Avu (sobbing badly): Siddharth, please you can't do this to me. Please! No, I have realized that I was wrong. I judged you wrong. I hurted your feelings but Please, don't punish me like this. I won't be able to forgive myself. Please wake up!

It was like a nightmare to her which she wanted to break by waking up. That's the day she realized she lost her love. Siddharth's love was true but Avneet is so late to realize it.

Avu (yelling): Abhi Bhai, Reemi! (patting Sidd's cheek) Sidd, Please open your eyes.

Abhi came there running along with Jai. They both were shocked to see the scene infront of them. Avu glanced at Abhi.

Avu (showing him bottle): Bhai! He isn't waking up. See!

Abhi rushed towards him and examined the bottle dragging it from Avu's hand. His eyes widen in shock while his heart skipped a beat. Hearing Avu's yells Reem and Vaishu also came there. Reem looked around, shocked to see Avu and Jai at this hour. Reem and Vaishu glanced at each other while Jai was only looking at Reem only, horrified.

Reem (confused): What is happening here?

Abhi climbed Sidd's bed and started caressing his hair while crying.

Abhi (crying): Ashu, please! I know I said wrong. I shouldn't have said it but why did you implimented it. I never wanted it. Please, wake up!

Jai went out and called ambulance. Reem was worried now as despite of such a shore, Sidd didn't woke up. She slowly paced near him and near on his bed, dragging his hand from Avu's hand and holding his hand in hers.

Reem (tensed): Bhai, wake up na! See everyone is here. Why aren't you waking up?

Abhi broke down hearing Reem. Reem glanced at him confused. That's when, her eyes caught a bottle in Abhi's hand. She quickly snatched it to read it's tag and the floor slipped under her feet reading the tag. Suddenly, Sidd coughed a bit and a white foam started leaking his mouth. Reem froze at the spot. Vaishu's hands covered hew mouth in shock.

Abhi (patting Sidd's cheek): Sidd please hold yourself. Nothing will happen to you. I'm here!

He placed Sidd's head on his pillow when again Sidd coughed and more white foam leaked his mouth while Avneet was wiping the foam with tissue and sobbing. Abhi dragged his phone from his pocket when they saw Jai coming and informing them.

Jai (panicked): I have called ambulance. They have came.

Reem didn't moved a bit while Sidd was shifted to the ambulance. Not a single tear fell from Reem's eyes. She was in shock. She was imagining what if her brother, her best friend leaves her? What will she do?

Reem was sitting on the hospital chair expressionless. Jai was consoling Avneet, who was still crying out of guilt. Abhi was also expressionless. He couldn't believe that his brother would obey him to such an extent that if he asks him to give his life, he will not back off. Vaishu was sitting there, keeping her hand on Abhi's shoulder praying silently. Reem still couldn't believe all this. Her brother didn't even thought about her for once? She already lost trust over one brother while other is going to leave her. No, no she won't let it happen. She wiped her cheeks which had tears. That's when, a female doctor came out. Everyone stood up.

Abhi (wiping his tears): Doctor, how is my brother?

Doc (tensed): We can't say anything now. We need to wash his stomach because the amount of sleeping pills he consumed were not less in number. If then too, his life would be in risk we will go with medication but for now prepare yourselves for any situation.

A nurse came there running in a panick.

Nurse (panick): Doctor, the patient's heartbeat is dropping.

Doctor rushed in, leaving everyone numb. Reem came forward, still in shock.

Reem (pointing at doctor): Bhai! What was she saying? Huh? How can she say that? M-My bhaiya c-can't leave me like that. H-He is m-my h-hero. H-He can't leave me.

Vaishu walked towards her and hugged her, keeping her head on her shoulder patting her head.

Reem (hugging her back): Di, see what they were saying about my bhaiya. M-My bhaiya is strong. H-He will fight against i-it. I-I am with him.

Vaishu closed her eyes allowing the tears to flow from her eyes while hugging Reem tighter. Reem also hugged her tightly mumbling  while tears not leaving her eyes. Abhi sat on the chair with thud.

Abhi (cracky voice): J-Just because of m-my anger, h-he is l-laying here in t-this condition.

Avu glanced at him, holding herself from breaking down. This guilt was just a guilt now but if a person dies just because of all this, it won't be a guilt but a regret and they were praying only, praying not to regret. That's when, Reem's eyes caught Avneet. Anger arose in her. She broke the hug with Vaishu and paced near Avu to look down at her. Jai and Avu looked up at her to see her boiling in anger.

Reem (dangerous voice): What else do you guys need now? Isn't all this enough?

Reem (yelling): Wasn't it enough for you all that now you have come here also? You wanted this only na?

Avu (still sitting, cracky voice): No Reem, we never wanted.....

Reem's anger was now out of control. She gripped her arms, making her stand on her feet. Jai also stood up, shocked at Reem's reaction.

Reem (digging her nails inside Avu's skin in anger): I looked at my family breaking infront of me while I couldn't do anything but just watch them scattering into pieces. Because of your sister, my bhaiya had to face those shitty questions of media. Just....  

Avu (yelling back, crying): She is not my sister. She is my adopted cousin and I came to tell this only that she isn't pragnent with Sidd's child but Manjul's. It wasn't Siddharth who raped her but instead it was she who raped him.

Reem jerked her in anger. By now, the whole hospital was watching that scene but no one spoke anything.

Reem (yelling back in anger with tears): I already know it god dammit. Tell him.

Reem demanded pointing at Abhi, who was sitting numb after hearing all this.

Reem (stepping back in anger): Tell him who didn't believed his own blood. Tell him who wasn't believing him and making him feel worse. Tell him who wasn't ready to listen to him while I know that my brother is innocent.

Reem yelled at last as more tears fell from her eyes. Abhi went numb, his mind blank. His truth killed him from inside in guilt.

Abhi (mumbling): M-My Ashu is innocent. H-He was trapped.

That's when, Vaishu went to him and hugged him tightly. A staff member with a doctor came there.

Doc (in anger): Excuse me! This is hospital. Kindly lower your voices and don't disturb the other patients. If you can't do that please sort your problems out of hospital but don't yell like that.

The doctor left from there. Reem wiped her tears facing Avneet.

Reem (in whisper): You should go from here. It's already late night. Your family might need you. You can leave now.

Saying this Reem sat on the chair which was far from them. Avu wiped her tears and held Jai's hand. She signed him while he held her gently and both left the hospital.

Here a disaster occurred which flew everything along with it.

It was 8 in morning and everyone was sleeping there only. They all didn't know when they slept after excessive crying. A nurse came running there, making Reem and Abhinavi wake up with jerk.

Nurse (panicked): Who is Reemi among you all?

Reem glanced at Abhinavi confused.

Reem (stammering): I-I am.

Nurse: The patient is calling you again and again which is making his condition worse. Please! Come and meet him fast.

Reem didn't wanted a second and went inside with nurse to see Sidd, who was laying on the hospital bed with oxygen mask on his face. He was looking lifeless body without soul. His skin all pale. Tears clouded her eyes as she went near him. His eyes were closed. Reem held his hand which had drip on it. As soon as he felt her warmth, he lazily opened his half eyes.

Sidd (whispers, panting): Reemi!

Reem (crying,holding his hand): Y-Yes bhaiya! I'm here only.

Sidd (whispers, crying while panting for air): Reemi, I'm sorry but believe me I didn't do anything.

Reem (sobbing while caressing his hair): I know Bhaiya. I know. I'm here only. J-Just get well soon.

Reem went a little more closer to hear him. Slowly he was losing his courage and senses both at the same time.

Sidd (panting heavily, difficulty): T-Take c-care of y-yourself a-and...... d-dada.

Saying this he closed his eyes and monitor started beeping louder and louder.
