You stayed quiet and looked at him panicked and scared as he turned another sharp corner. He seemed rather calm but he had moments where he gritted his teeth. "Can you shoot a shotgun?" He finally said with all the stuff going. You were quiet you didnt exactly know how to shoot a shotgun besides pulling the trigger. "Stupid question, can you drive?" You looked up and quickly said "yes!" Even though you werent really good, he gestured for you to take his spot as he climbed to the back window as he instantly broke it leaning his head out and shooting at the cops. You couldnt see where he was shooting as you drive quickly down the highway. "Where do i go?!" You werent given an answer you kept driving but you had to which highway to take the highway down to the lost neighborhood, although you'll have to go through traffic. But theres another road that you've heard up ahead that was onto the left which lead to the unknown. You stepped down on the peddel letting your race car driver persona out as you rampaged through the road along with the cops. You heard gunshots and a couple tire screeches and maybe a crash.

"Turn left!" Shadow yelled as you did so spinning the wheel on a red light as a couple cop cars and other cars honk their horns and crash, there were few but more came. You turned back to the road as flame burned down inside you, you began to think it'd be best if you pulled over and got out, you began to slow down. It took a moment for shadow to realize for what you were doing, he pulled at your arm looking at you desperately.

You looked back to the road and up to the mirror where the cops were catching up. Suddenly shadow pulled you out of the seat and into to passenger side, he rammed his foot down on the gas and drove off the road and into the ditch. Leafs and branches snapped at the car as it fell down and bumped into a large tree knocking you both out. 

You woke up in shadows arms, his grip was loose and limp. You looked over your shoulder slightly already seeing the splattered blood, you faced forward shutting your eyes shut. Your eyes began to swell and redden with tears. You looked over again looking at his broken misplaced jaw as his eyes looked like they were about to fall out. You gagged and looked over to the drivers door, you yanked it open quickly running out before a great pain emerged into your stomach and liquid splittering out. You gasped for air turning around to see your murderer. Micheal.

"Y/N! Wake up damnit!" Your eyes peeled open seeing shadows face overhead as blood traveled down his forehead onto yours. His eyes looked worried until he saw your eyes come open as he laid his head against yours with relaxed eyes as he let out a sigh of relief. A slight blush came over your cheeks as you felt a nice warmth from him making you want to cling and hug him tightly as if he was a brother from the very start. you did so without realizing with a little whine escaping your lips. He hugged you back.

Shadow let go of you after a moment and quietly went over to bandage his forehead. you still felt hot and the more thought you took in the more you got flustered and more visible it was. you snapped out of it when you looked around with trees surrounding your appearances. the car seemed to strike a trunk of a rather large willow tree. "where are we?" you didnt move taking in awe of the large beauty of the tree. shadow looked over at you then at the willow tree. "I dont know exactly where but we lost the cops." He'd only shrug not seeing the danger that may lurk here. you looked over at shadow as he looked back at you, a strange longing lurked into that gaze but he broke the gaze by grabbing an item of his like a crystal gem. you knew what it was right away since of the mentions of it at school and such.

"get your stuff, we'll take a shortcut out of here" he tossed the emerald up and down testing your patience. you nodded and hurriedly grabbed your suitcases and dragged them to shadow not knowing what he meant by shortcut but this felt familiar from a while ago. he gave you assuring look before asking "Ready?" you nodded as he grabbed you by the waist and pulling you close. does he need to be this close...? you thought with red cheeks as he lifted his arm with the emerald and shouted words but before you could understand what he said, you were absorbed into a portal with him as gravity forced you out almost stumbling on the door step. you looked up to shadows house as you turned your head back to shadow not really believing it but with that power anythings possible. "lets go in" He took some of your suitcases and opened up the door walking in as you trailed behind with a small suitcase.
