Kurt and Blaine were dating for 6 months but then Kurt got into an accident and lost part of his memory. Kurt couldn't remember Blaine when he woke up from his coma and no one knew about their relationship so there was no one to tell him about Blaine. The accident was 3 years ago.

The New Directions caught up to Kurt as he walked down the halls of McKinley, being lead by his ears. Eventually they found the owner of the rich voice in the auditorium, playing a piano on the stage, his eyes squeezed shut.

Mercedes tried to stop Kurt as he stepped onto the stage and leant on the piano, a frown etched on his face.

Kurt clapped slowly, "Uh, do I-do I know you? You look kinda familiar."

"Umm. You-you used to." The teen's pained look suddenly turned hopeful again, "You recognise me?"

"Yeah. I think. I can't think where I know you from, obviously it was before my accident but..." Kurt trailed off, "Wait. B-Blaine?"

"Y-y-you? Me. Uh, yeah I'm Blaine." Blaine stuttered.

"Blaine!" Kurt grinned, "I remember you! I don't remember how I know you, but I remember you!"

"You remember him?" Rachel frowned as she took a step towards Kurt.

"I know! Weird, right?" Kurt's grin never faded as he turned to look at his old friend, "How do I know you? What was our relationship?"

"I-I, umm, it's a bit awkward to say." Blaine looked to the side.

"Oh, was there, like, anything we used to do a lot? That might jog my memory." Kurt nodded as if to emphasise this statement.

"Okay. There was one thing we used to do all the time." Blaine looked back to meet the blue eyes that had been haunting his dreams for 3 years.

"Okay. What was it?" Kurt tilted his head.

"Umm, maybe I could-could do it." Blaine nibbled on his lip.

"Sure. Go ahead." Kurt smiled encouragingly.

Suddenly there was a pair of soft lips on Kurt's. The chestnut haired boy gasped as realisation hit him like the truck had hit him that one night.

"Oh my god." Kurt touched his lips as the owner of those delicious lips stepped away, "I remember."

"Y-you remember?" Blaine smiled cautiously.

"Yes. Oh my god I remember everything!" Kurt exclaimed, "I remember the warblers, Dalton, K-Karofsky. You."

The New Directions sighed as Kurt turned to look at them.

"I remember you cheated on my brother." Kurt pointed to Quinn as she ducked her head, "I remember you got her knocked up." Kurt looked at Puck who smirked, "You had a crush on me during sophomore year." Kurt smiled slyly at Mercedes, "You won the competition when we sang 'Defying Gravity'." Kurt gestured to Rachel who lifted her head proudly, "You had a fake stammer." Kurt frowned at Tina who blushed, "You called Brittany stupid." Kurt glared at Artie, "You call me unicorn." Kurt patted Brittany's shoulder, "You have a really dirty mind." Kurt rolled his eyes at Santana, "You were-well you're poor." Kurt prodded Sam who flinched away, "You bullied me at one point but now you don't." Kurt nodded at Finn, "And you are obsessed with 'Journey'." Kurt smiled innocently at Mr. Schue.

"What about me?" Kurt spun around to look at a laughing Blaine.

"I remember our coffee dates, I remember Jeremiah, I remember that valentines thing we did at Breadstix, I remember singing 'Baby It's Cold Outside' with you," Blaine grinned fondly at the memory, "I remember having a massive crush on you, I remember your speech before you asked me to be your boyfriend, I remember performing 'Candles' with you. But most importantly; I remember loving you and you loving me back."

"I love you. I really do, so much." Blaine grinned as Kurt grabbed his face kissed him hard.

"I love you too. I'm so sorry for forgetting you." Kurt kissed Blaine's nose.

"You don't need to be sorry, it's not like you forgot me on purpose." Blaine looked up at his boyfriend through his eyelashes.

"I can't believe this. You reminded me of everything. You. Just one person. How is that possible?" Kurt shook his head, grinning widely.

"Because love always wins, baby." Blaine smirked.

"That's another thing I remember about you." Kurt rolled his eyes.

"What?" Blaine smiled.

"You're middle name should just be Dapper." Kurt kissed his boyfriend's head.

"Blaine Dapper Anderson. I love it." Blaine kissed Kurt's head back.

"Ok this is so cute." Tina choked out as a tear rolled down her cheeks.

"Mhmm." Rachel nodded in agreement, for once lost for words.

"Why'd you never tell us, boo?" Mercedes wiped her watery eyes.

"I don't know, I guess we just didn't think we were ready yet." Kurt chuckled at the girls who were all either crying or close to crying.

"Anyway, we have a lot of catching up to do. Come on, Blaine." Kurt grabbed the hazel eyed boy's hand and stepped off the stage.

"Get some, Hummel!" Puck cried after Kurt.
