Last day woohoo! It's now Friday and everyone's getting ready to face the last day of hell, um I mean school.

Me and Gray have been avoiding each other since the near kiss and Natsu is still suspicious which really doesn't help. After breaking down in tears and falling asleep he carried me back to my room and hasn't mentioned it since, in fact he's avoiding me too so that's great.

Pushing my boy problems aside I quickly got dressed and brushed my hair.

I grabbed my bag and me and Erza headed out.

"Lucy why are you sad?" Erza asked me. I was confused at first but then realised I was frowning this whole time.

"I'm, I'm not just wandering what I'll do in Christmas break." I lied, well to be honest it wasn't a lie. I have no idea where to go or what to do in Christmas.

"Why not just go home?" She asked confused.

Dammit I need to think about what I say soon everyone's going to find out everything.

"Oh um well I would go see my dad but he has a super important meeting in Barcelona." This is true but that's only for a week and not actual Christmas Day.

"Oh.. Well your always welcome at our house." She said while smiling warmly and I just nodded with a smile.

~*~ 2nd Period ~*~

We were in English and I hadn't listened to one thing. I can't get the two idiots out of my head!

The teacher said something that I didn't acknowledge and everyone started getting up so I stood up not knowing what to do.

"I will read the groups out now." Dammit a group project and I didn't even listen what it's about. Hopefully I'm with levy.

"Levy, Bisca, Gajeel." Dammit.

"Evergreen, Elfman, Lisanna."

"Sting, Yukino, rouge."

"Erza, Juvia," Ever since my near kiss with Gray I've felt so guilty and have barley spoken to Juvia ",and Mira."

"Bickslow, Freed, Laxus."

Everyone was in there groups and I looked around only to see Natsu, Gray and I standing. NO! This can't be happening!

"And finally Natsu, Gray and Lucy, projects will be due 2nd week back."

We all awkwardly looked at each other but as soon as me and Gray made eye contact we both immediately looked away which made Natsu curios.

I slowly walked over to Natsu and so did Gray.

"So what is this project about I wasn't listening." I asked breaking the silence.

At first neither of them answered me until Gray finally spoke up.

"It's all about the English Civil War and the effects on the land and the future." He said quietly like he was talking to himself.

The bell rang and we all quickly left to our assigned seats to get our bags, that wasn't awkward at all.

~Lunch~

After 2nd period we had break then me and Levy had French, of course I didn't do anything but it was still hell. I haven't seen Gray or Natsu and people are starting to get suspicious about our relationships, we have basically been avoiding each other all week.

"Hey Lu-chan lets get lunch!" Levy yelled from her locker which is opposite mine.

"Sure!" I yelled back and we started walking to the canteen.

"So what's up with you and Natsu?" She asked.

"Oh nothing, were fine." I replied as calmly as I could and she let it drop thank god.

When we arrived at the canteen, we sat down as usual except the only available seat was next to Natsu and too make sure people don't suspect anything wrong i sit down next to him.

"Natsu! I'm serious!" Yelled Lisanna while laughing, now why did that annoy me so much?!

"So am I!" He replied laughing, dammit stop laughing?! Why is this effecting me?

"So I was wondering if you want to go to dinner.. ya know to make up for that coffee?" She asked him quietly and no one noticed except me. Why do I want to punch something?

Natsu seemed to be really excited but then started to think before replying "Sorry I can't, Luce and I are going on a date! Isn't that right Luce?" 

"Oh um yeah!" I replied with a smile while Natsu put his arm around me and my heart started beating fast and I felt warm inside. Wtf.

"Oh well don't let me stand in young loves way! You two are such a cute couple!" She squealed then turned to her older sister.

I looked at Natsu and he looked so broken, like he lost a small part of his hope. He really does love her , sigh. Why did I sigh! Not like I care! pff nah!

I had to leave early due to singing practise and as I was walking down the corridors I suddenly got pulled into an empty classroom with a hand over my mouth. What did I do? Well of course I bit it.

"Ahh what the hell Luce!" My abductor yelled.

I turned around to see Gray standing there holding his bitten hand.

"Well it was your fault for abducting me!" I replied.

He seemed amused at first but quickly his face turned morbid.

"Back to when we kissed...." He started.

"No! When we nearly kissed! We didn't make contact!" I quickly yelled. Gray looked at me with a confused expression.

"What do you mean we didn't kiss? You kissed me and I kissed back then Natsu came in...."

~Flashback to the 'kiss'~

I jumped on his bed and waved the money in the air where he couldn't reach it.

Next thing I know is I've been knocked onto the bed and Gray was straddling me. My face immediately went red and I let go of the money but he didn't move. We locked gazes and I saw an unrecognisable emotion in his eyes. Why is my heart fluttering like this.

I looked away trying to control my breathing.

"Gray don't" I said weakly. I looked back up at him and our faces slowly got closer and closer. I could feel his breaths fan my face. His lips were so close to mine. He moved closer till there was nearly no space left. 

We were so close till I finally closed the gap. He was motionless at first but then quickly kissed me back but it only lasted a couple seconds because the next thing I knew there was a knock at the door.

~End of Flashback~

"No! no no no no no! This can't be happening!" I yelled in distress. But!? Why did I not remember we kissed! How can you just blank out something like that?!

"Well that wasn't the response I was expecting." He replied and I quickly apologised and started pacing the room.

"What am I gonna do?! I'm dating Natsu!" I yelled.

"Yeah and I'm meant to be his best friend not the guy who kisses his girlfriend It's not just you!" He yelled back.

"How is this my fault!" I yelled getting angry now!

"Your the one who kissed me!" He shouted and I quickly went red.

"Well I'm sorry ,because I kissed you I ruined your friendship I messed up everything I should just go." I replied quietly sitting down now.

He sighed and ran his fingers through his hair.

"Lucy don't say that and....If you didn't I would off." He whispered.

"Gray.." I said under my breath.

"I'm sorry! I'm sorry for yelling at you, for kissing you back, for liking it." He said in frustration.

Damm Gray you really know how to make a girl speechless!

"What are we gonna do?" I sighed.

"We can't tell him! It would crush him, he's never been like this around anyone else except Lisanna but that's because they've been close friends there whole life." He sighed and I couldn't help but blush which seemed to make him grunt.

"Fine, we can't let him know."

"Its sorted then. We will just not say anything about it. It never happened. You beat me then I left."

"What happened?" I asked and he chuckled. He then pulled me into a hug and my cheeks flushed.

"What are you doing to me Luce?" He said not meaning for me to hear. I quickly pulled apart and grabbed my bag.

He stood there, his hair covering his eyes. I slowly walked out and just as I was halfway out the door I softly called back "I liked it too."

I just hope he doesn't like me in that way but he said that..... that's what Gajeel also said to levy when confessing to her! I already feel terrible because of Natsu and Juvia... Juvia! OH MY GOD JUVIA! What have I done?! 

My head is so messed up! First Natsu is making me feel warm and tingly and now Gray is making me think about kissing him! There's one person who will know what to do.
