Gap
Blaine goes to Dalton Academy. Blaine and Kurt have been dating for 2 months and the New Directions don't know.
-_-_-
"Okay, guys keep an eye out for any good uniforms that we could wear for sectionals." Mr. Schu clapped his hands as his glee club stood in front of him at the shopping mall.
"Ooh! Let's try Gap!" Puck cried before barging past Mr. Schu and running into the Gap behind him.
"I guess we're trying Gap." Mr. Schu shrugged as a few more members strolled casually into the store.
"Okay, maybe something red." Rachel held up a plain red t-shirt.
"Or look at these blue dresses, they are amazing." Mercedes turned the corner holding a blue dress, "What do you think, Kurt."
"Well, the red shirts kind of remind me of the first song we sang that actually went well; 'Don't Stop Believing' but the blue dresses are cute. Ugh I don't know." Kurt held both items of clothing in his hands.
"What about these then." Rachel shoved a jumper into Kurt's arms.
"We are not wearing some weird horse jumper Rachel." Kurt dropped the jumper as if it was burning him.
"It's a reindeer." Rachel huffed before hanging the jumper up.
"Found anything, girls. Oh and Kurt." Mr. Schu turned the corner with the rest of the New Directions behind him.
"I don't know, we really like these blue dresses but the re-" Mercedes was cut off as Kurt let out a frightened squeak, followed by a few laughs.
"Oh my god. What are you doing?" Kurt slapped the boy's head who scared him causing the raven haired boy to rub his head.
"We just saw you." An Asian guy shrugged.
"Yeah, I realised that." Kurt glared at him.
"Oh, Kurt. How I've missed your sarcasm." The boy on the left placed a hand over his heart.
"I didn't." The Asian boy tried keeping a straight face but burst into laughter when his three friends did.
"I did, I miss every bit of Kurt." A hazel eyed boy grinned.
"Yup, Blaine missed every part of you Kurt. Every part." The Asian boy snickered.
"You are so dirty minded." Blaine turned to his friend.
"Seconded." The boy to Blaine's left raised a hand.
"Anyway, what are you guys doing all the way down here in Lima?" Kurt frowned.
"Well, it was Blaine's idea." The Asian boy started.
"Wes." Blaine had an element of warning in his tone.
"And he suggested that we come to the gap down here," Wes completely ignored Blaine's trying to get him to stop, "and his reason was, and I quote; 'I want to go see Kurt.'"
The boy who the New Directions still hadn't found out the name of yet and Wes laughed as Blaine blushed a dark red.
"Aww did you miss me that much?" Kurt placed a hand over his heart, despite the fact that this made him want to pull Blaine into a deep, passionate kiss.
"I hate you." Blaine mumbled as he turned to walk away.
"Blaine." Kurt grabbed Blaine's hand to keep him still.
Once he had finished laughing he looked into Blaine's eyes, "Why didn't you want me to know?"
"B-because you might think I'm w-weird and not want to see me anymore." Blaine chose his words carefully so Kurt got the message that he thought his boyfriend might want to break up with him but the New Directions only thought that Kurt physically wouldn't want to lay eyes on Blaine again.
"Well that's stupid. Why would I not want to see you?" Kurt squeezed Blaine's hand, realising that he hadn't made the effort to move it.
"Because you might think I'm weird. Like I said." Blaine looked down at the floor.
"You're more than weird, Blaine." Kurt rolled his eyes as he heard his two Warbler friends snicker, "But that's what I love about you," Blaine's head shot up but Kurt hadn't noticed his slip, "because you're you, not anyone else. Even if you're weird."
"Love?" Blaine smirked.
"What?" Kurt tried to hide his blush as he realised where Blaine had got that from.
"Before, you said 'that's what I love about you.'" Blaine grinned.
"I meant it in a friend way." Kurt made sure to observe Blaine's reactions carefully, it was Blaine who didn't want anyone to know about their relationship but it was Blaine who was trying the least to hide it.
Blaine, wanting Kurt to know that he didn't mind telling people now, leaned forward and pressed his lips to Kurt's. Kurt automatically wrapped his arms around Blaine's neck and Blaine wrapped his arms around Kurt's waist, just like they always do. They were so lost in their loved filled kiss that they didn't hear the gasps of every one of Kurt's friends, plus Wes and David.
"Well, I love you in more than a friend way." Blaine cooed when he broke the kiss for need of oxygen and rested his forehead against Kurt's.
"Blaine, I thought you didn't want anyone to know." Kurt whispered, not quiet enough for everyone to hear though.
"I realised that I love you and I don't care who knows, as long as I have you, I'll be perfectly fine." Blaine grinned as Kurt pulled him back into a kiss.
"I gotta go know." Kurt muttered sadly, "But you're still coming to mine tomorrow, right?"
"Yup. Bye Kurt." Blaine pecked his lips before grinning as he realised what he could say now, "Love you."
"I love you too." Kurt grinned as he pressed a quick kiss to Blaine's lip in return.
"Bye." Blaine kissed his cheek before walking around the corner and into the bathroom to do his victory dance, Wes and David following behind him and questioning him on everything.
"Kurt?" Kurt slowly turned around as he heard Mercedes voice.
"I've decided that I think the blue dress looks the best, Mercedes." Kurt bit his lip as he tried to ignore the questioning looks he was getting from everyone.
"You've decided on the blue dress? Kurt, I don't care about the blue dress right now!" Mercedes threw her hands in the air.
"Oh, well if you prefer the red shirts that's ok, I won't be wearing them after all." Kurt tried avoiding the topic.
"Who was that boy, Kurt." Rachel jumped straight to the point.
"Blaine Anderson." Kurt sighed as he made sure to not make eye contact with anyone.
"And Blaine is your..." Mercedes trailed off, motioning with her hands for Kurt to complete the sentence.
"Boyfriend." The corner of Kurt's lips turned upward a bit at the term.
"And he's going to yours tomorrow?" Santana tilted her head.
"Yeah." Kurt answered slowly, wondering where she was going with this.
"We'll be there at 6:00." Santana clicked her fingers.
"What? No! No you are not threatening my boyfriend." Kurt glared at Santana.
"We just don't want you to get hurt." Quinn sighed.
"Whatever. I know how to protect myself." Kurt rolled his eyes, walking down the men's aisle, "Oh my god these shirts would work so well against the blue dresses don't you think?" Kurt came back around holding a male blue shirt.
This made everyone laugh, glad to have their normal cheerful Kurt back.
Yeah, so I didn't have to work very hard on my cover photo for this fic...
