escaped danger. Another person inside the ship was the pilot, who is not relevant to the plot. But you found it difficult to distinguish the fourth person. It was someone you had seen before, but you were not sure where. The person was a woman in a red dress, amber eyes and long black hair. Suddenly, the world began to disappear around you and the mysterious woman when you realized who it was.

(y/n): I know you...

Suddenly, a fireball appeared in the hand of the mysterious woman.

(y/n): Cinder-

The mysterious woman threw the fireball at you, sending you flying to the ocean near the docks while you shouted her name with a demonic voice.

(y/n): *Demonic voice* FAAAAAAALLLLL!!!

Once you got in contact with the ocean, the fireball that was pushing you exploded. The explosion was so strong that its shockwave broke the windows of many nearby buildings. Eri and Blake saw this and their faces became pale with fear.

Blake/Eri: (Y/N)!!!

(your POV)

My whole body hurts too much. The explosion caused me to recover my ability to reason, but also took my arms. Right now I'm unable to use my semblance and I have no strength left to try to swim out to the surface. I slowly sink to the bottom of the ocean as I look at the light of the sky on the surface and feel how slowly I start to run out of oxygen. I guess it's my time to die, huh? I guess this is a good way to pay for my sins and I can rest easy knowing that after today's events Ozpin will call more people to protect Eri. I look one last time at the light of the surface thinking that it is a peaceful way to go to the afterlife. I closed my eyes accepting my destiny. But suddenly, I heard the sound of something entering the water. I opened my eyes to see that Eri got into the water and was swimming as fast as she could towards me. 

Me(mind): Heh... baka...

By the time Eri was close to me, the darkness had already consumed me...

(no ones POV)

Eri got hold of your chest and tried to swim to the surface, but you turned out to be too heavy for her to get you out of the water. Even though Eri didn't have the strength to get you out of the water, she would not give up. Eri kept trying to get you out of the water. But suddenly, another pair of arms holding both Eri and you. Slowly, the two of you began to ascend towards the surface. Eri directed her gaze behind her and saw Blake holding the two of you. Between the two together, Blake and Eri, they managed to get you to the surface and take you near the docks. Once there, Hari and Rappa helped them and take you out of the water completely. Blake laid you on the ground and put your head in her lap. Hari checked your condition and he didn't like what he was seeing.

Hari: His ribs are broken, massive damage to the organs such as the lungs, because of his semblance his mask is attached to his face as if it were part of his skin... I'm sorry to say this but... (y/n) is not going to survive this.

Blake: N-No...

Sun, Penny and Ruby came to where everyone was gathered around you and saw Blake crying over your head and Eri crying over your chest. 

Sun: Oh no...

Eri: (y/n-n)... Please... *sniff* P-Please don't die.

When everything seemed lost, a light appeared on Eri's hands. The light was warm and somehow comforting. Everyone noticed this and they were shocked to see it. 

Hari: Eri, that's your-

Eri: I want my brother! PLEASE (Y/N), DON'T DIE!

A powerful blinding light surrounded Eri. The light was so bright that it temporarily blinded those who were nearby and illuminated the cloudy sky. The light slowly started to stop and once it faded everyone could finally remove the hands from their faces. After that, what everyone else saw surprised them completely and their jaws dropped to the ground. All your wounds were healed, your arms had returned to their place as if they had grown back and you were breathing back. After seeing this miracle, everyone looked at Eri, who was unconscious while resting on your chest. 

Blake: H-How?

Hari: That's Eri's semblance, rewind. Thanks to her semblance, Eri is able to rewind the things she comes in contact with. Her semblance is very powerful. 

Rappa: There was a time she brought a puppy back to life that she found on the street. 

Ruby: It's like a miracle.

Hari: It is also dangerous. If Eri went too far using her semblance, she would be able to return a human being to the point where it was just a couple of sexual cells. In other words, to the point where the human being still didn't exist.

Sun: Well... what now?

(time skip)(Your POV)

*Tic**Tac**Tic**Tac*

Me(mind): W-Wha?

I slowly opened my eyes, there was no more darkness around me. I started to inspect the place where I am now. It was a white room that have many x-rays on the wall, along with a nightstand full of medicines. After seeing that I realized that I was in a hospital or a infirmary. On the nightstand, there was the fragment of dark dust that I had previously used. The fragment was once again inside a glass tube. I tried to get up to know what was happening and find out the reason why I'm still alive, but I felt some weight in my stomach that prevented me from getting up. I looked down and saw Blake sleeping on my stomach.

Me(mind): Thank god she is safe too.

Looking at the peaceful face of Blake sleeping brings me peace and joy. Looking at her head, I can't help but move my hand towards her cat ears and rub them between my fingers. Although her cat ears were hidden by her bow, I can still caress them easily.

Me(mind): Soft...

I continued rubbing her cat ears between my fingers and suddenly I got a happy purr in response to my actions. After hearing that, for some reason, the temperature of the room increased. I look back at Blake and saw that she was waking up. Once she got up and stretched, she saw me awake.

Blake: Oh, hi (y/n).

...

...

...

Blake: (Y/N)?!!

As soon as Blake realized that I had woken up, she jumped on me and hugged me with all her strength, as if her life depended on it. I could feel that Blake was afraid that the moment she let me go I could disappear.

Blake: You are an idiot!!!

Me: Blake...

Blake: I thought I had lost you! If it weren't because Eri saved you, I do not know... I...

I started to feel my chest getting wet and the grip of Blake weakening a bit.

Blake: (y/n)... I don't want to lost you again.

Me: I'm... I'm sorry. 

Blake stopped hugging me and suddenly she took off my mask, which for some reason, someone had left my mask on. But Blake's actions were intriguing me. Why remove my mask? Before I could ask myself something else, she looked me in the eyes and began to cut the distance between us.

Me: Blake? What are you-

Before I could finish what I was going to say, Blake connected her lips with mine. I was completely surprised with this and I didn't know how to respond. This is a completely new experience for me, I had never had time to think about a relationship. In fact, this is my first kiss. Something inside of me began to grow, it was a warm and gentle sensation in my chest. I closed my eyes and started to return the kiss to Blake. I put one of my hands around her waist and the other on the back of her head to keep her close. I felt one of Blake's hands on my cheek and the other on my neck. I could no longer feel the world around us but I honestly didn't care. The only thing that mattered to me now was being next to Blake for the rest of eternity. I do not know how long we continued kissing and I didn't care either. Unfortunately, the need for oxygen forced us to separate. When we parted, Blake and I stared into each other's eyes, those beautiful amber eyes. Both Blake and I were red as tomatoes.

Blake: (y/n), I-I love you. When we were children, I didn't have the opportunity to tell you because you disappeared. When I recognized you, I was afraid you would not feel the same for me. But I needed to get these feelings out of my chest. After what happened yesterday, I felt that I would lose you again... Can I know if you feel the same as me?

Me: Blake... In my whole life I never had the opportunity to love someone... Right now, I feel a warm sensation that brings joy to my heart. Since we meet once again, that feeling grew more and more. I do not know if that's what you call love. But... There is nothing that makes me feel happier than being by your side. I love you too, Blake.

Blake and I kissed one more time, it was not as long as the previous kiss, but it brought me as much joy as the first. When we parted, an idea occurred to me to have some fun with Blake.

Me: Blake?

Blake: Yes, (y/n)?

Me: Can you do me a favor?

Blake: Anything. Tell me, what do you need?

Me: Can you do that little dance with the song you did when we were kids?

Blake's face blushed as she remembered what I was talking about.

Blake: *Blushing* N-No!

Me: Pretty pleeeaase?

Blake: *sigh* Fine! But if you tell someone, I'm going to hurt you.

Blake got up and she walked until she was in front of the bed. She got into position and her face was flushed in embarrassment.

A giant arrow with the word "cute!" stabbed my chest and I could not help but blush at seeing something so adorable. I slowly started to laugh softly and Blake got angry when she saw this.

Blake: D-Don't laugh!

Me: *chuckle* Look behind you.

Blake slowly turned around and a mixture of shock and embarrassment appeared on her face. Professor Ozpin was standing in the door of the infirmary behind her and he had seen everything.

Blake: P-Professor Ozpin?!

Ozpin: Well, that was cute. But I'm sorry to inform that I need to talk to Mr. (l/n) in private.

Blake: But-

Me: It's okay, Blake. I'm not going to move from here in a couple of hours, you can come back later.

Blake: Okay. But you better be here when I come back!

Blake opened the door of the infirmary and she left. Ozpin walked towards me and took one of the nursing chairs to sit near me. 

Ozpin: Tell me, Mr. (l/n). Did Eri awakened her maiden powers?

Me: Yeah, she did. Her rage awakens her powers momentarily. Fortunately for me and everyone else, she could not use them completely because of the lack of concentration.

Ozpin: Do you Remember what I told you before? While we were flying towards Vale. 

Me: Yes.

Ozpin: I told you that when she awoke her powers, we would have to start training her and we would tell you the reason why we want to protect her.

Me: Why don't you tell me now?

Ozpin: After what happened today I think you deserve a break. For today take your time, the next time we talk, I'll tell you everything you need to know.

Everything I need to know, huh? What does that mean?
