"HAPPY BIRTHDAY (Y/N)!" Mom and Blake said happily, "Thirteen years old already! Where has the time gone." Mom said as she handed me a large box, "Go on open it!" Blake said, "Alright I'm opening it!" I said as I began to unwrap the box and opened the lid and found a sword inside.

"You said you didn't want to use your old sword until you got stronger, but I think this one suits you more." Mom said, "Thank you." I said as I slashed behind me and sheathed it, "Those tiny daggers have gravity dust embedded in them so they will always return to the hilt." Blake said, "Really good to know." I said as I walked over to the window, "I'll be back, I've got something to take care of." I said as I claimed up onto the roof, "I see you didn't get my gift." a woman said, "I suppose I should wish you a happy birthday, although your real birthday was two months ago now." She said as I drew my sword, "You've been stalking me and my sister." I said, "No, just you. And it's not stalking, I'm just keeping an eye on what's mine." She said as I slashed at her, but she blocked my attack and locked our blades, "TAKE OFF THAT STUPID MASK!" I shouted as I drew one of the daggers and threw it at her head hitting her in the center of her forehead splitting her mask in half, the first thing I noticed was her eyes. They were a deep crimson just like mine are when I get angry, "W...WHO ARE YOU?!" I said as I freed my sword and jumped back, "I am Raven Branwen, and I am your mother." She said, "DON'T LIE TO ME!" I said angrily as my eyes turned red, "You're not worth my time...yet." She said as she slashed to her side opening a portal, "GET BACK HERE!" I said as I ran towards her, suddenly she flicked my forehead, and walked through the portal. A few seconds later a mask and a box came through the portal before it closed, I hesitantly opened the box and found several throwing stars and knives inside along with a note.

"If you want me, come find me." I read.

"Mom." I said, "Who's Raven Branwen and why does she say she's my mother?!" I asked, "So you found out hugh? Blake dear go play for a while alright." Mom said as Blake left, "Take a seat sweetie." She said as we sat down on the bed, "I never meant to lie or to hurt you." She said, "Ten years ago your father and I took you in, at the time I never meant to become your mother, but we both know that was never going to happen." She said, "Yes Raven is your birth mother, but I am your mother!" Mom said, "I know, but Mom, I...I want to go and find her!" I said, "I figured you would, I want you to go to an island called Patch and start your search there." She said, "I love you so much sweetie, do not be afraid to turn back and come home ok." She said sweetly as she kissed my cheek.
