*NOTES, This is an AU, I've had in mind for a while now. This is just for fun and is full of my own headcanons, thoughts, OCs and personal views of STEVEN UNIVERSE. Another thing, I do not own Steven Universe at all! Everyone cannon to it belongs to the rightful owner of Rebecca Sugar, as I only owned the Au idea mostly, the Original Characters and the story plot!

Another thing, I will accept feedback for this as it grows, although be specific and explain as best you can make it out to be.

Steven View.

Everywhere I looked were pillars within a large structure larger than Opal and Purple Jade but not combined as both would still be bigger, barely.

"What's this place?" I asked, examining one of the pillars seeing cracks in its foundations or something.

'Cobra may have taught me the basics of building, if you must destroy a building destroy either the foundation or the supporting features of it.' I thought remembering that lecture he went off when Pearl was fixing the roof again from one of his play fights with Amethyst.

'They seem to be getting along better? Like less fighting, did something happen when I was gone?' I thought and went back to focusing on examining the pillar more intently to see how I can destroy it.

"This was once a communication hub for Gem kind! Allowing for us to reach the ever furthest regions of space and allow for us to relay commends across the entirety of Earth! Right in its current conditions, I'll recommend against using it due to deterioration and recent geological activity is causing these bursts of electromagnetic interference." Pearl explained losing me in the process of explaining it.

"It's just messing with the TV signal," Garnet said before I had asked anything about what it meant.

"What?!" I said, realizing there was supposed to be a Crying Breakfast marathon next week and if this persists." I'LL SAVE YOU TELEVISION!"

I tried to kick down the one near me with the hope that my powers would work in preventing this disaster from even happening.

Nothing worked, it just stands there undamaged.

Amethyst laughs a bit." Relax, Steven. We'll need a Steven at least this strong!"

She changes into a buffer-looking me before changing into a pillar knocking it down, Pearl pulls me back as it falls apart crumbling into pieces.

I yelped as it nearly hit me.

"Careful, Steven," Pearl told me as she created a hologram from her Gem displaying the structure in its entirety.

"Now we get started today, we should have this done in about thirty-eight hours, not including the time in between for Steven's breaks and returns back to the Temple." Pearl said." As you can see I already have a pl-"

"We need Sugilite." Garnet interrupted Pearl.

'Who's Sugilite?' I thought as Pearl's expression became that of fear and something else? Jealousy or something like despair.

"WHAT!??!" Amethyst/Pearl yelled at the same time.

"What we need is to be strong and big and power most of all to get this done quickly and efficiently," Garnet said, arguing with Pearl or making a point.

"YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! SUCK IT PEARL! LOOKS LIKE SHE'S COMING BACK AFTER ALL!" Amethyst squealed laughing as she danced.

She made weird faces, coming over to Garnet who seemed a bit excited or is she?' Why's Garnet so hard to read?'

"Who's Sugilite?" I asked, pushing that thought away for a later time.

"She's their fusion. A very unstable one I must say, she's powerful and irritable and unpredictable." Pearl said pulling me away from Garnet and Amethyst." Not to mention dangerous."

"Come on Pearl, she isn't that dangerous," Amethyst argues as Pearl glares back.

"Cobra himself helped me whenever Rose wasn't there to calm her, and he to bluntly hate her. And would rather quote 'In training for the next century and deal with an insufferable excuse of a Gem' then deal with Sugilite again." Pearl said copying Cobra's tone used whenever he could be scolding someone or waking up when interrupted.

"Big woman." I mumbled, amazed imagining Amethyst and Garnet as Sugilite.' Was she large? Does she have four arms like Opal? Or a pattern like Purple Jade? Do all fusion speak weird? Can all fusions be small? COULD I fuse?'

"If you must fuse, please be it with me, Garnet! Sugilite might hurt Steven or worse." Pearl pleaded.

Garnet put her hands on Pearl's shoulders making the pale Gem calm down.

"We will be alright. This time Sugilite won't be a problem," She said to Pearl who nodded back.

I watched as Garnet and Amethyst walked to each other, about to dance but Pearl covered my eyes.

"Awwwwwww! Pearl, I want to see!" I complained trying to remove her hands from my eyes but they kept them covered until they were done. I think?

A roar of a being formed, sounding both excited and dominating all at once like it was announcing itself to the world." I'M BACK BABY! AND AIN'T NOTHING BRINGING ME DOWN!"

Pearl removed the hands from my eyes which revealed a towering figure that was purple and had four arms, a lot of purple with black. She had a dragon-like silhouette before letting out a loud noise that sounded like laughter.

"That's Sugilite!?" I yelled surprised.' She must be powerful! And strong! Look how many muscles she has? Is she going to destroy all this?'

My thoughts were scattered as I was memorized by the giant woman before me." Giant woman."

"Hehe!" Sugilite said smiling as she lowers herself to me and Pearl.

"YOU GOT IT, KID!" Sugilite yelled as she cracks her knuckles and then her neck in a dramatic way.

"Woah! What can you do?! Wait, don't tell me!" I yelled, smiling.

Sugilite laughs." Why don't I show ya, Steven!"

She swung her arms in a circle as two giant purple gauntlets followed by Amethyst's whip summoned in a bright flash of dark-coloured light. It fuses into a giant weapon of sorts, the wipe and gauntlets fused into a wrecking ball!

I was astonished as it swings around Sugilite, destroying nearby pillars in a display of destructive power." WOAH! IS THAT YOUR WEAPON! IT'S A WRECKING BALL, NO WAIT!!! A FLAIL!"

I yelled excitedly, as Pearl squarks panicking with Sugilite roaring with laughter as she destroys everything near her.

"SUGILITE! BE CAREFUL! YOU COULD SERIOUSLY HURT STEVEN OR EVEN MYSELF!" Pearl yelled grading me and pulling me closer to her.

"HAHAAAAAAA!" Suligilite laughed loudly as she pull her weapon closer, stopping it in its tracks.

"MAYBE YOU SHOULD MOVE OUT OF MY WAY, PEARL!" She yelled, brimming her weapon threateningly as she glares straight at Pearl with something that made no sense." OR ELSE I'LL MAKE YOU!"

Pearl backs up a bit while Sugilite smirks.

Sugilite starts destroying more of the place

"We should go, Steven." Pearl whispers.

"But why?" I asked, amazed by Sugilite's sheer strength but then remembers her rude and somewhat threatening remark to Pearl.

"Oh.." I said back, as loud cracking and noise of stone being crushed under Sugilite's wrecking ball.

"PEARL!" I yelled pushing her with all my strength away from a crumbling stone pillar, several shards hitting me as a bright light engulfs us.

No One View.

The warp pad broke as one of the pillars broke apart, the pierces landing near it and on it. Smashing into pieces as Pearl and Steven warp away to safety or so it seems.

Over a short period, the communicative hub was destroyed. Rubble scattered everywhere with whatever remains of the hub was now being crushed underfoot by Sugilite. Whom in her lapse of judgement destroyed her only chance of going back quickly.

"Hahaha." She laughed, smiling." Been centuries since I got to form, fucking those Pearls!"

"Fuck them and their overprotectiveness, and their damn rules! No fusing near humans, nothing. I can't do nothing with them around!" Sugilite yelled." Only Rose understands me, she lets me do my stuff."

Sugilite picks up a rock and crashes the rock within her fists, dusting and debris flying everywhere. She roars, echoing across the ruins of the communicative hub.

The remains were creating a cloud of dust as she destroys more of the ruins, looking for the warp pad." Where is it?!"

Sugilite yelled.

There was some blood on a few boulders but it went unnoticed by Sugilite who was more focused on digging through the remains of the communicative hub.

Elsewhere, Fellrex was talking and pacing in a circle.

"_Kin!_" Beast bellowed deeply as the warp pad activates."_ You cannot stall forever, or long. She and her brood are coming, to Earth! We can sense her weapons, they are spending messages, encrypted and vital."

"(None of this is, if only we could get a source of LIGHT?)" King said." (Or we could leave the planet as soon as possible.)"

it flickers as Fellrex was about to yell at himself but stops seeing Pearl and Steven." _ Kiiiiiiiiiii_--- Guys."

Fellrex said blushing looking away.

Steven and Pearl lands roughly,

Steven had a bleeding cut down his scalp staining some of it red, he put a hand on it to stop the bleeding." ow."

Pearl began to check Steven over, for any other injuries from the rock and was frantic when she found the bleeding.

"Cobra! Get the medkit!" She barked as Steven pushes her away, insisting he was fine while Fellrex grads it from under the sink.

Fellrex gave it to Pearl." Where's Amethyst and Garnet?"

"Sugilite," Pearl stated making him growl as she put disinfectant on the cut, wiping the blood away and then putting a band-aid over it.

There was a short and tense silence when Pearl said Sugilite, Fellrex eyes glowed purple mixed with red and hints of yellow. Steven could sense the tension between them.

"Did she do something wrong?" He asked.

"Not necessary but she's a very unstable fusion, Steven." Pearl began with her glancing outside, seemingly on the lookout for Sugilite." And confident to the point of arrogance and other ways too. She...."

"Monstrous, dangerous, unstable, like Ocular but at least she had someone who can stop her and control over her temper." Fellrex growled, stomping his feet." But with Sugilite the only Gem who she would listen to was Rose, and she's gone."

"oh." Steven meekly said." But is she that dangerous?"

"She can be, Steven. We may have to be ready in case she decides to lash out." Pearl said letting Steven go as the band-aid was now on him.

Two days later, Steven was setting up a makeshift gym with help from Lars, Sadie and his father Greg.

It had a simple set-up, consisting of a bench press, a few dumbbells and pull-up bars among a few other gym equipment made from things around the temple and house.

"So, why are we're here?" Lars asked.

"Because Steven convince us to help him make a gym to prove that you're a tough guy and didn't need to have a scar," Sadie said.

"And we're helping Steven," Sadie added, smirking.

Lars looks away quickly hiding a blush from the embarrassment of what Sadie said to him. He leans against the pull-up bar. He pulls out a packet of gum and starts chewing it, then blows out a bubble.

Everyone was wearing their workout clothes as soon as the gym was completely set up, Greg had left, going back to the It's-A-Wash carwash to rest after helping them out with setting up the makeshift gym.

Pearl and Fellrex saw the gym, they had been preparing themselves for Suglitie's arrival. Questioning on what or if she'll be willing to listen to them and unfuse, or what to do if she decides to be difficult and fight against them.

"What is Steven planning over there with his human friends?" Pearl wondered as Fellrex eyes radiates an orange-ish glow as the goggles weren't covering his eyes as of late he hasn't been wearing them as often while being in the presence of the Crystal Gems.

"This looks great!" Steven exclaimed, smiling as he looked at the makeshift gym.

"Yeah, it does. Your dad knows way more than he lets on about excising and health," Lars commented.

"Yeah, wait? Was dad on a diet or something before I was born?" Steven asked, appearing to be deep in thought for a brief moment, then refocusing on the gym.

"Maybe, maybe not." Someone said." Or he had a life outside of yours before you happened."

Lars yelped when Sadie elbowed him.

"Anyway, let's start exercising, Steven. Make sure you have someone to spot for you or be there when you're doing the more difficult stuff for you." Sadie said, glaring at Lars with a message not to make fun of Greg anymore.

"I believe that they are training?" Fellrex said unsure, never had seen a gym before as he had trained through different means with his teacher/mentor Ocular.

"But they are using equipment to train for it, I believe it's a common method for which humans train themselves to further themselves in strength, spread or endurance," Pearl explained for Fellrex.

Steven, Lars and Sardiebegan to work out throughout the day while Pearl and Fellrex planned for the worse situations with Sugilite.

They all did a few warm-up stretches as Sadie remained them before they did their workout. Push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, planks that would last 30 seconds or some bench press using the makeshift gym gear they had.

Hours later, the group got tired after working out and went house. In the distance, a lone purple titanic figure, scowling in anger at supposedly being left behind by the other Crystal Gems, a flash of miserable look came to her friend.

"Fucking friends, fucking left me behind," Sugilite said, a tear or two of frustration making their way out of her five eyes.

She roars smashing the ground with her fists." WHY DID YOU LEAVE US!"

"WE WEREN'T CAUSING ANY TROUBLE," Sugilite spoke as she grad a fist full of sand and throws it away watching as the sand scatter as it fell.

"It wasn't our fault. It wasn't my fault, it wasn't my/OuUUUrRrr fault!!!" She yelled momentarily glitching into her counterparts' voices.

".... It wasn't my fault," Sugilite repeated, crutching her jaw determined with a wave of anger burning within her eyes, she wanted something to fight but also to stay whole as Sugilite, not as Amethyst or Garnet.

Just Sugilite.

"Just me, forever Crystal Gems." She said, sounding determined.

Within sight for Sugilite was the temple, despite how far she was and her she could see it.

She smiles cockily meanwhile Fellrex and Pearl tries their best to plan for the coming battle.
