Manjul stumbled as the doctor informed about the danger. Avu's dad rubbed his temples in tension while Avu's mom was sitting there, crying.

In the evening,

Vaishu was in the kitchen cooking food while Reem was ironing her clothes. That's when Sidd came out of his room and looked around to see no one. He walked towards the living room and sat on the couch. That's when the doorbell rang. Sidd stood up, but Vaishu came there.

Vaishu: Sidd, you sit down. I will see who it is?

Sidd: But bhabhi....

Vaishu glared at him. He gulped and sat down silently. Vaishu walked towards the gate and opened it to see two ladies standing there. It was their neoghbours.

Vaishu (welcoming them): Welcome, Aunty.

The ladies came in and sat in the lawn only. As there was a wall between their lounge and lawn, they didn't know who is present inside.

Vaishu (walking towards them): You guys have a seat. Let me bring something for you.

Vaishu walked inside, and Sidd stood up seeing her.

Sidd (curious): Who is it bhabhi?

Vaishu: Sidd, you should go in your room and take rest.

Sidd (irritated): bhabhi, I'm tired of laying on that bed.

Vaishu (signing): Alright, fine. Don't rest. Our neighbour has come to meet me.

Vaishu smiled and went out to see aunties already sitting there gossiping. Vaishu placed the tray on the table , sat on the chair, and served them.

Vaishu (smiling): So, how are you and you are coming after so many days.

She said, complaining. One of the ladies spoke.

Lady: As soon as we got to know about Siddharth, we didn't want a second and came here.

Vaishu's smile vanished. She looked away and clenched her jaw in anger and irritation.

Lady: I have heard that a girl has filed a case against Siddharth.

Vaishu (stern voice): If you don't know, let me tell you. She took the case back also.

Sidd stood up in shock hearing them. Due to his sudden action, Reem noticed him and came near him, holding his arm.

Reem (confused): What happened, bhai? Is everything fine?

That's when Reem heard.

Vaishu (stern voice): I said it's nothing like that.

Lady: Leave it, girl. We know everything. God forbid, he might also misbehave with his sister and sister-in-law. Who knows how womanizer he is?

Reem boiled in anger. Sidd quickly passed Reem and walked towards the kitchen to have water. He dragged the glass and jug. He pore the water in the glass while water fell on the ground, too. Reem approached towards him while he was shaking till now. It was visible that he was getting a panic attack. Reem was there, but she didn't know what to do in any situation. Sidd dragged the glass near his lips to drink, but unfortunately, the glass fell from his hand and broke into pieces. As soon as Vaishu heard this voice, she stood up.

Vaishu (facing aunties, angry as hell): I said it's nothing like that. Just leave from here before I dragg your arms and lead you out of here.

Ladies stood up.

Lady: How disrespectful you are? You have no shame. Look, how you are speaking in front of us. Such a shameless woman you are.

Vaishu (yelling in anger): Yes, I am shameless. Do whatever you want. Now, GET OUT RIGHT NOW.

Ladies left from there gossiping and cursing Vaishu and her family. That's when Vaishu heard Reem's yell.

Reem (yelling): Bhabhi! Bhabhi comes fast. Bhabhi!

Vaishu ran inside to see Sidd shaking, breathing heavily with tears in his eyes while sitting on the floor. Reem was rubbing his hands, trying to calm him down, but it seemed like everything was going in vain. Vaishu rushed close to him and started caressing his cheek.

Vaishu (panicked, rubbing his hands): Sidd. Look at me, relax. Relax!

But nothing worked, and Sidd fainted all of a sudden. Vaishu stood up and immediately called Abhi while Reem was crying, holding his hand.

Vaishu (on call, panick): Abhi! Come fast. Sidd fainted all of a sudden.

Siddharth was lying on the bed while the doctor was checking him. Reem, Vaishu, and Abhi were standing there with worried expressions. The doctor turned behind and faced them.

Doc: Can I get his current medication receipt?

Abhi nodded and gave a paper to him, dragging it from his pocket. The doctor examined it carefully and took a couple of minutes before speaking.

Doc: I am adding some tablets to his medication. Kindly keep him away from any stress, and it's better to change his environment.

Abhi (worried): Doctor, is it anything serious?

Doc (standing up): Yes, it is, but it is under control. It should not go out of control. Otherwise, it might be harmful.

Abhi glanced at Vaishu.

Doc: He will have a mild fever, I have given him an injection. He will be fine till morning.

Abhi: Thank you, doctor.

The doctor smiled and left from there. Abhi went near Sidd and kissed his forehead.

Abhi (caressing his hair): You don't deserve it. Don't worry, I will now stand for you. Rits has to tell everyone that you are not guilty. You are not the criminal. She must tell everyone and she surely will.

Vaishu (scared): What are you gonna do Abhi?

Abhi smirked, standing straight while Reem and Vaishu glanced at each other confusingly.

At the hospital,

Avneet was sitting on the bench outside O.T. while Manjul was still pacing here and there. It was 2 hours, but doctors didn't say anything about Rits condition. That's when Avneet's eyes went wide in realization. She stood up and took two steps towards reception when her dad spoke.

Avu's dad: Siddharth is not here.

Avneet's eyes widen hearing him. How did he came to come to know what she was thinking? She turned behind to find him standing behind her.

Avu (in shock): H-How did you know...

Avu's dad (cutting her): I know everything, Avu. I am your father, and my father very well knows what his children want.

Avu looked down.

Avu's dad: He was discharged in the morning only. You can go and meet him.

Avu looked up at him with tears in her eyes.

Avu (whisper with tears): Dad....

Avu's dad: Go, my child. Rits have already lost you. She doesn't need you. Siddharth needs you more. Rits didn't value you anyway.

Avu immediately hugged her dad.

Avu (in hug, with tears): Thank you, dad! Thank you so much!

She broke the hug as Avu's dad smiled at her and blessed her.

Avu's dad (smiling): Go..!

Avu turned and wiped her tears. Gripping the strap of her handbag, she started walking outside the hospital with a determination. Determination that she will win Siddharth today. She is definitely clear everything today.
