About three or four years ago, when I first discovered the popularity of manga and anime, I swore it off.

"I will never be sucked into that," I said.

"I'll never read manga," I said.

"Thanks, have a nice day," I said to the cashier after I bought Tokyo Ghoul.

I don't know why, but I made the decision over the last few days that I would see what all the hype for manga/anime was about. 

Oh my gosh am I glad that I did.

I legitimately am having issues with putting it down.

I never thought that it'd be this good.

Now when people ask me what my favorite anime or manga is, I'll be able to proudly say that I have a favorite(Even if it's the only one I've read so far.)

No longer will I grovel for mercy from the people that read manga and watch anime!

No longer will I have to preface my every comment about it with "Please don't kill me!"

No longer will my friends that are in on the trend question my sanity!

Because I, Morìen/Nyds/Hersh/FandomsUnite1472, have purchased manga.

I'm so proud of myself lol.
