Blades: (light, fire) Blade Trainees are usually quick with a blade and are reckless. Fearless even, but Blades are still smart and kind. Blades usually pair up with Hilts.

Strikers: (nature, rock) Striker Trainees are usually very very fast and agile, they make great spys and are cautious. They like to pair up with Blades.

Deviners: (water, air) Deviner Trainees are very smart and strategic, they're usually quiet and kind. Deviners like pairing up with Strikers.

Hilts: (none) Hilt Trainees are basically the operation behind the curtains. They work without many knowing, like secret agents. They pair up usually with Deviners.

Elites: (none) graduates, some graduates like to come back as a Jr. Instructor and like helping to train the others.
